Shout out to Destiny at the front desk for not only scheduling me same day, working with my insurance and following up, but also doing it kindly!MeKonen, the nurse practitioner who saw me, was beyond thorough. She genuinely listened to the back story, was interested in my overall health as it related to my issue and also took the time to hear about the additional unseen symptoms I was experiencing. She made me feel both comfortable and confident. AND a day later, she was available to I speak with me personally on the phone! The way Western medicine should be and often is not. You all are fantastic!

Always answers their phone. The doctor here is a miracle worker and an honest person. He seems to treat all his patients with the utmost respect regardless if they are on medicaid or other not great insurances. These type of doctors especially in florida are becoming very rare commodity. They seem like good people here.

Great experience! Have been dreading going to a dermatologist for years for mole removals but finally went to the countryside office and they treated me great.Very professional,polite and the NP,Med assistant and receptionist were all great and did the procedures quickly and painlessly.Thanks!

Really appreciate the services provided by Semhar and Minou at the Countryside office. Both listen to my concerns and are very thorough with an exam. I would recommend to anyone searching for a professional dermatologist.

This practice is one of the worst when dealing with staff. The manner is which they deal with patients is rude, not helpful, and only after your money!!!!!! They are unwilling to help their patients. I’ve been three times, and haven’t been able to help in the right ways. When requesting samples, or a refill they make you come in. I would NOT go here!!!

Made an appointment to have something removed When I got there a 1/2 hour early I was told to wait in the waiting Room 15 minutes later they came out in said they couldnt do it because it wasnt scheduled I would never go back there
