This company is dramatically different from other web development companies, one of the biggest things that I noticed is they don’t mind sharing information. I feel every time I call a web developer they are keeping or hiding information from me. I have paid a few other web developers in the past to work on my site and by far these guys are the best. Not only will they build your site but if you show the initiative they will in essence show you how to build one yourself… For some people it may not matter, but to me this meant a lot. Now I can make daily edits to my website, which has helped my company grow. Thank you so much to the special team over at NERDKREW! You guys are great!

Wanted to share my experience with NerdKrew, I love this company, and have used them multiple times. Every time I use their services I am always WOWd. They exceed my expectations every time. I would recommend their remote service, Ive used it twice now, and they are in and out really fast, I had a virus on my PC, and they cleaned it in about 30 mins. The second time was a wifi issue. He said it was a driver problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Overall, I really enjoyed the fact their service prices are so low, yet their customer service is outstanding. Thank you!!! -Ed

I have dealt other IT Companies in the past, and they all either charge way too much or try to up-sell you on something. I guess this is standard process. But one feeling I got with this company is they dont push you into a service or product, which is very pleasant. Let me tell you my story: I was out with my friends at the bar and I reached for my phone in my purse and it slipped and dropped hard by the stool (I guess we had too many drinks) When I picked it up, my phone was shattered but the touchscreen portion still worked, after cutting myself on the glass a few times a couple weeks later, I was looking around for a local place to repair my phone, and I noticed the cost to do so was very expensive until I found NerdKrew. I originally thought they were local but it turns out you have to mail them your phone. Which I was fine with because of how cheap they were repairing it. To make a long story short, I had received my phone back in about a week, and I have to say, it looks brand new. Its as if, they swapped it out for a new one. Thank you Nerd Krew Team!
