Ive been working with them for 3+ years. Weve had a couple of rough spots, one costing me a sizeable international contract. I stayed on because my computer and system were set up by Sebastian and he had all the info. Since then Nick became my technician. For a few months great service. Then a couple of mistakes were made. and since then calls arent returned. I paid for the service and I want them to fix their error. Their recent history has developed into a pattern of taking around 2 weeks and multiple customer calls before they call back.Their last error actually removed my business email account. I have informed 3 people regarding the nature of the problem, and the urgency of it, but Nick doesnt call back The only call back Ive gotten was from Cathy, the manager, who apologizes profusely. However, that doesnt solve the problem that my business email isnt working. According to Michael, they now have a new policy: you need too give them your credit card information before theyll do any work or discuss the situation. Per manager, they were beginning to develop a problem with people hanging up without paying. I have my suspicions as to the cause of that. The only way to guarantee that there will be any timely repairs is to go there and sit waiting for the work to be done. I guess Im a sucker for punishment. Ive been driving an hour in each direction. Time to find someone closer. Very poor business model.

My GF went here and they acted like she didnt have enough money for a repair and basically blew her off. so we went to a local competitor instead and got service the same day. they were more than happy to take our money and treat us with respect.

There is a man that was working there today, please reply with his name, he was wearing a plaid shirt. He is an absolute God amongst men. I lost an extremely important business document that I was typing this morning which involved the sale of a company. I looked at at least 8 YouTube videos and went to three other places and no one could help me recover the document. This man then went and dug through the crevices of alternate universes And found the document. He also found two different softwares on my computer that were slowing it down significantly and got all of that handled while I was there within 20 minutes. Absolutely incredible, I will definitely be doing more business with them and sending them referrals. Go to them for any technical issues that you have. Would give a 10 out of 5 if I could.

I go to nick for all my macbook needs! i used to go to ubreakifix, but when something was seriously wrong with my laptop, they wanted to wipe it completely (no backups) and start fresh without knowing what was wrong. they were hoping for the best. i took it to nick and not only did he know what the issue was, but he was able to restore my entire computer safely and do it cheaper! any issue i have is fixed by him and the digital ninjaz squad and i would literally never go anywhere else again.thank you guys!

These guys helped me with several issues and a new PC several years ago. Now I had another issue and I was very happy to see that they now have a 2nd location in Oldsmar. Michael expeditiously fixed me up and for a reasonable price. Its hard to find honest, dependable IT service and Im glad I found these guys.

If I could put a negative number I would. This company will try and take advantage of you. Please dont let them sell you things you dont need.They infected our system so they could provide us with a new computer.We had fire walls, they said they monitor our system, we had the best antivirus protection and still we ended up with a very rare virus.. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY..

My business needed cameras installed. I went with DJ for this. Total cost was around 3K for 9 cameras and a DVR. Every step of the way had issues.1. Stated the outside camera must be able to read license plates. First camera installed did not. Was told the settings needed adjusted. It was still unable to read a plate from 20ft away. The camera was then replaced with a better model and they wanted to bill me for both even though I had no use for the old one.2. Multiple software to run the cameras was buggy - ended up not working and I just ran a 50ft line direct to the DVR.3. One of my cameras did not work most of the time - it would cut off randomly. Took months and months to try to solve this - replaced the camera, tested things, replaced the wires. Finally replaced the DVR and this seemed to work for some reason.4. My DVR is now fried in less than a year. 6 emails to DJ over a 3 weeks and no replies or solutions. With every issue I have had, I have to babysit emails to get a reply from them.The reason I paid to have someone install cameras is because I did not want to hassle with it. This has taken way too much of my time and I feel like I am babysitting every step of the way. I should not need to follow up on emails weekly to force someone to do their job. I am to the point where I do not believe they are capable of installing cameras and assume they will not reply to me so I will most likely pay a different company to replace my DVR which is supposed to be covered with a warranty.

Go to these guys for anything PC! Nick personally helped build a new desktop for my gaming needs, and was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire way. I appreciated that he ran everything by me before moving forward as well as giving me multiple options for parts depending on what I felt I needed and how much I wanted to spend. Half a year later and I still love my PC.

Best Buy/Geek Squad showed little interest in helping diagnose an issue with my laptop. Ryan at Digital Ninjaz offered a free diagnosis, which ended up being the battery. Within a couple of hours, I was back in business, at a reasonable price. I just had them remove the battery, as it is used as a workstation only. Top notch service from someone who genuinely wanted to assist.

These guys are just FANTASTIC, they spent an immense amount of time and effort fixing my computer that Dell and Alienware could not figure out, and for a very, very fair, transparent, and cheap price. I cannot recommend these guys enough! If you have any issues with your computers/systems/servers/whatever, trust them. Theyll help AND be considerate and explain things to you at a level you can understand while doing so!

Our family has used Digital Ninjas to install security cameras on multiple properties. While we did have a relatively simple issue that needed to be corrected, it was brought to their attention and the company owner personally made an effort to call me while he was on vacation and assured me that he would personally come to my home upon his return to address and fix the problem which he did. Understandably there are always issues that arise, especially with technology but at the end of the day this company stood behind their work and went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our problem. They are saved in my phone for future reference!

One of my employees had issues trying to view PDFs properly out of internet explorer and chrome. I tried everything, clean install of Adobe, IE, Chrome, copied the settings of one of our working computers, etc. Eventually I caved in and called Liz, who had Sebastian scheduled same day and within the hour. Just had a Ryzen 5 2600X, with a RTX 2060 6GB, Asus Motherboard with 16GB of ram built at Digital NinjaZ by Nick. I couldnt be happier with it, it preforms amazingly. I currently run a Asus Predator 27 at 144Hz, this comp can run it perfectly, most games I run around 140 FPS. Would recommend this company and Nick any day of the week! altogether my build was 1600, that is a decent price considering I have no experience with building one, just the parts I have knowledge of. When I came to pick it up, he had it ready for me to see, it was game ready when I came home, he installed all the drivers and had the computer perfect. Only thing I had to do was get Geforce Experience, and then after that I put all my games and antivirus on it. After that I was having amazing game play, at Ultra setting on most games. If you need any type of custom computer work or even basic, these guys are the best at it! Ill take a Ninja over a geek any day of the week!!! Thanks NICK!!! YOU ROCK!

My computer i game on randomly decided to start freezing upon every boot up. I took it to digital ninjaz where they were able to get my computer back up and running in less than 24 hours, and the staff was very polite and knowledgeable .

These Guys def know their stuff, Really got me out of a Jam.They did well Fixing my computer issues.. I had an overheating issue with my laptop but didnt know I was.. It was caused by one of the fans..The laptop kept shutting down randomly.. They diagnosed it quickly.. I at first.. looked at them like.. a fan? thats what is wrong? a FAN? lol.. Sure enough.. Yup.. That was my issue.. Also.. They helped me with a Hard drive Failure on my main drive..Bao had saw my post on FB and had me bring it into his Shop..His guys def did the Trick.. Next step.. Commissioning them to build me a Editing super comp! BWAHAHAHA!

They did a temp fix charged me $400 and I kept experiencing the same problems. When I spoke with them they said they will come back out and repair it, now they wanna charge me again. Never gonna use this company again

I brought my Imac computer to the so called expert at the Apple Store for repair. After 10 days, they basically suggested to replace my logic board, at a cost of $700, just to see if that would fix the problem #@%&^%!!!!I took the same computer to Digital NinjaZ, took them two days to really fix the problem for less than $200. Dont waste time at the Apple Store for your Mac.Those Ninjaz are the real thing in computer repair!
