I Dana P was speaking on behalf of Jorge G inSeptember we brought our Chrysler into for a second diagnostic our first diagnostic said we need Abs pump and they could do it but we would have to go to Chrysler to get it together so we decided to just do it at chrystler in Clearwater we had no problem they did the diagnostic and said yes the Abs but everything else is safe so we said ok fix it and done we paid and later notice the cars steering wheel started stiffening so I called they were closed so I asked the rep. if he could leave a note stating that after we got it fixed it started doing that so the rep said I will leave a note but nobody is going to read it so I said ok well let me speak to a SM the SManager was understanding nd dealt with the situation next day we go to drop off the car the same guy said I cnt make appt there. spoke to SM did the diagnostic and it took 2 hours to fix now. It’s still not fixed and said I have to pay 2000 for part if not fixed lawyer will contact

I have been going to Fitzgerald Hyundai for over 8 years. Bought 2 cars there and have them serviced there. I received excellent service today from Garrett, Service Advisor. I didnt get their names, but another service advisor helped me with a Lyft transport as Garrett was busy with another customer. Barbara at the front desk is also an asset to the business. Everyone was really accommodating and professional.

I rarely write reviews. Fitzgerald Countryside Jeep (SALES DEPARTMENT; service is good) is absolutely incompetent. Honestly, its like they dont want to sell cars. I have a 2018 Jeep unlimited that Ive been leasing from them. Now my lease is up and I want to get another Jeep on a new lease. Ive been going to see them 3 times trying to lease a Jeep. Zero inventory (which I kind of understand in the COVID times), and NOBODY is calling me back, emailing me, or following up even though Ive been wanting to get a new car. 3 times, Ive been there. 3 times I told them I want to get a car. 3 times they have all (Garreth, another sales man, and a manager) ignored me. Ill just go somewhere else now.

He made us feel comfortable, and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Sue gave us a great price for our trade-in, and she got us exactly where we needed to be in monthly payments. I called and searched just about everywhere for a really good, previously owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. I finally found Rachel T. and she had all the answers!! I had questions about what model Grand Cherokee we would need to tow a pontoon, but I also wanted something that wouldnt be too hard on fuel. (Good luck) But she had the perfect vehicle. We drive over 2.5 hours to see it and loved it immediately! The price was almost $2,000 cheaper than anywhere else with fewer miles and more options! We brought it home just a few hours later and got 24mpg. The entire staff was kind and courteous. Thank you for your knowledge and professionalism with our purchase! Well worth the drive and if we need anything in the future, were calling you first!

I like their work but comparing to our former experiences at Honda dealership, they are not near as welcoming and friendly, very businesslike. This is unlike Honda who are very personable. At Fitzgerald’s It’s like “Here ya go, have a nice day”. This is after recurring visits.

If you have an older car (pre-2010) dont even bother bringing it here. Theyll charge $150/hour for their newest mechanic to give you a nonsensical quote to either rob you or make you go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and money, and just dont go here to begin with

A little back story: I’ve owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee for the past 6 years. It’s been an amazing vehicle and I knew that when it came time to trade her in, I was going to go for another Jeep Grand Cherokee. After visiting 3 other Dealerships and being disappointed and underwhelmed, I finally called Fitzgerald Auto Mall at about 6pm on a Friday. I saw that they had a couple of the models I was looking for on lot. Rachel True answered the phone and immediately made me feel comfortable and not at all pressured. After a short conversation about my wants and needs, I decided to give them a shot. When I showed up, the very first Jeep she showed me- I fell head over heels in love with. I felt listened to, respected, and appreciated. Something you don’t usually get from most car salesmen. Rachel was a class act from start to finish, and made the experience FUN!They have no haggle pricing and offered me more for my trade in than any other dealership. They gave me plenty of options for both leasing and financing to fit what worked best for me- not necessarily them.Since I was there late Friday, we finished the deal Saturday morning. Rachel went over every single feature I didn’t even know my old Jeep had! She knows her stuff, another thing I really appreciated.Even the finance guy, John, had a good sense of humor and made it all a very easy process. I then rolled off the lot with a brand new, absolutely beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a Jeep!

Brought my Wrangler her for first time for an oil change. My drain plug had been stripped by another dealership when I had my last oil change. Tami Berger and the technicians went above and beyond to remove the plug which saved me a lot of frustration by me not having to take it back to the other dealership which was about 45 minutes away. They had to take my jeep to another of their locations just to use a special tool because it wasnt budging and there wasnt much left of the head. Great service department! Well be bringing our Jeeps here for all service for now on.

I recently went there to get a Jeep Wrangler and feel in love with the one I got financing on, however a few days later they said that I had a second lien holder on my trade and would need an additional $3000 to clear it up. I never even heard of this lien holder. When I asked for the information John didn’t refused to provide me any information and told me I would have to Google the number. When I contacted that second lien holder they had no information about that. I really got done over on a vehicle I loved. I will not be going back to this dealership EVER.

Went in with two vehicles, my 2019 ram and 2018 Chrysler 300 sport. I needed a oil change and a fuse changed on the ram and had a 9am appointment. I took my car in a 10am to get a oil change and a tire rotation and was going to take my truck. I sat there for another 1.5hrs waiting on my truck. I have never seen a oil change take 2.5hrs in my life. I told them to call when my 10am appointment for my car was finished. I got a call at 12:30. I’m glad I didn’t sit there and wait on it like some people had too. Extremely slow and uncalled for. Next time I will pay a extra $5 and take it to a express place that takes 15 min for the same oil change.

So far....so very good! I am not sure what is up with the current auto market, especially the Jeep Wrangler. I had experiences over the w-end ranging from no follow to follow up saying the listed MSRP was the best offer they would do.Now on to Fitzgerald. I have never been to the dealership and it not the most convenient since I live in Lutz. Well, I made it over to the dealership last Saturday to look at a Jeep Willys. I am very limited in what I want. I actually only want a standard transmission Willys or Rubicon. The dealership is smaller, but presented well. I was not greeted too quickly when I arrived, but once I met up with my salesperson, all further interaction was very positive. Easy to get to test drive the Willys Jeep. I love it, but really wanted a Rubicon. When I told the salesperson what I wanted and what I would be willing to pay, we had a deal in like 10 mins.So I still have to wait for the Jeep to be built and then I will go through the final saless process, but could not be happy so far. I would highly recommend at this point. Quite the opposite of the number of other Jeep dealers I would never recommend now.Ill update in 8-12 weeks when the Jeep is in (but hopefully sooner :))

Visited this dealer today to buy a new car. Theres always a stigma attached to buying cars and Im so happy to report that that was not even remotely the case here at Fitzgerald. I worked with Tessa and she was extremely cordial and she helped make this experience something that will have me coming back to Fitzgerald when I want to buy again, not going to be going to a regular dealer. Also, important to note, very respectful when it comes to Covid/social distancing. While I cant remember the other staff that helped along the way, they all were outstanding. If youre on the market for a new car, give these guys and gals a shot, you wont be sorry.

I bought my 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL from Fitzgerald Jeep and until couple weeks ago no problems whatsoever. I started getting messages on my display when I started the Jeep that the batteries were charging and I couldnt use my auxiliary switches.I brought it to the service dept and Bill and Jami (service mgr.) were fantastic in having the batteries tested and replaced under warranty. As most JL owners are aware there are two batteries in the Jeep due to the stop/start technology. While i waited Jami arranged for transportation til my Jeep was diagnosed and fixed. My Jeep was fixed within a few hours. The dealership is friendly and welcoming and the service dept isawesome.

Just went to this store walked around saw a Ram 1500 that I wanted to see if it was maybe for sale after walking around for 15 minutes no one talked and this whole time the general manager Gordon saw me pull up get out stare at me while talking to his friend couldn’t say hello walked by him many times still Gordon couldn’t acknowledge a customer but pounded his salesman and has a convo with him and stop his conversation with his friend. Booked a 10am appointment for service to have a noise looked at. Decided not to stay and wait. Checked in around 3pm in the afternoon to follow up, and was told there was no news yet. Did not receive an update before they closed for the day. When calling the next day, found they have not even looked at it yet. I requested that the car be looked at first thing because I did make an appointment the day before. The service manager called back about 3 hours later and apologized for the miscommunication, and made the situation right. The noise issue was addressed as well. Changed review from 2 star to 4 star for the following reasons. 1. They identified there was an issue.2. They put steps in to address issue.3. Made it right by the customer.That is great service!!! Drove 2 hours with traffic to buy a car and was crushed to see the the level of service I gotten from finance and appraiser who seem they didn’t want to be bother 1 hour before closing. Paper work showed the wrong info but I guess they just don’t want to deal with me. I’ve tried to correct them but it was Saturday for them to go home I guess. Will not be going to this kind of dealership.

I just bought a Subaru Forester from Fitzgerald Countryside Chrysler Jeep. I dropped in without notice to do a test drive and they were very accommodating with me. I was very interested but I mentioned one small issue. Jim Gass, the guy that ultimately sold me the vehicle, agreed with me and immediately offered to have it fixed no questions asked, which he did. He was honest with me, and wasn’t pushy at all throughout the process. I asked for a few favors and they helped me out right away without giving me a hard time. I also worked a bit with managers Sue and John and thought they were great. I’m really happy with my vehicle and of the 4 cars I’ve bought this was the best experience I’ve had. I found my forever car but if I was in the market again I would repurchase from them again in a heartbeat.

They gave me a fair price for my trade in and located the Jeep that we wanted within days. Arnie, who is new there, was great to work with and made the experience a pleasant one. It was great to see Daniel, who is another sales associate there, take the time to assist when needed. Gordon, the manager, worked hard to locate and ultimately get the Jeep in for us. John in the finance department, made the process quick and easy as well. The best and most important part of this dealership in my opinion is the way the company is structured and how it operates. Their sales team doesnt need to fight for your business and they seem to have the lowest prices in the area so there is no need to haggle. This dealership impressed me. I looked around the lot and found the Jeep I saw in an online add. I was met with a friendly salesman . On our walk back into the dealership I passed Jeeps that I thought were out of my price range. I inquired about them. They showed me one that was not the color scheme that I wanted. I told them that I liked silver with black interior. Within minutes a jeep with the same color scheme I was looking for pulled up to the front. I took it for a test drive. I loved it. Still I thought I couldnt afford it. I told them what I wanted for my trade and they gave me the amount towards the new Jeep. I told them what I wanted my monthly payments to be and they came through. No pressure at anytime. Easiest the best car purchase ever. Highly recommend. That was three years ago. I am very impressed with their service and professionalism. I cant express how happy I am with this dealership.

This store is easily the best I’ve been to in a long time. The staff there is incredibly helpful and cares about their customers. Sue Monty and Gordon Hatch are two of the managers that have helped me on several occasions, as well as Tessa MacNeil. I have never had issues finding someone on staff to help me out and they are always able to answer any questions I have while at the store. It’s always a positive experience for me and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

We test drove a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo here and Brandy was more than patient as she was assisting us with our selection today, there werent many on the lot as they were waiting for the rest of the inventory to show up but she explained that she would be more than happy to inform us when new models or pre-owned models came in as that is what we were there for. Great place to visit and buy from and they really mean what they say when they advertise no hassle and no-haggle pricing the sales staff do not work on commission and that means no pressure added to the customer!

Worst dealership experience I have had since the last time I came here. The manager Sue Monty is a word I am not allowed to use on here, not sure if its to do with race or just her attitude. I dont know how someone can keep their job whilst treating people like she cant be bothered. I wouldnt say anything if it was a first encounter because I understand sometimes you have a bad day but 3 occasions is a pretty good judge of how people are. Genuine smiles and trying to help would make things a lot better or just fire her.

I purchased my new vehicle here 2 years ago next month. There were problems during the purchase that I dont need to list in detail as the GM was very nice and compensated for those issues, I will say the problems robbed me of the happiness one should expect at buying a brand new vehicle.The building itself is small and one does feel a bit confined standing in line at the service counter. Just my opinion but I feel they should move to a larger, more accomodating, location in the nearby area.The service department has its pros and cons. The pros being the friendly staff, and Jami I thank you for all that you do, in fact I can safely say Jami is the only reason that I keep returning here for service.Some of the cons now: most every dealership that I have experience with wouldnt dream of giving you back a dirty car regardless of how it entered the shop.Most dealerships offer no expense loaner vehicles when work is performed on your vehicle and these vehicles usually represent the dealerships latest line and the previous years line as well, these vehicles should be CLEAN good quality vehicles showcasing automobiles you want you customers to buy..that is not the case here, you will appreciate your vehicle more.As for the work performed, if you have a Chrysler/Jeep DO NOT let them put your oem lugnuts back on! There is a problem and they dont tell you about it and then suddenly you are unable to get the lugnuts off. And just a piece of good advice, ALWAYS walk around/inspect your vehicle upon return.Outside of warrantied problems and oil changes (Because I have fitz lifetime plan) Im not sure they would be my first choice for service. The only thing I can say is that Jami you have gone above and beyond to cover the mistakes of others and I will always wish you well.

Ive been to many local car dealers in the area, and none of them have impressed me more than Fitzgeralds Countryside Chrysler Jeep. The lot is well laid out, easy to navigate. The showroom is always very clean, and the service waiting area is well stocked with coffee and donuts. I have yet to purchase a Jeep from them, but get my Patriot serviced here frequently. The service department is always quick, and Danielle and Bill in the service lobby are always extremely friendly. Earlier today, I had an issue with my Jeep pulling to the right due to uneven tread on my tires after a tire rotation, so I brought it back a few hours later after my service appointment, and we decided to rotate the tires back to their original locations for now, they got the issue fixed quickly and free of charge. Thanks a lot! Ill be sure to recommend Fitzgerald Jeep to anyone looking for a new Jeep!

Love the sales team here! We stopped in at Fitzgerald to test drive a Wrangler and were met by Jose who hooked us up. We did the test drive, to a good look at the Jeep, and then went inside to discuss things. Jose was prepared to answer any questions and had a very nice personality; he wasnt pushy and he didnt waste our time.We talked about pricing and met with the sales manager, Gordon. He set a GREAT price for us and told us to shop around if we wanted to. They told me I couldnt have a booklet they provide for a vehicle I wanted to see the extra parts. They refused to give me the make and model of my Mopar accessories booklet. Its not like I was going to give it back to them. I just wanted it for my personal use and order parts for my Mopar from them....guess they lost my business unless something changes.

This is the only dealership I will take my Jeep to for service. Bill is one of the best service advisors I have ever had. I was having an issue with my battery and there wasnt a code popping up on the system - but bill wanted to inspect further and found that both my batteries were failing. If it wasnt for him going beyond what the code was showing I could have been stranded somewhere. Bill always makes sure that I am completely happy with my vehicle before he gives it back to me and always called to keep me up to date on what is going on. I am beyond happy with the service I receive from this dealership and will ALWAYS bring my car here. Thank you Bill!

I was there for an airbag recsll. One of their employees stole 12 of my prescription pain pills that I foolishly left in the door pocket....and they wouldnt do anything about it. Im positive it happened there because I counted 17 the night before , nobody else was in the car snd I had 5 left an hour after I left there.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience, I brought my truck in for service before my big camping trip. There was an exhaust repair needed, turns out there repair involved replacing a cylinder head. I did not want engine work done before I towed my camper to Daytona for the races. The Jamie the Service Manager, Bill the Adviser and Jim the Parts Manager all assured me this will done and ready for my trip! Well I am so very happy to say my trip was fantastic and the truck performed without failure. I totally Trust and Believe in the staff at Fitzgeralds Jeep to handle any and all repairs for myself and or anyone that needs service and or repairs. The service department is awful, except for the advisors customer service. Most of the advisors are very nice and friendly and my complaints arent with them. My issue is with the actual service. I took my Grand Cherokee there for some repairs, and had to take it back 3 times for something they messed up on. First, they replaced my pano sunroof shade and while replacing that, they didnt attach it correctly or something so there was a retainer clip rolling around in the shade and they didnt align my a-pillar trim piece correctly. Also in this visit, they updated my U-connect as the radio was glitchy, and that also didnt fix the problem. I picked it up, noticed these issues and took it back. They fixed the trim piece, headliner issue, and said my entire radio needed to be replaced, I would have to come back again for that, and they charged me my warranty deductible again (when I shouldnt have paid it). I picked it up from having the radio replaced and the issue with it was still happening. Not to mention, as soon as they replaced the radio the backup camera started malfunctioning, which is all related to the radio replacement. I take it back again and they diagnosed my radio issue to the steering wheel button and said my backup camera was bad. Theres no way my camera was bad because it was perfectly fine before they started messing with it with the radio, and get this, they wanted my warranty deductible again. I pick it up for a 4th time and take it to another dealer who replaced the camera and it never fixed the issue. Comes to find out, the wiring got messed up when Fitzgerald replaced the radio, to what I told the advisor probably what happened. It seems they hire people out of middle school to repair customers cars.

I purchased my Jeep Patriot here 2 years ago and have gone to their service department ever since. I have always been treated like a valued customer and they have gone above and beyond my expectations to service my Jeep. I have built a relationship with The manager Jami, the mechanic Bobby and Danielle in the service department reception. Each one makes me feel special! I brought my Jeep in today for an oil change and was not expecting much but was very happy each one of them took time out of their day to say hello and make sure everything was going well with the Jeep. I always look forward to taking my Jeep in for service because I know I will be treated like a friend, the service performed by Bobby will be done quickly and to the highest standards, and I know I can trust them both with my vehicle and my money.

After viewing one of the Fitzgerald commercials on a local channel, I couldnt believe what I heard, I had to rewind and listen a second time. I really think the powers that be should maybe consider rewording their content. I dont know how it got by the censors. After reviewing my post a representative from Fitzgerald contacted me bright and early today to explain their stance on the above topic and it makes me feel that theyre immediate response shows that their intentions are not to insult but to invite the diverse melting pot of citizens into the dealerships. After coming in office to get my jeep appraised, they advised they would contact me. 48 hours later and 5 phone calls from me to check on it...they finally called me to ask if I wanted it appraised. I let Sue know I was already there and waiting to hear back. She said okay and NEVER got back to me. I will not be purchasing from them. Very frustrating experience for something so simple. Lack of follow-up and know how has lost me as a customer.

Do yourself the favor and go first to Fitz before any other dealership. Jim Gass and Sean the finance manager were by far the best individuals I have ever worked with in regards to a new vehicle purchase. I wasnt the easiest person to deal with but they are extremely fair, honest, understanding and respectable people and their is no pushing around or false proposals. What a nightmare. The sales piece was great (shout out Juan), great enough to trick you into thinking this will be a good experience. Then you spend the rest of your life dealing with the financial processing- traded my Jeep for a new Jeep almost a month ago and it has just been taken out of my name ... I think any way.Update: traded in on 3/16, it is now 4/12 and it still has not been taken out of my name. Getting overdue notices from my previous lender bc Fitzgerald has not submitted the payoff
