This place goes above and beyond our expectations. Actually shampooed our trunk the first time out for detailing. Had it tinted too. After that we were hooked. Had several of our work vans in need of cleaning and detailing. Last minute we dropped it on this company. We are in charge of medical supply delivery in the bay area. They were able to fit us in even though it took a day longer than anticipated. You guys really came through!! Vans look amazing!

Highly, highly recommend. Shawn got me in right away and quoted us a reasonable/fair price on removing old tint, re-tinting and removing oxidation from my paint job (it was pretty bad). He kept me up to date on his progress and made it very easy to plan on picking the car up, etc. We appreciated the work, communication and great results. I will return quarterly to have my car detailed. Oh, and my car looks BRAND NEW now (2012 white Camry). I love it/very happy.

We had our store front tinted by these guys and they did a remarkable job. They come out monthly and detail all of our fleet vehicles. Great quality and the owner is sweet as hell! Not sure why people would ever attempt to slander a small business. Especially having never had work performed. Disgusting and dispicable. Anyway, totally love these guys! These guys are great and always on time. They actually donated some cash during covid to help our church provide food to those in need. They arent even members, they clean our church vans once a month. Great company/people! And great service!!

Ive been bringing my cars here for years. Shawn reached out and said a bunch of fatties were slandering his page, so I thought Id chime in. Never have I had better service. Computer cut film, high quality detailing products. All if it is there. Quality service if youre not a disgusting POS.

Not professional; and thats a completely true statement even if only based on the fact that youve come back to edit your replies 3 times just to say unprofessional things.A previous reviewer was going through cancer treatments and, unfortunately, passed away. You continue to be a thorn in her familys side, and with the simple fact that youve been such a terrible business conductor just online, it really shows how you would conduct business in any other capacity. After living in Florida, I have to do my due diligence to warn other Floridians to steer clear of your God-awful business practices.

I’m highly disappointed with this company’s detail and the response I received after my questions on the “detail” that was done on my vehicle. For starters , I told him I had an 08 4 runner that I would like detailed and the seats shampooed throughly. There’s no spills or oil, etc , car in excellent condition on inside, just sweat and dirt lines from previous owner. Fast forward , I picked up the car , scorching hot out ( I know he was ready to leave and I would have been too) , no real walk and talk about it. I asked why there was finger prints on the vehicle and why they would not wipe right off since it was waxed and all, basically the response is that the vehicle is old. He also told me he had to get out the Hot water extractor yet the seats were still just as soiled. There was a dried bug in the dash that was already there when I brought it to him , dirt all in the inserts , dirt along the back of the storage area of SUV - none wiped down with any cleaner etc . My mechanic was back out to take a look at the vehicle this morning , pointing out more dried wax areas that were left there from before ( he knew they were there because I just had new headlights installed). The owner asked me to basically accept that it’s an older vehicle , and that he hoped I could get past it and enjoy my weekend. Um, no. So , now I’m back to hiring another mobile detailed that I can trust to send to my Baycare facility and one that the physicians can also trust to use. To say the least , I wouldn’t be referring this . I realize small mistakes happen , and they sometimes need to be fixed. This is not the case. I’ve always had a mobile detailer. All my vehicles in excellent condition and I do know what to expect , even though the owner thinks I don’t . I’ve tried to upload photos and it’s not letting me. There’s no BBB accreditation . I’ve already went there to file a report. I realize this is a tedious job, but I work just as hard for my money as they do .

Great businesses here. Very high-tech and very A-to-B in doing the job. They have a high-tech laser cutting machine. Love it when I see a business that has cutting edge tech. Also not a guy with a van -- has a location, so it is a proper business but run by a person who understands good customer relations. Super price competitive and just a real easy person to work with. Called Shawn and made the appointment that day and he even stayed quite late to get the job done as I was in a bind schedule-wise. Thanks for the great work, great price and jumping on this to accommodate my crazy schedule!

I contacted Shawn with a detail request in the morning and by noon of the same day he had come to pick up my car from work (which was a half a mile from his property) to take back and do a full detail. He was back with it in 3 hours and was super nice throughout the entire process. The inside was impeccably clean, not a speck of sand anywhere, and it smelled like a new car. The outside was so smooth that you could do a Dukes of Hazard hood slide over it and youd end up on your ass in the dirt. Its great! Bonus! He resurfaced my headlights for me. I would never hesitate to contact them again.

Very poor quality of work, complete car detail inside and outside completed in 1:30hrs?? Impossible if done properly (at least a 3hr job if done alone.) Missed a lot of obvious spots, when reached back didn appolozed but came up with an excuse.

I called and this company they do NOT work on any vehicle older than 2010. Not sure why. So if you have an older car they will not be able to service you. The man answering the phone was hung up on me after telling me this.
