I came in to get my brakes done and they did a great job. My only issue was with the front counter representative Hank. He is very rude and condescending. He is not welcoming for you to ask questions. I have a lot more work to be done on my car and will be taking my money somewhere else. Just not worth my hard earned money to be mistreated.

Called for a price on my alternator and labor. The man I spoke with was very rude. He is like I have to special order the part so you can give me your cc number over the phone or have a nice day. Well I chose nice day because I was getting my cc info until he said that. I’ll take my car somewhere else . With the world we living in today kindness goes a long way.

I brought my car in because I noticed a wheel noise that sounded just like a wheel bearing going out. Meineke was able to book a same day appointment. After test driving it and putting it up on a lift they determined all the wheel bearings were good. They did this all without charging me for anything. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

The service was immaculate. They really treat you like family here & the hospitality was out of this world, so much better than most auto care places I’ve been to. We’re from out of town & had a flat tire & they fixed our issue in less than an hour.

Moved in the area around 5yrs ago and was lucky enough to have someone recommend this location. They do what I want without unnecessary up sales. Ive even not done the recommendation and figured I could wait until next oil change which resulted in a gasket failure a couple months later..... A surprisingly honest store in this area of concrete jungle, great management and mechanic team here.

The man at the counter was very nice and had excellent customer service. He explained clearly what was going to happen. He called immediately after they drove the car and presented me all the options in terms of necessary and optional. He also explained to me the warranties and cost of each. He did exactly what I agreed upon, called me as soon as the repairs were done and made it convenient for me to pick up the car. The charges were exactly what I was told over the phone. I paid over the phone and the keys were left at the auto parts place next door which gave me until 9pm to pick up my keys.

Great place to get your car worked on but the prices are getting very high.

Read the lowest reviews on google. almost everything I read in the lowest negative reviews applied to my dealings with them use them at your own risk youve been warned. The owner is rude Hank is rude let my car leave with no brakes had a loose front end part that had a bolt barely hanging on.. I could go on and on ..stay away

Went in on a whim to have them check out my car to see what was wrong. Turns out I needed some sensors replaced. The service was great and the wait time wasn’t bad. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need, which is hard to find with an auto shop these days. Super nice and professional!

Called and got a same day appointment to get my rear springs put on. Super nice people. Will be back Friday to get more work done!

I went there to get an alignment and they were very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, people. I prefer someone who is down-to-earth and talks to you like a normal person versus the professional type. Just about every place you go, or any customer service phone number you call, is concerned with professionalism and I’d rather have someone give it to me straight and not worry about sugar-coating things. They did a great job of making sure they were very direct with me but not in an overbearing manner. And considering I had never even heard of the issue I had to getting a proper alignment, they did a great job of making sure I understood what the problem is with my car. And, they didn’t try to upsell me or try to get me to spend more money, which I think, about 98% of repair shops do. I would recommend going to this particular Meineke.

Drove down from new jersey and the money light came on was puttering down the road and needed reliable transportation back home come to find out Needed a fuel pump. Went in to check out my brakes which I thought that I needed to replace. To my surprise my brakes did not need to be replaced. Such a relief that I did not have to have any work done. I will go back in a few weeks to have them change due the oil change.

Came in for an oil change and they did a free inspection. I got a good deal on some additional things that were needed (old brake pads). The customer service specialist was very clear and concise about what was needed.

Oil changed, tires rotated with new lugs I brought, brake fluid replaced, transmission mount replaced now Benz is feeling brand new! So Im one of those that pours through reviews before I go ANYWHERE. There were definitely comments on here that had me concerned, which had me walking in with my fingers crossed, praying I didnt have to deal with a d-bag trying to rip me off. (Single female here, no mechanically inclined men in her life at the moment to prevent previously mentioned rip-off) Anywho, I needed my aftermarket LED headlight bulb replaced. Of course, no one keeps these in stock, so I purchased online and brought into Meineke. First impression, front desk clerk was gruff, basically informing me that the 7:30am appt was meaningless as the garage doesnt open until 8am. I totally understand someone who reviewed him as no nonsense and efficient Regardless, he let me know where all the amenities were, provided an upfront quote and had me out by 8:05! My headlights look great! Honestly, Ill take fair pricing and quality work over a chatty salesman any day. Would definitely be back if I needed anything else.

They told me that I needed to have my O2 sensors changed thats the reason why my check engine light was on so I said ok. They said they fixed it and I paid $247.13. I said to the manager... so does this mean my check engine light will go off and he said YES. As I was driving down the street the engine light came back on so I called him and he said oh well maybe you need to have the spark plugs changed and I said ok... Ill be back in a week. I took the car back the following week and they fixed the spark plugs which I paid $250.48 for that buttt as I was driving to pick up my son the car started to putt and it was still doing the same thing as before. I decided to take it to another mechanic to see if he said something different. He checked the O2 sensors that Meineke claimed they fixed and noticed that they were never changed so he took pictures as evidence. He said for me to take it back to show them. I went back to meineke to let the owner know what the issue was and I showed him the pictures of the work that was NEVER done and he said I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU BECAUSE YOURE RUDE!! Which I have every right to be after spending $500 with them... even though I wasnt rude. Once I showed the owner the pictures of the work he flipped out and said get out of my shop were closed. So there was a big confrontation where the police had to be involved because the owner didnt want to hear anything else. He also threatened us to get out of the shop... he said this is your last warning. I called the cops to handle the situation but once the officers arrived the owner took off. I said to him did you do this to me because Im a female and he said get out of here with that female mess. This is NOT the way clients should be treated especially after spending so much money. The owner is very nasty. I wouldnt recommend any female to take their car to this place unless you have a Male with you that can verify the work that was done. His name is Tyler by the way.

I absolutely recommend Meineke to anyone who needs repairs or regular maintenance. My Mazda is getting old and is starting to need repairs from age. Making an appointment was fast and easy and they had a number of times to choose from. You can drop your car off or wait for service to be completed. Hank at the front is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They offer a ton of services, and they are upfront about pricing and do not pressure you into any services you don’t want. Hank is a great communicator and will help you find parts that may be hard to find or that will work better for your budget. I will definitely come back as a repeat customer, but hopefully just for regular maintenance and not more repairs! :)

An excellent place to go! Hank is efficient and no-nonsense but truly cares about his work. He shows concern and commitment for each job he takes on. I went in for a routine oil change and found out that my car was dangerously in need of new tires. He and his crew stayed past closing time to get them installed and aligned so that I could safely visit my brand new niece across the state this weekend. They we slammed but got the work done. The only reason this review is not 5 stars, is that the neither the workers nor the customer liaison were wearing face coverings or masks, which was concerning to me. I hope I can still safely visit my family. Overall great service though.

First time visit. Just moved to area. Needed oil change and tire repaired. Hank was great. They did inspection of my vehicle. Told me what i would need fixed on it and gave me an estimate of repairs for future. Very nice facility. I would definately recommend Hank and his staff.

He says hes not required to wear a mask if there are less than 6 people in waiting room. How are you going to make up your own rules when the entire state has a mask mandate? Ive been coming here for 2 years. And it was only the last 3 visits that have prompted me to post this.1st visit. February I got an oil change for my car and normally they top off the fluids.( They didnt). I always ask if they did and even the paper work said they did. I got home and double checked like usual (btw Im a mechanic 🙂) and the wiper fluid was still low as well as the rest.2nd visitI took my wifes car in November to get an oil change. We arrived at 4:00 they informed me that they close at 5:00 but assured me that it would be done before close. I said okay looked at the door and it said 6:00 is when they close. Me and wait in my car and then take her car home when the jobs done. my wife said her didnt feel right. I told her Ill look at it. And there was NO OIL FILTER INSTALLED. By now there closedI call and inform them the following day. The phone call seemed okay but I could tell they were waiting for hysterics to hang up.3rd visitWe got the car back there after it drenched my driveway in oil. They did the oil change again and got mad when I asked about a cylinder compression test ( standard when something happens like that). He told me everything was fine with it.... And handed me a free oil change coupon.......really... They bring the car around front and I tell my wife back it up Ima see if the filter is installed. At this point my wife said they guy at the counter was very upset with me looking at the work they did.....

Been going to this garage for years for all my automotive needs. Tyler and Hank make a great team. And their mechanics take pride in their work. I love my thirty year old car but it does require a hunt for parts. They always find them and get me back on the road.

I had a strange slow leak under car. I would drive it, and days later there was a puddle of water. Since my AC is broken. ( which I am having fixed by Meineke) I knew it wasnt that. I took it in and within a short time the mechanic showed me pictures taken by their super spy camera my thermostat housing was leaking and explained the water took longer to drip out due to passing through hoses. They fixed the problem and told me to come back in a few days to re-check it, and I felt good that they wanted to make sure that the problem was fixed. Great job guys!

Very nice staff, quick service. They suggested a repair I didn’t need but some others that I did. However, they did not pressure me at all to do the repairs right then or even at their shop. In fact, after telling an employee that O was handy, he gave me good advice on the repairs I could do myself. It gave me confidence to do the ones I could and then buy the parts myself for the ones I couldn’t. I saved $1000 doing it that way.

I took my car to get the headlight housing replaced on both sides. They only charged me for the exact time they worked on it nothing more. Thats so hard to find nowadays I always feel like Im getting ripped off anywhere I go. Ill definitely bring my car back here in the future.

Ive been going to the gulf to bay Meineke for 3 years now and have not have a bad experience. The staff is always super helpful and courteous. They are always on time with their appointments and go above and beyond with their service. They will always try and make sure to put the customer first. They also never pressure or try and force a repair or service on the customer. They are always my go to for any service!

Im skeptical of shops in the area and when Tires Plus at Countryside wouldnt fix an issue they caused, I came to this Meineke. They replaced the broken spark plug that was installed, and their empathy showed. Ive been coming here ever since, earning and using points to maintain my aging car. Tyler and Hank, thanks so much for servicing and caring for your customers!

Double the price for drum brakes,($225). Midas etc $99 for same thing, warranty etc. Shop around first before coming here. why pay twice as much for same quality service elsewhere.

I came to Meineke in need of help with installing pedal extenders installed for my wife. I dropped off the van and was told it should be ready in an hour. Two hours later, still nothing. We needed the van desperately so my wife and i packed our kids and drove back to Meineke because my wife had to goto Tampa for an appt abd I had one myself. Alone with my two kids and car seats, praying that I can have my car soon, was told they werent able to do it. Disgruntled and defeated, I took the keys back and started to make my way to the van with my two kids and car seats. I was delighted to hear that it was no charge and so appreciative that the gentleman working the front desk helped put the car seats in for me and my wheelchair. I know they tried their best but overall the quality of service is 10 stars. Thank you for your help and will now be a consistent customer at your store. Thank you Meineke.

I have been coming to this location since moving to Florida 2.5 years ago. They have great customer service (Hank) and Im always happy with their work. I would like to add that I received an email about a $14.99 basic oil change , so I printed my coupon and went in. I wanted a basic oil change but was told my car had to have a $67.00 oil change. My coupon says valid on most car and trucks, on synthetic blend or conventional oils. I drive a Buick Encore, its not really a car or a truck. If you are going to offer email coupons it would be nice if they were more specific. Hank did give me $10 off my oil change, however $67 is a bit much.

I took my mustang GT 5.0 in for service yesterday and I have nothing but good things to say about this particular Meineke location. The work was completed on time and in accordance with my specific wishes. In addition the car was returned to me as clean as when I dropped it off and included an ice cold bottle of water for me to drink on my way home. The management and crew were polite and helpful and the overall experience was excellent. If and when I need further service, this is the place that I will take my classic mustang.

Went to my regular guys and they said it was an electrical problem after making me wait two hours when they promised to take me right away if I hit there at 8 am.Meinekie was friendly quick and actually just replaced the bulb and it all worked well. Amazing service! Very quick and helpful. I went in thinking I needed an alignment and was told that wasn’t my problem. That being said, they are genuinely there to help, and not trying to sell you things you don’t need!

I had an oil change here yesterday, and told them specifically to give me a basic oil change, thats it. They took out my cabin filter, which was dirty, placed it in front of me and said this needs to be changed. Ok, thanks....but thats not part of an oil change. I know you try and upscale. I bought a filter from Advance next door for 10 bucks. Meineke told me if I bought it from next door, theyd install it for free. So, I gave them the new filter. They charged me for installing it. 10 bucks. They kept telling me that I needed this, that, etc. Instead of just checking the fluids, they tried to sell me a gasket valve fix. Jesus, I specifically told you a basic oil change. Not even worth it getting back the 10 bucks.

Always fast and transparent on everything they do. They break down what you need to do and leave the pressure off. Super friendly staff full of knowledge.

Wow they really did a great job for me. My ford dealer wanted $1950 for extensive brake work on my truck, and wanted a full day to get it done. These guys did the same work and more for less than half of that. Pretty sure the owner either worked on or at lease inspected my truck, he showed me what was going wrong and they got me out of there in about 2 hours. This definitely seems like a trustworthy outfit.
