Probably the best apartment building I’ve ever lived in. No complaints at all. The other residents are all really cool people, mostly young professionals. Todd and Lee in the front office are next level. Always on top of things and improving things in the building - having fun community events and decorating for holidays. Also Maintence is fast as can be and the guys are awesome. Overall 10/10. Only place I’ve ever had a lease where I felt the landlords over-deliver.

I never imagined that I could love a place so much ! I was looking for security , safety, and comfort but found so much more ! I found my home . Truly a great community with a staff that has become family . They work hard to make sure our home stays amazing ! Located in a great area that is super close to everything. You will have everything you need and more ! It’s a wonderful feeling to come home to comfort ( not to mention the view) . That was the key selling point , right Todd??!!!! Very grateful and blessed to call this home !

These are very nice, newer apartments with good amenities and a decent location in Clearwater, but they are very, very expensive for what you get. I wouldnt call them luxury, but they are somewhat higher end apartments. They are also pet friendly. Just so expensive and not worth the cost of rent. Otherwise I think they would be a nice place to live. Seemed relatively quiet and the people I met were friendly during my brief stay.

Overall, this has been the best apartment community I have ever lived at, and we moved here from luxury apartments in Los Angeles that were twice the price.Not only are the apartments very nice, the walls concrete and soundproof basically and the amenities incredible well appointed, but the staff here are awesome. Both Lee & Todd in the leasing office are now personal friends of mine and the guys who run the maintenance for the property are fast, caring, effective and awesome. No complaints.This truly is a great community and in all honesty I will likely renew my lease here instead of buying a home.

I have lived here for 6 months in complete peace. There have been only two small problems in my apartment that were taken care of immediately by the courteous and efficient maintenance staff. The complexs various upkeep problems have been quickly alleviated: the pool and garage is safe and comfortable. I am so pleased with this place that I plan to stay as long as I can. The occupants are courteous, they have mostly followed the rules during Covid Epidemic, the staff has continuously monitored everything for our safety. It is quiet, scenic, very close the the city hub, and perfect for any age group. Love it here.

Everyone in the leasing office is so nice. Same with maintenance. Amenities are beautiful. The place always smells so clean and fresh. Trash chutes are a nice feature. Concrete buildings block out so much sound. I never have a problem with noise.

This building is meticulously maintained, the apartments are spacious and gorgeous and there are zero problems with noise. The management staff is always available and very responsive. Can’t imagine a better place to live!!!

If you’re looking for a place that feels like home but you still prefer to rent, this is it. The building is beautiful and the amenities many. You can chill in the hot tub, swim in the pool, work out, play pool, of practice your golf swing at any time. It’s a concrete structure and not the chicken coop style most apartment complexes are. Residents are all very polite and kind. Management is super responsive, and answers calls and emails very promptly. Kudos to Apex for their hard work and dedication to their residents!

I’ve lived here almost 2 months and absolutely love it. My apartment is beautiful and I love that everything is new. The amenities are great and the people who live here and who work here are so friendly. I have an amazing view of the sunset over the Gulf every night. I’m so glad I decided to move here.

I have lived at the Apex since June and every new week that I live here, I am more and more surprised by how much I love it. My apartment is incredible, I have an incredible view, all the kitchen appliances I need, I love the big windows and sliding glass doors to the balcony. I love that my balcony is completely private since I live on the side of the building with only one balcony per floor. The hard wood floors are beautiful, the kitchen counters are massive, etc. My favorite part about this place is that it is nearly sound proof since the building is made out of concrete. I RARELY hear my neighbors. I can barely hear the cars and sirens that drive by. One time they were fixing something in the apartment above mine and I totally forgot they were doing that and thought that the power tool sounds were coming from my very quiet robot vacuum. I remebered a few hours later that they were doing work upstairs and I could BARELY hear it! This place to so high quality, its the BEST apartment compex in Clearwater by far. I have never lived in such peace.The amenities are great, there is a pool, a nice gym and more stuff. They are contantly thinking of new ways to improve which I love.My favorite part about my entire living experience here has to be Todd and Lee in the leasing office. I have never felt more taken care of by non family members in my life. They are genuinely concered for every residents well being and comfort in the building. They never get annoyed, they are always more than happy to help you to make your living experience the best it can be.A recent situation that was SO well handled by them is that a guest in the buiding hit my car while it was parked in the parking lot. Todd called me immedatiely to tell me and gave me the contact information of the person who did it. He took this incident more personally than i did lol. Todd, Lee and the owner decided to provide me with a special parking spot at no charge to me to make up for the trouble and make sure that I did not have to worry about this happening in the future. They have been there every step of the way making sure that this guy paid for the damage and that this was righted for me (the guy that did it doesnt even live there). They took full responsibility for this situation that they didnt even cause. I have now been fully compensated for the damage thanks to the Apex management and owner. I am absolutely blown away. I have never experienced a company taking thier customers, comfort and well being so seriously.The location is amazing, I feel so safe in this building and there is security patrolling at night which makes me feel even more safe.I have nothing bad to say to about my experience at the Apex and HIGHLY recommend to to anyone looking for an apartment in Clearwater.

What I love most about the Apex is the leasing office! Todd and Lee are incredibly friendly and caring people in that they were both willing to help me with answering all of my questions! Anytime I had a concern and further questions they were both extremely helpful, they were accommodating to what I was looking for in an apartment! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in :p As for the building I really like it, the interior design is bright with white walls and blue accents. I personally really love the design of the building as it remind me of a city apartment!

I am new to the Apex Community in Clearwater and so far it has been a great experience. Apex has great amenities, is extremely clean and maintained, and the interior is great! I would highly recommend.

Looks like a cheap hotel

These apartments are promised to be luxury apartments.Wasps swarm on the decks facing to pool and management won’t do anything.The paint is the cheapest you can buyConstant problems like dogs peeing in the elevator, jacuzzi and pool heater problems.I’m terminating my lease early.
