OMGOSH you would not believe my luck today!My car alternator went out in the middle of the road on base during rush hour! I called Brent’s towing and they were on base in 45 minutes!I wish I had the young man’s name that got me out of this mess ,but I don’t! Thank God he was able to get me home! Thank you Brent’s towing for your help I am so ever grateful!!! The best part was it was less then a $ 85.00 and I was more then HAPPY to tip the driver!!!! Thank you!!! Thank You!!!!

“Sheldon” was very rude and unprofessional right from the start.Tried to talk my teammate and I into riding in the truck sleeper for 200 miles while being towed which I was informed is illegal and unsafe and we refused anyway.So he became rude and his driving was very questionable; even running some poor couple to the shoulder of the interstate by cutting them off!!!We were already in a bad situation and running into this guy on top of it was a terrible day!!

Rude from the second they picked up the phone, deal with that just to find out they are ridiculously overpriced. Others in the area are much better priced, with amazing customer service.

Nice clean and the staff members were very friendly and very nice people and Bretts himself gave me a great deal because he knew that I was really bad place with financial problems and he made it happen for me and now I have my car and it is registered in my name and I also have the title .thank you.
