Mark was awesome. Hes been doing auto body repair work for his entire life. I just needed some double-sided tape on a few trim pieces, I offered to pay him for his time but he was willing to do that for free. That says alot about someone. These guys are very professional, I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Rickys towing responded to an accident that my son & I were in. The car was taken to their storage yard. We have been trying to get our car moved since 9/9/20. They refuse to answer the phone @ the tow yard & the body shop! My insurance agent has even gone over to have the car moved. They refused to take an insurance check, personal check or debit card from her, they would only accept cash! It is now 11 days later & we have no idea where our car is! I will never allow Rickys towing to touch one of my cars ever again!

My car was repair at this plas the bumper is not assembled good i ask the worker to the the manager to call me and never did

Took my truck there to have it fixed after a rear end collision. I was hit. Secretary was efficient and day to get an estimate done. Had him come check estimate and look at truck. My wife says that the bed was sitting crooked on frame and he told us both it wasnt. In middle of talking with us he just walks away to talk with someone else. I should have known then too find somewhere else. Long story short, tells me 2 weeks to get bedside and tailgate replaced. 6 weeks later having needed my truck for 3 weeks, they never called me back when I called them. Never called me to inform me of how progress was. Had better luck talking with insurance adjusters. Got truck back, exhaust was left disconnected. Fixed myself. Could see where Bondo was under paint. Runs in paint. Dirt in paint. Bed still not square with can, he looked me in the eyes and told me he squared the bed up himself. Told me that insurance was not going to pay to have my bed line x coated again, so I would either have to live with crooked bed or holes in line x where had to cut to expose bolt heads. Paint line on bottom of body is one inch lower in bed then on cab. Did not replace bedside or fender flare like was told they would do. Installed wrong hitch under truck. Went in to get fender flare, proper hitch and a couple other things finished he offered to cut me a check for it. Decided best to be done with them and he offered me $400. Parts alone to finish work were $1200. Finally got amount up closer to where it needed to be. He cut the check for $200 less then what the insurance told me to amount was needing to be. Will NEVER recommend this shop to anybody! Crappy work, communication, and business dealings.

Ricky and mark are the best. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Marc and Ricky were both great to work with for both finding a place for my wrecked vehicle and setting me up with a replacement. They were recommended to me by a friend that has purchased from Mark for 20 years and I would reccomend their service to anyone! Both me and my wife felt very good about our experience with Marc at Sunset Auto Body.

Ricky was great to work with! He showed great customer service. He was honest and up front about my options. My tire broke off my trailer. He strapped the axle up and followed me to the nearest repair shop. Thanks again!

Can I say WoW!!!??? I am so impressed with this company. I had a less then desirable experience the other day with one of my work vans and this company had to tow it away to their shop. When I went to pick it up they were so awesome!!! The customer service was outstanding and they were way comfortable to work with. Thanks Sunset Auto Body & Glass and Towing;-) you guys will definitely get referrals from me.

I got body work done here. It took four days and looked well. But when I got my car back a Lot of my electrical wasnt working. Took me a couple of hours to get it all figured out. I strongly feel like they messed with extra parts than they needed too. I dont recommend them if you want to avoid future problems.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Negative stars would be best.On Dec. 23, 2016, we were stopped and got rear-ended hard enough that the car behind us ended up under our car and we got pushed into the truck in front of us. This required the Jeep we were in to be towed away. Because of the insurance on the car, we were required to let the incompetent idiots at Sunset Auto Body take care of the repairs. One would think that because of the nature of the accident (there was a car shoved up under our car), they would have looked under the car first thing. But you know what happens when you assume. After they had already had the Jeep for several weeks, we called to get an update (because they had once again not delivered by the date they had promised) when we were informed that in putting on the finishing touches they found damage underneath the car and asked if we had run over something. IN 3 WEEKS THEY HADNT EVEN LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND WHEN THEY DID THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK IF WE RAN OVER SOMETHING!!!!! They then had to order more parts, and feed us more lines filled with false promises of when the car would be done. The latest promise was that they would receive all parts needed by yesterday, (Jan. 26, 2017) and would have it ready sometime this morning. Upon calling them this afternoon, we were promised that the gentleman (and I use that term loosely) in charge would stay late to make sure it got done and would personally deliver it, no matter how late. About 4:30 this afternoon we were then informed that they are still waiting on parts and would have it done by tomorrow morning. Im not holding my breath.These idiots are filled with false promises and have lost all of our trust. If we ever do get the car back, we will immediately be taking it to a garage that we can trust to fix/find all of the damage Im sure Sunset Auto Body has missed.I would suggest actually being open on Saturdays like every other respectable body shop, but unless they got a whole new staff that actually works to fulfill promises, I dont think that would help their case either.UPDATEAs of Jan. 31, 2017, the 5th consecutive business day that Rick promised the Jeep would be ready, they found another crack in the tailgate. This is after he called to say it was ready to be picked up, and there were two people in route to get the car. THESE IMBECILES HAVE THE CAR,WHICH WAS REAR-ENDED, FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEY ARE STILL FINDING MORE DAMAGE IN THE MOST OBVIOUS PLACES THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE SEEN FIRST THING! Upon talking to Rick this afternoon, I asked him why they hadnt looked at the rear end of a car that had been rear-ended, and he said he didnt think the crack was from the accident. After which, he denied having ever promised that the car would be ready before today and told me that calling to check up was wasting his time. He guaranteed to me and a few other people who called (we all called to see if we would all actually get the same story from him), that he and his crew would have the car ready tomorrow. Unfortunately, Ricks promises arentworth anything. Ill be more surprised if it is ready than if it isnt.

Took a little longer than I would have liked, but they did a great job. Extremely hard to tell that our totaled car was ever in an accident.

Worst place! They wont release a vehicle after 5pm which they wont tell you! They are so money hungry! Please hope your vehicle doesnt end up here!

Took my 1973 Dodge Charger there to have it painted. After agreeing with owner to pay $9000 for what shouldve been simple work (I already had all the base color, clear coat and the activators, reducers, ect) turned into a major let down. After looking at the car fresh out of the paint booth and showing areas with paint runs and some unpainted areas that were masked off, they said they would fix it. They ended up calling me two weeks later to say I had to pick up the car and I had them trailer it to my house. I was surprised to see the same paint runs and other body issues (about 50 pictures worth after completely looking it over!) that they said they would fix. I honestly dont trust them to fix there mistakes if this is the workmanship I can expect and I know the money is gone so I cant get a return on that either. Be careful taking your cars here, or at least a car you dont care too much about.
