Limited parts. Takes a little longer to find the item too. Compared to other autozones, this comes 3rd. The one in Ogden near 5th street has my place at 1st.

I took a battery in to be tested and charged. They had it for 4 hrs and said that it still was not charging. Brittney herself, the store manager said that she wouldn’t do anything for me. As well as I got there 5 minutes before they closed, and the doors were locked. Tj said that after I was let in, he wasn’t going to open the doors when he heard someone pull on the door fully knowing they were still open.

Today I went to buy a battery and I am a faithful customer of AutoZone in Clearfield . Looks like today the guy who attended me wasn’t in a day to be helpful. Every time I went there to buy battery, which I’ve bought battery there many times, they always changed the battery for me. Today I went to buy another battery and the guy told me he could not do it because the manager was in the bathroom and he could not tell how long he would be in the bathroom. That’s a total BS. Anyway. I didn’t buy the battery. I went to a different store. By the way, there wasn’t anyone at the sorte, he could have helped me, I guess he was in a lazy day.

This is my 1st stop whenever I have a problem! These guys are great! Very helpful, professional, & friendly. They can read your check engine light codes here & its free! Makes dealing with your own car issues at the parts store instead of super expensive mechanic shops a real possibility. Even for those of us that really dont have a clue. Ive actually had several times these guys have saved me. They answer questions & help me decide what my best options are. They test batteries & charging systems for free too. I bring all of our vehicles here & have been coming here for the past several years now. Never had a bad experience. When I buy new wipers, I just nicely ask if they would mind helping me get them on & they always come right out & put them on for me! Guess that other customer didnt ask for that kind of help. Thanks for some awesome customer service over the years guys & gals! I really appreciate it!

Everytime I go into the Clearfield location the staff are very helpful and seem genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I need. At my last visit the guy helping me came out to the parking lot and pulled my headlight to make sure we got the right replacement bulb. Its my favorite Auto store.

Got quick help today, but was given bad information about what should have been a very simple topic - windshield wipers for a 2004 Camry. Fortunately for me, the advice did not seem to make all the sense in the world to me so I did a little more research and ended up making different purchases. All is well that ends well, I suppose, but quick help is no help at all if the help gives you a bum steer...

Bought windshield wipers from this location and they told me what ones for my vehicle. And one of the wipers did not go on properly. I then called to see if I would be able to come in and have them get me a different one and explained to the worker why it wasnt fitting. He then acted like I was dumb and said it was just me. He then refused to exchange it or help in any way.

The folks at this auto zone are very helpful. I enjoy just visiting to get my oil change items. Sign up for the rewards makes your trip to the part store even cheaper. I also enjoy the fact that they give a military discount.

I Have always bought all my auto parts from this store until this last experience, now Ill go to OReilly instead. Bought a new Duralast 3 yr warranty battery just under 2 yrs ago in 2017and it even has the 11/17 sticker on the side still. They said that I already traded it 3 times since 2009 so they wont trade anymore I have to buy a new one and start the warranty over again. Well why the hell is there an 11/17 sticker if I traded it already in 2015?! And Thats exactly what they told me last year which is why I paid for the new one, but apparently they didnt put it in the system correctly or something cuz they say it isnt showing. Why would I pay that much for a battery if its warranty isnt even acknowledged?! Guess Ill contact Duralast now cuz thats just wrong! I will never go to this AutoZone again. Thanks for not holding up to ur requirements!

I will always stand behind AutoZone being the best overall experience. Parts are usually a bit less on cost, which always helps. One of them helped me change my break bulb, it was an older car so a bit confusing. The rep did not belittle me or make me feel very dumb. Some stores actually put off the tone of this. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met from an auto shop. They also have this way of caring, very few auto shops have this ability anymore. Which I understand you deal with customers all day, and you are done. They always seem to impress me by not making me feel unintelligent on questions, and make me feel comfortable there.

I came to this location to have my battery and charge system tested. The staff were super friendly. They told me my battery was bad because of high voltage but then didnt test the rest of my charge system. I had my system tested at two of the competitors who said my alternator was failed, not the battery. I feel like this autozone was just trying to get a sale on a high dollar item. Instead of making sure I was taken care of, or maybe the staff person was not trained properly. Id go back if I needed a simple tool in a pinch but probably not for hard parts and definitely not for my charging system to be tested again.

Threw 70.00 down the drain because I was sold the wrong part and because I had to take the part out of box to fit it, when attempting to return the part I was denied... the guy that sold the part had great customer service and an awesome attitude and made it the only good experience about this but the person who didn’t let me return even after giving him the proper information was an absolute wang about the situation because it was opened already. Very disappointed and plan to take my business elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Our car broke down right up the street. We needed a single bolt that came lose so we could make it back home to WY. The place had just closed, but the employee came to the door. We explained we just needed a $4 part. The employee seemed like he wanted to help, but after he talked to the manager we were told no. I understand that they were closed, but they were our only hope. Theyve lost a customer...

Great place to buy parts and ask questions but they dont Compete with Walmart. They refuse to match prices. I walked out on them because I saved 4 dollars by crossing the street to Walmart.If you need brakes then get the lifetime warranty for duralast gold. I have saved a lot of money doing my own brakes with AutoZone.But Oil, filters, headlight bulbs, and tools (harbor freight is even cheaper) go to Walmart and save more money.

Casey was very helpful! Thought I needed a new battery, but after checking for me, my battery and alternator were fine. He cleaned some corrosion off the contacts. I also needed windshield wipers and he installed those for me as well. The services he provided were at no charge. Will be returning to Autozone in Clearfield for future auto needs!

I went to this autozone location yesterday May 16th 2019. Now I’m a home builder and no absolutely nothing about cars except how to start them and drive them hahaha. I needed a brake light for my car, Sergio helped me not only with the proper brake light but also installed it for me. He was really kind and helpful, and I truly appreciated his help and wanted to share my positive experience with him and this autozone location. I absolutely am indebted to the managers of Autozone, I believe his name is Dan. My car broke down in the 7/11 parking lot last week and i went to autozone to get some help. The manager went out of his way on his lunch break to drive over and carry the battery over so I wouldn’t have to do in the rain. He also allowed my stepdad to use their lender tools (since he was working in the parking lot) to replace my alternator. That man deserves a raise for going out his way to help my family and I. Dan the Man.

I went into AutoZone today for new windshield wiper blades. The ones I bought ended up not working for my car, so I took them back and explained why they would not work. The employee that I was talking to was very rude and disrespectful. He did not offer any help at all and told me they should fit even though they clearly didnt. He was not willing to listen to me and didnt seem to really care. He also did not bother to see if they had a different windshield wiper that would fit my car .When I asked him he instantly said nope, we dont have any. The employee was also not wearing a name tag, so Im not sure what his name is, but he had his hair in a ponytail, and had several teeth missing. I have had a lot of problems at this AutoZone on several different occasions and would not recommend going there

Disappointed in this shop. Went to buy HID bulb here and they wanted $150/bulb. Went home and found an option for 2 bulbs for $30. That is 10x cheaper. I expect a little price difference but that seems ridiculous.

Terrible service! I have some kind of fluid leaking from my car, so I thought I would stop by, and see if they could help me figure out what it was so that I could buy more and top it off to hold me over until I could take th car to a shop. It is kind of orangish, and leaked in a way that looked like a pile of semi-viscous fluid. You can easily see the color from the photo.When I went in, I got in line because both employees were assisting people, or so I thought. One guy was just chit-chatting with a customer about weekend plans, and the other was helping someone with a purchase. When the first person was finally done chit-chatting, he looked at me and said, I can help you. A girl who had been crouching in the aisle behind me ran up to him and said, you were helping look up something for us, and practically knocked me out of her way. The man shrugged and started helping her. A man who had been waiting in the other line joined her. So I waited for the other person to finish helping the people who had walked into the store AFTER me.When it was finally my turn to be helped, I pulled up a picture on my phone that I had taken of the fluid that was leaking on from my car. I said. I took this picture of some stuff leaking from my car. At first I thought I just drove through something, but now I dont think so, because its happened multiple times. The lady said, I dont know, it looks like contaminated orange coolant. I told her where it was and asked if that made sense (its in front of my rear driver side tire.) She said in front of your back tire? Are you sure you didnt just drive through something? Again, I explained that I had originally thought that, but since its happened a few times now, I thought maybe it was something leaking. I told her, You guys are close, and I thought maybe you may know, then I could top off whatever is leaking until I can get it fixed. She said Maybe its just gas? Is it on the side with the gas tank? I looked at her very skeptically and said, No....Instead saying anything at all, she looked in the direction of the other man (who I had originally wanted to ask), who was now in the back. She just stood there staring. Then finally turned back and said, very quietly, as if she were talking to herself. I dont know. Then went back to staring at him. I said I guess Ill just wait to ask him. By this point I was so incredibly frustrated. He was now helping someone else who had walked in behind me and didnt seem like he would be done any time soon, so I left.I cant believe that everyone but me could actually get help at this location! So now I am leaving even more frustrated than when I came in. Its not like I was looking for a diagnosis - I just wanted to know what I needed to buy.

Service is good but Duralast parts dont last. Replaced Motorcraft sway bar link with Duralast on my wifes 08 Focus and it went out twice in two years. Finally just paid for a Moog, been going good for 2+ years. Same for idler and pitman arms on my 97 F-150, had to replace 3 times in 2.5 years with Duralast. If it werent for parts warranties and being broke AF, Id have switched those away from Duralast with the last change out.
