Coltan is a fantastic insurance agent who I highly recommend. As a restoration company, he handled everything smoothly and with care. He made sure the homeowner was taken care of quickly and professionally. He genuinely cares about his homeowners and what is best for them. I would definitely recommend him and All State for all your insurance needs.

Horrible agents not helpful at all

I posted a bad review saying this Allstate did not get back to me but it was my phone acting up when in actuality the problem was on my end so please take down this review. I like Coltan J. Eastman Allstate Agency

So my sister in law lives in South Korea and uses our house as a state side mailing address. We got a notice a little over a month ago Allstate was going to add her to our policy because she didn’t have car insurance. My husband called explained and was told she wouldn’t be added to the policy. Well guess what happened they charged us for a policy change and add her to my policy. Husband called today and is now getting the run around saying we have to get information from her (in South Korea) to get her removed from our policy. She doesn’t have a cell phone and have to wait for her to get a message then Skype us back. All because this company add her to our policy without our permission. Coltan’s office replied to my husbands statement that it can’t be legal to just add people to your policy without your approval was “well Allstate is a national company so if they did it then it must be legal.”Let’s see if they get this fixed I doubt it.

Mari is the best. Any time I need anything theyre all incredibly helpful and very prompt. We enjoy speaking with all of them even if we have a claim or something less than ideal. Rod is great and Coltan is always looking out for us. I highly recommend this agency to everyone I know!

Coltan is a great agent. When I talked to other insurance agencies for a policy I felt like they only wanted one thing... $$$. Coltan explained very thoroughly about our coverages and what is included and how we could lower our bill with things that we felt like we didn’t need. 5 stars, and love his interaction with his customers.

Left me in the dark when I bought my house. He had an inspector come out and look things over to be sure it was in a condition that they could provide me with insurance. He waits until I have been moved in for a month and calls me saying they wont insure me anymore unless I reshingle the roof. He hit me low with that one waiting so long to inform me. I wouldnt have bought the house if he told me this before hand. Now Im 6 feet deep and need to drop another 5 Gs to replace the roof.Thanks for nothing.
