This office is one that I will never go back to.They do give good discounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner.I have chosen to go to another company due to this specific office to mess up on billing me for someone else’s policy.They also don’t/won’t take responsibility for their errors or take accountability for costing me over $200 in a policy that was not in my name.They blame me for not catching their error as soon as I did.This also was not the first time I was billed when I shouldn’t have been for another persons policy.If you choose to do business with the office of Chad Hawks I suggest you check your bank account often to make sure they aren’t billing you incorrectly.

Very informative and was able to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me and I appreciated it. Customer service is a big deal to me and while other places sent me a basic email, Chad took time out of his day and called me and explained everything from the ground up and to me that’s what made my decision to go with Allstate simple.

I worked with Dallin Jensen on my policy and he was absolutely great. We had some difficulties finding experience records but he hunted down every way we could get them over a couple days and he got it done. Saved me a ton of money!

I just got off of the phone with Chad Hawks with Allstate Insurance. He was very thorough about going over all of my.coverages with both my Auto & Condo & also how I could save money on my Auto insurance by paying it every 6 months, rather than monthly like I’m currently doing. Regarding my Condo insurance he really made me stop & think do I really have enough coverage for my personal items if something happened such as a fire & I lost everything, could I replace everything for the amount I have on my policy now & for only $1.50 more a month I could add another $10,000.00 and I would have enough money to replace what I have.Then we talked about life insurance which at 61 years old I really need to get a policy. He explained everything to me in detail about how life insurance policy’s work & to make sure not to get one that is just for accidental death! I really appreciated the call from him & how he went over things in detail & he is is such a polite man! I have been with them for over 20 years. I had teenagers with wrecks and tickets and they were always fair and never dropped us or raised our rates. We have had accidents and they were quick to take care of the claim and more than fair in the money they allowed. I am a heart disease patient, I had no signs of heart trouble or disease just prior to working with Chad some 20+ years ago. I had lost my job, and needed to replace to private insurance, Chad set it all up, and recommend guaranteed renewable insurance which mean, I can/could renew up-to the face value regardless of health condition.
