Boost mobile! Where do I start 🤔 my family were customers for over 7years. All of a sudden we were unable to make or receive calls. Kept getting no mobile service, or No registered provider. Not even able to do the #2. We were left with the chat from 8/11 -8/16. Back and forth Reset to factory settings, its not us call Samsung , 4 hours with Samsung, the phone worked for 1 phone call then back to No registered provider. Back to boost chat, they spoke to us as of we were trying to get something for free. Never excepted responsibility. Insulted me after I asked for a credit , the credit will not fix the problem maam is what I was told. I cant work from home without my phone. My husband cant run his business without his phone. WOW. We were not valued as long time customers. Keep your credit we went and switch to a new provider. Thats about it. Good bye Boost.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Every time I have gone in this store I’ve received excellent customer service. I went in today because my phone started acting up, there was only one employee (Edwardo) and at one point 5 customers in the store. Edwardo has great customer service the entire time! It took about 2 hours for him and apple to come to the conclusion that my phone needed to be sent in, my toddler was getting antsy and he still had all the patience in the world. The phone service is great, and I will always recommend this store!

This location is without out a doubt one of the most friendliest Boost Mobile stores I have been to in the Triangle area. The sales associates are always delighted to see the customers and always greet customers in such a sincere and gleeful manner. The sales associates, Chris and Mikey, are always helpful when it comes to answering questions about my service and paying my bills. I have never been unsatisfied with the service at this location!

I worked here as a sign spinner for about 2 months, Danny and Diana are two of the most helpful, friendliest, and most knowledgeable people in the business anywhere in North Carolina. The work environment is awesome. If you are looking for a summer job and you dont mind the heat and working outdoors, there is absolutely no better place.

This store is not a place that deserve to operate with rude sale associate like the one i experienced today no motivation as to helping customers very disrespectful no smiles very unprofessional (OMG THE WORST) never in life will i do business here do not feel appreciated at this location i went to another location and spent my money?

I went in to purchase the 1st of 4 new LG G Stylo phones. These phones are advertised to receive a free $50 case with purchase. The associate, Chris, asked the Manager, Danny, if he had heard of the promo and he rudely replied we independent store, we not go by Boost promo. I showed them one of the pages online and he still refused. I found another ad on the home page of Boost stating the same promo. Ive spent thousands at this store going back to when it first came to Clayton. I will never go back! The Manager never even looked up at me, and could care less that he lost a very loyal customer who will not only buy my other 3 currently needed phones, but every one in the future elsewhere. I suggest you find a Boost store thats NOT independent. Evidently they arent required to give the advertised promotion by Boost or courteous service!!

The lady working at the desk had an unprofessional attitude. She was asking for information I didnt have and wouldnt help me find it. I will not patronize this particular establishment in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. The sign on the door said free 4G phones. I asked the manager which ones were free. He said they are only free if you are switching service. He said they are 29.99 with new service. I said I wanted one. He then said that the only way that you could get them for 29.99 is on a 60 dollar plan with insurance. I told him I would go somewhere else and walked out. Came back in to ask if there was anything he could do. While I was at the counter I read the sale flyer. There was nothing in there about needing to be on 60 or higher plan or needing to buy the insurance. He said at this store you have to buy the insurance and get the 60 dollar plan. I asked for his managers name and number which he wouldnt provide. I left and went to a different store. This is the first thing Im doing on my new phone. DONT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!

This store is a complete rip off the offers advertised are not available in store. All the employees want to do is make a sale Im so disappointed with my experience here. I walked in to get a phone for a 9 year old child after one of the employees told me they had deals where I can get a free phone with a new service, there was no promotion for a free phone with a new service I ended up getting a $30 phone I told the associate I wanted the cheapest monthly plan because it was an emergency phone for a child she then told me the only plan that I could choose was the most expensive one with unlimited high speed Internet and Hotspot. I will never ever come here again and I will not recommend anyone I know come to this location ever complete rip off over 100 dollars for a emergency phone.

I called, was told that they dont sell any Samsung accessories. Dropped by the store, walked in, saw a wall of Samsung cases, and chargers. I promptly left without buying the otterbox I needed.

Sales people did not know how to transfer texts messages to new Android phone. Had to go to Geek Squad. They only transfered pictures and contact list

Located in Clayton, Everytime I go there, its different people behind the counter, no problem, but they are not very helpful, when I ask a question its a quick response, theygive no assistance with picking out phones, not a friendly environment at all. Based on my experience.

Store sucks said that I had wi fi hot spot when I got home I didnt. They suck. People dont waist your time. When you call customer service they know nothing about that location so you have to wonder how they are selling things when boost doesnt even know that they are there.

Went to get a new phone and Diana was very helpful, Danny was able to transfer my content from my windows phone to the new phone and also made me a gmail account. cases are a little too much though.

Representative was talking to much & a asking unexpected questions not related to buying a phone!
