Went into spectrum mobile today to up grade my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Had a wonderful experience the transaction went smoothly only had to pay 10 more for the new phone I was very pleased. Also the sales woman Kellen was awesome very nice and Professional had a great sense of humor would definitely recommend this store and her for all your mobile needs.

Went in to activate a phone. The lady there had a horrible attitude. They need to change employees for people that actually want to work. I cancelled service. I’m not going to deal with the bad attitude

Everyone was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! There wasnt a long wait before being helped. Their location was easy to find and parking was available in front of their location. This will always be my go-to Spectrum store!!!

Went fast. Had like 6 people in front of me. I was in there less the 30 minutes. 1 lady asked me to keep my service dog away from her and he was not bothering her at all

Went to return my boxes after the storm knocked them out. The associate there had a very I dont care attitude, I understand she was pregnant, but she should act better towards customers. I asked about cords she said they were in the box, No they were not only power cords were there no connection cords were there so I had to go out and buy cable connector cords because I didnt want to deal with her again

I didnt visit the store. Drove by and people were standing outside.It looks like Spectrum, in Clayton. Needs to do Take a Number system. Best wishes.Finally moved to good spot. Lots of parking.

This business has terrible service. You have to call multiple times to cancel services and on hold for up to over an hour to confirm cancellation. You are told your service is canceled over the phone and after arriving in the store to turn in equipment, you are told there is no cancellation on your account. I can see clearly why people are fed up with this business. Very happy, moved to different provider! Much better service and appreciation with different provider.

The customer service agent at the spectrum store was absolutely marvelous. I went into the store thinking I was going to buy a new phone and within 5 minutes she uninstalled several apps they had caused my phone to not work properly. Now everything is back to normal. She was extremely proficiant and very pleasant in the process.

Dont use Spectrum!! They are not trained properly and will only frustrate you trying to resolve minor issues. Multiple technical calls for support and multiple trips to the store in Garner because someone behind the counter isnt paying attention and doesnt know what is inside of the boxes in the products needed for service. What a waste of time. Two days spent trying to resolve a switch out of equipment and Multiple calls to their tech folks and they cant complete a proper simple fix!!!! Complaining does nothing!! Dont waste your time or money and the internet service they provide in Garnee sucks!!! Constantly buffering if you can keep a signal!!!

Went to buy two new phones, only to find out that we couldnt do a trade in after the associate opened the boxes as part of the purchase process, losing out on hundreds. The associate then tried to convince us I could get more on the Facebook marketplace and not to do a Spectrum trade-in -- an obvious attempt at commission fraud. The customer service line could not assist me because I purchased in-store.Do not go to this store. Go online.

Decided to try Spectrum mobile. Cant believe how fast it was to switch. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Love the new phone and surprised with the service. Its hard to get good service where I live. So far so good.

I needed an upgrade and the young lady that works there with the beer belly , black long straight hair , some what looks like mulan , gave me false information and stalled on calling higher authorities when needed. She was so nasty and rude and didn’t try to give insight on my problem .. the mobile store told me they couldn’t get full access to my MOBILE ACCOUNT so i just feel bamboozled

The store is located in the Walmart song center and there is plenty of parking. When I went out was not crowded and I was able to conduct business and be out of there quickly. They do offer appointments as well if you are concerned about waiting.

Got new phones there and went with their $14 a month plan which is currently the cheapest anywhere. Justin was very patient with us and did a good job of explaining everything and setting up our new phones. Super nice guy. Also helped us with our internet issues with our router. Long story short, with working from home we needed to upgrade our router beyond what spectrum supplied. Both the exchanges we did, phone and router, was super easy. And the new phone service with them is on par with the Verizon we’ve had for 20 years. Glad we changed.

I was having a problem finding a spectrum Box that would suit our needs. We did not like the boxes that say Spectrum on them. After 4 tries, they finally found me 2 boxes that were used when they were Time Warner Cable. Which we felt were more user friendly and closed captioning worked better, especially when watching something using On Demand. (I think these boxes are made by Cisco.) Even though I had to come back 4 times, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office.

People ca. Complain , I will as well but today Specrum in Clayton was on point. All I was doing was getting a new remote. I walked up to the door as I opened it a pretty young lady was there handing me a new remote.... Nownthats service. I joked with the young lady and said wow you really dont want me to come in. Stopped in to replace a router, and I was extremely surprised and pleased with this location. The store was extremely nice on the inside, it was well kept, clean, organized and very presentable. The staff I encountered and over heard were friendly, helpful, and polite.I will definitely one back to this location for any Spectrum needs.
