Happy with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I am not happy that upon checking in their records said it was my first visit to Villa when actually it was my tenth visit. No one at the shop pursued my report of previous visits or even seemed to care. Somewhat disappointing that they didn’t care because the more you frequent the salon the more “perks” one receives for being a frequent flyer.

We always have a good experience here, for my self and friends and then my kids also love the kids chairs! The employees are always friendly and helpful!

It’s only been 5 days since my manicure/pedicure. It pretty much looked this way from the beginning. The pedicure is nice, but the woman who did the manicure didn’t take the polish to the bottom and sides of my nails. The place is very nice and they were all kind, but when you pay for gel, you expect it to last longer than a few days.

Great establishment. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to get me in relatively quickly. The technician was very friendly and gave me a hand massage after doing my nails. Already booked another appointment

First time visit. Had an acrylic fill and gel polish & gel polish, toe polish change as well. They made my square nails/rounded corners, all round. Left with my nails at different lengths and looking like stubs. Work was very fast and sloppy. Not to mention expensive. Wont be back.

This was such a great atmosphere, very welcoming and a beautiful salon! Will def be making this my go to place for our nails from now on! Did not feel rushed at all, to get in and out as most other places do. Thanks for everyone’s kindness, that really makes a difference :)

Took my mother here for the first time to celebrate her birthday. Of course I got her the pedicure with all perks! Kim and Ben took care of us and we had a great time. It’s no secret that the best part of a pedicure is the massage and we were extremely pampered here! We will definitely start coming here more often. Aside from the great service, the rest of the staff was very nice too, and the salon is not only pretty but extremely clean.

Cindy is always fantastic. I treated myself to the Voesh Collagen Pedicure this time and am glad I did. Wow - so luxurious and relaxing. Highly recommend this.

I went in to get my nails done and asked for a pretty complicated design. They welcomed me in and were patient with me explaining what i wanted and what colors. They ended up turning out fantastic! Definitely trusting them with my nails in the future!

I’ve been here twice for gel manicures. I went back a second time just to give them another chance and it was even worse than the first. Three of my nails chipped within TWO days of getting my manicure. The rest of my polish ended up peeling off like a sticker within a week of a gel manicure. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and years and that is not supposed to happen. I spent $40 on a manicure that lasted 24 hours. Definitely not going back there. Spend your money somewhere else.

Wonderful place and service is excellent. Would highly recommend this nail spa and Cindy who I go to does everything perfectly.

Most definitely will be coming back! Everyone was so incredibly kind and attentive. I shared a picture of the nails I wanted to the nail tech and they did a beautiful job! Great at doing small nail designs! Absolutely worth visiting!

I absolutely love Cindy and her husband Ty. She is the only one person that I trust to do my eyebrows. I go every 2 weeks. Cindy has the best hands for pedicures. I told her she has healing in her hands.....a gift that God has given her. ❤ I am customer for as long as she is there. Blessings & Peace.

Great nail salon! I had an appointment to get a full-in with Vi, check in was quick and easy, my appointment started at it’s scheduled time and my nails look great! Very clean, atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was very friendly.

Salon was extremely clean and practiced excellent COVID safety measures. The actual nail services were outstanding; we are very pleased with the results and the overall service. Last week, my mom and I went here for a nice, relaxing treat on my birthday. We never ever treat ourselves to something like this, so we were so let down by the lackluster experience Villa Nails gave us. After reading other reviews, I had expectations that this nail salon would be at least fairly good quality... But this place was just strange on my many levels.From the moment we walked in, the staff rushed us to stations, even though we let them know we wanted to look at colors together. The staff barely spoke to us and to be honest, there was a pretty awkward vibe about the whole place. It wasnt very warm or inviting at all.Aside from the lack of hospitality, the manicures lasted no more than a few days before already chipping. I definitely feel like I didnt get my moneys worth for the service here.The guy that did my moms manicure dried her nails with a SPACE HEATER! Literally couldve burned her hands so easily. It was most definitely not a professional nail dryer!The facility was clean, but the service from this place left me disappointed and highly unimpressed, while I had really high hopes for it.

Just had a manicure and pedicure today with Vy. She did a fantastic job! Added cute little valentine hearts to both ring finger nails. Did not rush through and nails look very, very nice. Gave the most relaxing massages during both manicure and pedicure. BEST experience ever for a mani/pedi. Nice clean spa and great music.

I got jimmy tonight and they were the best nails i have ever got i 1000% recommend him. he is so fun to talk to and does your nails SO good. i got acrylics and the shape was perfect.

Didn’t get what I asked for. After one day my nails are broken because the dip powder coat is not thick enough.

The salon was nice and clean (followed all protocols and took temperatures on arrival), however my nail technician was extremely rude. I lost count of the number of times he rolled his eyes at me during a simple pedicure - whether it was to fix the polish on my toe that got smashed, where I signed my receipt, the fact that I couldn’t understand he was asking for his pen back due to wearing a mask and a language barrier - everything annoyed him. Maybe he should have taken the day off if he didn’t want to be there. My moms technician was great, so I will give it another chance. Hopefully I get someone different or he’s having a better day if I get him again.

This was my first time here and I probably wont go anywhere else again. The salon is taking all social distance precautions but it does not seem to affect the quality of the service. The ambiance is very relaxing and it is sooo clean and comfortable. Im writing this review while finishing up my pedicure and Im so satisfied already

If I could give more stars, I definitely would. The nail techs here are the cream of the crop, in all ways, from the LA Vie nail salon in Flowers. There is an attitude of old time camaraderie in elegant surroundings, and the pampering is top notch. You cannot go wrong with any of the staff and can enjoy a beverage while you indulge! There is also a coffee bar right down the sidewalk. Parking is ample and even pedicure stations for the very young. Dont bother going anywhere else. This tops every salon in the area. First class!

Experience wasn’t great, came in after quarantine to treat myself I had the lady name Vee she was very rude and mean. She had an attitude problem the whole time. Her work was sloppy. The vibe in the salon was just off. They speak too much Vietnamese it’s kinda annoying because you can’t really relax and enjoy. This salon is pretty inside but the staff aren’t friendly. What a waste!!!! They need to hire nice ppl!!

If I could this place 0 stars I would! Put acetone on my toes and left on for over 45 min while doing my gel nails. When I asked nicely to please take off because my skin was starting to burn 3X calmly they didnt understand. So asked to speak to the girl that spoke English she did nothing instead they brought me stones to do my neck massage. I then said no no my toes are burning! The owner comes over and rather than saying Im sorry lets help her. He tells me to calm down. We get into an argument because he was sitting directly behind me the whole time when I asked 3X beforehand and he did nothing. I swill never go back. What terrible business man. Everytime I go in here I spend over $85 at a time.

So awesome!! It’s easy for a place to look nice on the inside when it’s brand new, but it’s really the service that separates this place apart from the rest. The staff is fantastic and so accommodating! If you’re getting a pedi, and the massage is important to you, ask for Kimberly! She’s amazing! This salon was recommended on Nextdoor. I was intrigued because they were offering 20% off all services the month of November. I went in for a gel manicure and there were 2 full walls of gel color to choose from, which was pretty awesome! The wait was not long and I was offered a drink. The nail tech was very nice and did a great job with my manicure. She really focused on my cuticles which I feel like most techs dont. I recieved what felt like a 10 minute back/shoulder massage at the end, which was amazing! They also offer an OPI scrub when you wash your hands at the end. My total was $32 for a gel manicure and gel polish removal which is the most expensive Ive seen, but the 20% off was nice.
