Labelle nails has been my go-to nail spot since I’ve moved Clayton! I have been very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. I can tell that the staff takes pride in their craft! Terrible customer service. Had an appointment with nail tech (Annie) came in late which was fine but sat down with no apologies. Didn’t even wash her hands before she started with my nails. Her vibe is always rude like she is rushing. Nails are always pretty and they are pricey but it’s not worth spending my money there. IAt least polite and act like you want to do my nails. Got my toes painted after with another and tech she did terrible job with painting the full toenail. If you just care about pretty nails and don’t care about customer service and cleanliness then have at it.

They are so awesome. I love this place. They designed my nails bc I didnt know what to get and I love everything about this place. The workers and owner is vry friendly and it felt like home. Spa and massage chair was awesome. Waxing...great! Theres nothing bad I can say about this place bc theyre a great team.

Since I’ve been to Annie, I’ve been going back faithfully! Polite, knows what she’s doing, takes her time but is super speedy. Compliment after compliment thanks to her! The whole team is amazing as well, nice quiet and CLEAN environment.

Impressed with adherence to COVID-19 prevention measures! Required client temperatures measured, and use of sanitizer before signing-in. Most booths well spaced. Limiting number of clients inside. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When my nails were dry, I noticed a small gap between the polish and the skin; my technician offered to fix this but I didn’t have time to wait today. Anticipating giving 5 stars next visit.

Wasn’t happy with the design but was still willing to pay for the service. The man who did my nails was super nice and tried to accommodate but it just wasn’t working.The reason for the low review is when I asked to at least have my eyebrows done, the man that seemed like the manager quickly stated that no one was available to help me, though I wrote it on the sheet and I said that and he quickly said no one could help me, very quick and abrupt.I was excited because my family had just moved fo the area and this place was close to my house but after the response of the manager, sadly I’ll have to find somewhere else.

Went in for a pedicure and was completely disappointed in the service. I felt as though the technician Abbi was in a race to get done because she had someone else waiting on her to do nails. I had an appointment so there shouldn’t have been any issues. Literally from start to finish was a total of 20 minutes. I have never had pedicure finish in less than 45 minutes. Not happy at all with this service and most likely won’t be back.

Such a great place. Amazing, quality work. I felt comfortable and safe with the requirements of the salon. I will define back. Highly recommend.

I have gone to Annie a few times now and she does an amazing job every time!! Strongest nails I have ever had and I am very rough on my hands and nails. Every other artist I have seen at other places my nails would break after a few days but that’s not the case with Annie!!

They have amazing personnel and after a first time visit - They got themselves a returning customer. I went in today for an appointment for a full set for my toes. I guess there was some sort of miscommunication and all I was given was a small layer applied to the tops of my nails with then polish added. I didnt speak up because Im not that type of person and I didnt think they would expect someone to pay $55 for a SET if it was just going to be the same as when I went in just with polish added. After my nails were painted and the employee went outside to take a cigarette break I got another employees attention and said I had a question. I explained that what I received wasnt what I was expecting and I guess there was some sort of miscommunication because I wanted my nails longer.. and asked if I did not have to pay the full $55 since the only thing I really got was polish applied. She stated that I needed to ask the man who did them. When he returned I then explained to him the situation and he went and talked to the woman who I initially asked the question. He came back and stated that the manager (same woman?) said since it was already done and painted there was nothing they could do. So, I then asked do I have to pay the whole $55 and was told yes I have to, and that I should of pretty much spoken up sooner. I am extremely disappointed and mad at the service I received. They didnt try to help or fix the problem in anyway. What really gets me is that I paid $55 and ALL I got was my toe nails buffed/cut, a thin layer of acrylic (legit no difference), and polish. No foot soak, or rub, or lotion applied either. I paid $55 for something I could have done at home.

They were very nice and apologetic for the wait because they were super busy. They did a get job answerEd all my questions and everyone was very nice. I will definitely go back.

The nail tech Annie is amazing. The shop needs to be updated overall.

I have been to this nail salon twice and have had nothing but exceptional service. It is extremely clean, they use fresh tools, they line the pedicure baths with a clean liner, and they are very friendly! This is one of the nicest places I have ever been around Clayton area. Brought my mother in law here too and she loved it ! Will be returning !! I definitely have great experience with them. They do all kind of design arts and I love it.

3rd time here and every service has been great. Professional, reasonably priced, and good choice of colors. I have started getting the dip and they don’t make them too thick. I prefer thinner and and has no problems.

Just finished a pedicure and dip manicure. Daniel is great. He works quickly and thoroughly. He listens to what you want. The shape of my nails is what I wanted and all my nails are even. This is my second time getting the dip powder. It stays on for weeks. I highly recommend seeing Daniel at LaBelle Nails in Clayton.

I get my nails done by Daniel. He does a very nice job with color and designs! The prices are good and clean place, they clean everything before you sit down and take temps! They are always nice to my mom and I! Our now favorite nail place!!

First time coming to this salon and I will be back! It was not crowded, I had an appointment and my service was started promptly. My technicians were friendly and made sure I liked the colors I chose and the work they did. They checked temperatures and had clients sign a waiver. They have partitions up at the manicure stations. Very pleasant experience!

Very good dip mani with nail designs and pedicure. Follow Covid safety with your temperature being taken upon entry and very clean. Safety shields are on manicure tables. Great job on nails. Nail techs are very pleasant.

This is my favorite place to get my nails or toes done. The staff is so friendly and laid back. They are one of the places I miss most during the pandemic. The pedicure is so worth your money, as are the upgraded options. This is my go to spot for SNS nails as well, they always do such a good job and I always love my nails.

I drive two hours just to get my nails done from Annie. I definitely would recommend La Belle nails to someone who wants to get pampered. The staff is very friendly and professional. Due to this pandemic they have spaced everyone out that is getting service. Before being help temperature have to be checked and hands have to be washed.

Since day one, I have been impressed with this salon. I have been to several nail salons in the area and never had the best experience. I never have a problem getting in and no matter who the tech was who took care of me, it was a five star each and every time. The customer service is great but most importantly they are dedicated to making your entire visit excellent. I will not be going anywhere else. A+!

I will never go anywhere else to do my nails or pedicures. I have been going here since around 2016, and they are friendly and have always done an amazing job. I’ve gotten painful pedicures at some places, but La Belle has never hurt and has always got the job done wonderfully. My nails always look great, and if I wasn’t satisfied, they fixed the problem (which has only been one time). They are amazing, talented, and professional, and I will never go anywhere else.

Very comfortable going there during this pandemic. We were told to wait in the car until they were ready for us. Took our temp upon entry, had to sanitize our hands before touching nail polish bottles. We had to wear masks. All employees wore and spray every where after I sat at. Highly recommend Sophia and Molly. Love my SnS nail and pedi.

I really enjoyed my first time experience at this salon! I was a walk-in and wanted a Deluxe Pedicure, powder dipped manicure, and eyebrows waxed. They saw me immediately (on a steady, semi-busy Saturday afternoon) and my technician was great. Wynn was her name (I hope Im spelling that right...). The massage during my Pedicure was very relaxing and the powder dipped manicure looks great!! She also tamed my eyebrows back into shape. ;) Will definitely be coming back (and the price was very reasonable for everything also)!

I stopped in today for the first time and am happy I did. I just got a pedicure but I chose the deluxe option and am happy I did. I got plenty of attention and the technician gave an excellent leg massage. She did a great job painting my toes too.I ended up kicking my toe on something and went back into the salon to have it touched up, which was no problem. They worked on me real quick and got me back out the door ASAP.Clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. Great color selection.

Best mani pedi I’ve ever had!!! Relaxing and super clean environment + talented employees. They used to give out drinks like soda or wine but because of cover 19, they are changed a bit but Im okay with that. They spray every chair after I sat at very careful. So you do not have to worry about that. They are clean and use new liner in every pedi, I love that!!!!!!

I got my nails done there and I wanted a powder gel bubble bath color and so one of the workers there made my nails look too big and when i asked her to fix it she caught an attitude and messed them up even more and left a bubble on my nail and a dent as well. Will not be going back there ever again.

The shop has new staff and management. My best friend and I went in today for pedicures. The pedicure service was reasonably priced. The staff was courteous and friendly. The employee that performed my pedicure (Soc Rose) was professional and great at his job. I will definitely be back.

I went in for a fill in for a fill in on June 5, 2020 they done an excellent job with my nails. They listened to what I wanted an the nail technician was friendly.

Great people, horrible with acrylic. Wish I could post some pics. Went to a different salon the following morning, spent more money to get them removed, and the employees were in shock looking at my nails. 5 out of 9 patrons in the second shop said theyd been to la belle and would never go back. Not only did I have to waste 3 hours getting it all removed, I had to spend another 50.00!!!

I got eyelashes for a Christmas party! They do not have experience for that. I paid left unhappy but they were ok. Overnight part of them come off. Went back they told me no time to fix that, very busy, come back at four. My party is at 5. They didn’t care, they said sorry!
