OnTrac is the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!! Every single time without fail there are multiple delays and the promised delivery date is never kept!! I will never ship with them and now I specifically ask retailers and vendors if they use onTrac before placing an order because I know I cannot depend on them to deliver on time! I wont place orders through businesses that use this company! The Concord Ca location is who services my area. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
