I have received a terrible treatment as a customer. I had three sessions and issues involved in all three sessions. I purchased a total of $800 for 3 big areas. I also had 2 areas from Padda Institute (They went out of business and passed on their customers to them) In addition, 2 more small areas were offered to me for free because of the big purchase of 3 areas. The total was seven areas. Treating these seven areas obviously takes longer than 30 minutes, but they were unable to block the necessary windows to treat the areas I purchased. I drove for two hours each way from Carbondale, IL and I cannot make several appointments to treat only two areas each time. I had to do all seven areas at once and I just think its ridiculous that they cant understand it and block at least three windows so I can get treated.I had this issue during my first, second, and third visits. The first visit, the lady was able to treat all areas even though she didnt block enough time. It was hectic but she was able to cope with it (nice on her part) and we talked about blocking more time for me in the next visit. When I got there fro my second visit, they said they only had a 30-minute slot for me and could only do the small areas. Why would someone block only 30 minutes to treat seven areas? Why didnt they tell me that before I made my way there? It was not my fault, but I only had my small areas treated that day and an interruption in the sequence of treatment of the remaining areas. We made a third appointment and I emphasized I needed to have at least one hour blocked in my appointment.Two days before my third appointment, I received a call saying we wouldnt be able to do my legs at once. We would do the back of my legs and I would do the front of my legs in another appointment. I had never heard of that before and I reemphasized I had to do all treatments on the same day and that I didnt mind to wait, but I did mind driving four hours to see them. 4 hours before the third appointment on Friday (today!), the owner (Jessica), in a horrible tone, blaming me for having purchased so many areas (???) and saying they only had a 30 minute slot again and that I would need to cancel and make another appointment for longer treatment. This is ridiculous! Why cant they understand I need at least three windows blocked? and that its not my fault they cant manage their time. She said phrases like it was impossible to do so many areas, that she was doing it for free (??) (I had to remind her I paid them $800) and was uneasy to reschedule and make a proper three session appointment for me. They dont like what they do and they dont care to convey professionalism or a nice approach towards their own fault. Instead, they mistreat customers for their incompetence managing their own business.
