I could not be happier with my experience at Infinity laser hair removal. I have a skin condition called KP, which makes shaving my legs difficult. It is an overproduction of keratin and results in ingrown hairs, usually on the legs and backs of arms. It is unsightly and uncomfortable. After my first visit with Angie as my technician, my legs look and feel much better. I’m sure it will continue to improve with more treatments. Their suite is lovely and peaceful and the staff is warm, welcoming and well-informed.

My daughter is transitioning and this is such an important time for her. We went for her first session today. They were so kind and made us both feel so comfortable. My daughter walked away feeling great. We are so thankful. They did a wonderful job. Well definitely be back!!

Before facial laser hair removal I avoid going out in public. I had nightmares about my facial hair. It was hard to maintain and it just wouldn’t go away. After my first treatment I saw almost immediate results. Now I’m about halfway through my treatments and my fears worries and insecurities are gone. As well as my facial hair. Any women going through life feeling the way I did should definitely call today and change your life. I live life now free of insecurity and feeling beautiful and feeling like a woman again. Great Value, Amazing StaffI first visited Infinity in 2018 when I was battling some pretty severe adult acne. I had very no-nonsense and understanding consultation from Katie (with whom I did IPL) and their Esthetician at the time (Anna is also amazing, go see her!). I also got advice about outside (dermatological) referrals which helped me immensely.I have since done three sessions of IPL and two rounds of laser hair removal with Infinity.My experience:1. If the service is not useful for you, they wont recommend it; theres no money pit here.2. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I always walk out of there with super discounted SPF (they sell it at cost!) to keep my skin safe. Their product recommendations have been on point every time.3. The price is right. Because you know youre getting a service that 1- is right for you and 2- is backed by their business, you are never going to waste money, and its pay as you go so no tricks.I cant say enough nice things about them. I have moved out of town and still the first thing I do when I plan a trip home is book my appointment to see them for a service, be it laser or a facial, etc.

I went in today for my first treatment of laser hair removal. Everything went great! It’s a little confusing trying to find the place, but once you find it you’ll be happy. The place is very clean and pretty. Angie was my laser specialist and she was very kind and did an outstanding job. I will continue to come to Infinity Laser Hair Removal for further treatments!

I was referred by a friend who has been going to Infinity for some time now. I’d never had any kind of laser removal so I was very nervous. I am also an attorney so I was wary of the these kinds of procedures, generally. I went for a consultation and all of my questions were not only answered but my concerns were allayed completely. Everyone was kind and took their time and did not rush my many, many questions. This woman-owner business is one of the last that truly believes in customer service and general comfort and kindness. After the consultation I went in for service and (1) I got their early and they fit me in early simply so I wouldn’t have to wait; (2) even though they “fit me in,” they didn’t rush. The service was seamless and fantastic. The procedure was not the most comfortable thing in the world, but they made the process fun and lighthearted, while also somehow managing to be efficient, thorough and, I believe, as painless as possible. I signed up for more services and am going to delve into some facial rejuvenation!Highly recommend.

The receptionist, technicians, and even owner have a very warm and welcoming spirit. Many refreshments are available to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. The wait time, if there is a wait time, has been less than five minutes and Ive been many times. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. 2 Year Update: Laser Hair Removal was the best decision ever.Very friendly, professional, clean, and entirely women owned! I’ve only been here once for my first session and I already noticed a lot of progress. The pain wasn’t bad at all— I felt nothing on my underarms and it stung on my face only one time. Between the first promo, referrals, and only needing treatments once every 8 weeks, this place is very affordable. I’ve told all my family and friends they should consider laser hair removal after this experience. I’ll definitely keep going as long as my treatments are needed!

I can and will say it until I am blue in the face: Infinity Laser has changed my life completely!!! I have had to shave my face since I was 10 years old (I am 24 now) and because of that I never went out, I was embarrassed to go to the gym, and I missed a lot of great opportunities because of the hair on my face. My hair was so dark and thick that even if I didnt have to shave the dark roots on my chin and neck were still very visible. My chin was permanently tucked into my chest and I never looked up if anyone was around because I didnt want anyone to see it. After my first treatment I already noticed a difference in my hair growth- it was slowing down and it wasnt so dark. After I noticed that I began calling my friends to hang out and going out. I figured that since I took a chance on making my face better I would take a chance to go out and make entire self better. It was the best decision I have ever made!!! I wish that there was some way that I could pay-back the Infinity Laser Staff, but I know the only way I can do that is by Paying it Forward and passing on the word of how life changing Infinity Laser really is. I recently went to a new laser hair removal place and they spent less than 5 minutes on a 60$ treatment. Whereas infinity actually uses a magnifying glass to make sure they clean up all the growing hairs. Infinity is definitely worth it and they are very thorough !

Infinity has a clean and soothing environment and Katie was amazing! She explained the process to me and totally calmed my nerves. The laser feels a little weird, but it really was not painful. I started going to Infinity a few years ago. I think they are great. Suzanne has treated my face, underarms and bikini line and I am very pleased with the results. It really is permanent hair reduction! The best part is no contracts- pay as you go! I never would have been able to afford the competition with their contracts. I am going to go back and have my legs done now!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Infinity Laser! I went in for a combined consultation and first session for an extended bikini treatment and underarm treatment. I was nervous initially because I have had laser tattoo removal, and it was pretty painful. I wasn’t sure if I should expect the same amount of pain with laser hair removal. My technician, Katie, was incredibly informative and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable about the entire procedure. She answered my questions intelligently, and I could tell she really knows what she is talking about. She brought me back to the room for the lasering, and I was in shock once she started. I didn’t feel hardly anything on my underarms, and only a few areas were uncomfortable with the bikini treatment. She used a cold roller before each zap of the laser, and for the more intimate areas that couldn’t be adequately reached with a razor, she used frozen ultrasound gel. That made a huge difference in the comfortability of the procedure; I really barely felt most of it. I have already booked a repeat appointment and can’t wait to continue with my laser hair removal!

A friend referred me to Infinity after a couple of poor experiences elsewhere. The entire staff at Infinity is wonderful, but Susanne deserves extra special mention. Shes incredibly patient and thorough and is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

But beware that Venus legacy do not work for everyone. I had two opinions by 2 doctors in the field. Beware of the statement results vary. Because if it does not work you lost your money. Y’all. Diane just took the best care of me. I went in for a Refresh facial (only $89... like wut? Would have paid way more) she took great care to walk me through everything she was doing as this was my first experience receiving a facial. Before I even got to the appointment with Diane, I initially reached out about the IPL laser treatment I saw listed on the website as I have significant sun spots around my eyes and upper lip. The woman who answered the phone suggested I start with a consult and facial first to ensure I should even spend my time in an IPL consult. This type of service, for me, is unheard of. Usually I feel like companies try to take advantage of people who may not know a lot about the services they are trying to receive. Even after the facial, Diane suggested taking samples of product home to find what I like and what works before dropping a lot of money. I just couldn’t believe it. Everything about the experience was lovely, and I feel like a million dollars today. Highly, highly recommend. P.S. SPF products are all SOLD AT COST!!!!! They really, really care and it truely shows.
