First and foremost, I really liked Carolyn Lucas who waited on me, she was very nice and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and she made me feel confident that she was a professional. The only issue was the check scanner was not working properly. When getting taxes done, dealing with the IRS and paying for a service that I could do myself, a check scanner should be working. An item like a scanner should not be putting doubt in the customers mind. Get these people a new scanner!

Pleasant to do my taxes with. Very thorough and experienced. Got me all the money they could back on my taxes. Prices for preparing were a little higher then i thought, but i would use and recommend them for your tax preparation.

Terri done my daughters taxes. So now her taxes are being held and its almost august ,and she cant get her monthly tax payments she has 3 children. Very poor worker to mess her taxes up.ahe did better when she filed them herself.

My Senior Tax Advisor Rita Johnson at H&R Block was outstanding! VERY pro-active & professional. I thought I was going to have to pay close to $2,000 in taxes this year. She figured out that not only did I not have to pay $2,000, but Im actually getting a refund of about $468! She was VERY patient with me and explained in detail The ins-and-outs of my tax return this year. I appreciated her very much. I used the H&R Block on Madison Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.

I have used you on line for years and will continue...I have used other companies and they charged more and I really was not as satisified as I have been with H&R Block.....

The moment our Tax lady, Barbara, knew that it cost too much for us to file, her whole attitude and demeanor changed immediately. Obviously we are young, and here I am 9 months pregnant, yet she could careless. We went in with questions and a need to know how much we were looking at being charged versus how much we were going to get back. (We mentioned that upfront) So yes, it’s a disappointment when you realize you aren’t going to make money off someone, BUT you should still be RESPECTFUL and understanding because I could of recommended you to others. Definitely won’t. Step up your professionalism.
