I contacted Dennis and his team regarding a water pump crack repair on our fairly new pressure washer. It was questionable whether it would be cheaper just to replace.I arrived near closing time and expressed that I wasnt in a huge hurry for repair. I received a call that very afternoon with the exact problem, along with the replacement part price & labor.The price never changed from start to finish and I feel it was extremely reasonable. Dennis and his team had it repaired prior to his original date it would be ready.Whats so refreshing about this whole experience was that I never once had to call to check on my service. Unfortunately, businesses these days, make empty promises about yeah well call you and never do.This is an old school business where they walk the talk.Dennis contacted me no less than 3 times with status updates and I never had to worry about a thing. Im now a customer for life and I felt this business warranted my time for some recognition!

Found business while searching for small engine repair. He worked on a Husqvarna self propelled mower and a Toro self propelled mower - both fixed within 10 days. Dennis was courteous, knowledgeable, and contacted us to tell us what was wrong with the mowers and how much it would cost before repairs were made- very reasonable! Dennis will be our GO TO SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP if we have any other issues with our lawn equipment.

Hands down, best customer service and work Ive had in years. Was up front on a possible two week turnaround and ended up completing my Troybilt rider in a few days. So much better than the big box stores service.

I have a 1974 Harley Davidson Golf Cart that just quit running. On Wednesday, Dec 9th, I called around to several places and finally Wayne’s Small Engine said they would at least look at it. After I dropped it off, by the time I got home I received a phone call and was told they found the problem. I asked them if they would service it and tune it up. It was ready on Saturday afternoon. Had a problem with my mower the blade won’t engage and the pto cable was messed up called them they picked it up and returned it the same day works like a champ now beyond a doubt will use them again thanks again guys
