Brought a bent rear axel key for my older model riding mower. When they didnt have what I needed they bent it back to shape for me!! I have been all over town and no one else offered to try that!! Thank you!!

Heard great things about these guys, so gave them a shot on a rider. Subpar at best, and frankly, very rude overall from start to finish. Gave them another shot on a Tiller, and was told We dont work on those, and dont let anyone see it or they will think i work on them. This all took place April of 2020. Needless to say, moved on. Allot of very good small engine repair shops like Denniss, that are friendly, dependable and much more affordable.

I was needing a tension pulley for my Arien Lawnmower and was told by another local business to check out Daves Small Engines. So glad I did! They had my pulley and my vbelt I needed. No need to order and wait. Love doing business locally!

Had mower spindle replaced at very reasonable cost. Service was done while I waited which was quick.Mechanic named Joe was professional answering my questions and explaining clearly.The work on my deck, pricing, and welcoming place to do business really impressed me.

I went there for a drive belt and broken drive cable for my craftsman 21” lawnmower but both items were out of stock so they had to order them for me, they called me in two days and said the parts were in, they were very nice to work with very polite and professional staff the prices were good, I highly recommend this shop.

Incredible service!!! Brought our lawnmower in for a tune up and even in the busy season, they had it ready just in a couple of days and for a fraction of what some of the other places were quoting. It runs better than ever and they even took the time to answer questions we had. Super friendly guys! Will be recommending them to everyone from now on.

These guys are the real deal...they have saved me money several times simply by telling me I had a simple problem and advise on what to do...any other shop would tell you to bring it in for a 50$ diagnostic fee.Honest reputable business ...I will always use them and trust them to do the job right and charge a fair price..You cant go wrong with them

Updated 8/4/16 Daves Small Engines is the go to place to purchase my lawn and landscaping equipment. Ive bought a weedeater, 2 chainsaws and blower from Daves and they have all worked flawlessly. My Echo weedeater was new in 2007 and still starts with a single pull. Minor repairs have been fast reliable. I believe that Dave has the best mechanics in the business and recommend them to all my contacts.

Unless you want to pay over price for items you might not want to to come here to buy anyting

I have done business with Dave for over 20 years. He is honest reliable and has become a good friend.

I brought my mower here 2 times for repairs and both times was told they didnt have room to work on it . Called for 2 weeks after that and was continued to be told the same thing. Ended up going to the co-op and i had it back in 4 days. I guess thats where ill go for now on.

On numerous occasions during the cutting season, I have need to visit Daves Small Engines. Dave is on of the most considerate people that I have encountered. He not only gives good advice on engine problems, but also usually has most part in stock. I recommend this shop to anyone with a problem.
