The people are friendly and welcoming. They genuinely want to help you find work and are willing to work with you to find you your ideal job placement for your needs. I highly recommend that if you need a decent paying job to check out Randstad.

I applied for an open position that was immediately filled. Next, I was being persuaded to take a position paying the least. I most definitely didnt want the job and mostly not to just to fill a spot. People have the right to be given a fair chance and opportunity to apply and interview for any position they feel they qualify for.

I felt like I was discriminated against and belittled. I was 5 minutes late for an interview due to car trouble. However, this was my second time interviewing for this job. But my first interview was with another lady total different interview pattern. I knew when I walk through the door the second time I should just not talk to this young lady. Rewind before my interview I spoke to same lady and I told her that I was supposed to get a call back for same position (I never received a call) when I call up Randstad. She said no she dont remember me I need to go put my resume back in on indeed and if my resume does fit she will call back. I spoke with her before the interview setting it up, I explained how excited I was about her calling back. However I was late she told the hold office your 5 minutes late she told me to take a seat. Meanwhile, she chatting about other employees she told the guy working with her YOUR GIRL left the company without Resignation. His response the job not for everyone positive. So she finally interview me and her vibe was that she didn’t want to interview me because I was late. At the end of interview she said I’m looking for a pay Check and need to focus on my school and I was 5 minutes late. I was black no given a chance I came in twice for the same position. I’m looking for a career not a paycheck. I felt like I was not given a fair chance and my interview was already labeling me with thing I said. I was very professionally dressed.I never have good help with Randstad

Response to being black. Please do not use your race as an excuse as to why you didnt get hired.I have seen several black people be hired. This company does not discriminate.

Very professional, helpful and understanding. I came in looking for a job and was greeted and helped immediately, and worked with until I found a job to suit my needs. While in the process of hiring each liaison was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions.

They staff is very professional and polite. Top notch on communication. I would highly recommend them over any other temp to hire service. They listen to both your needs and a companies needs and try their best to put you in the correct position or type of work you are looking. And they do have incentatives if you need them.

I worked with Randstad back in California and i honestly did not have any complains. This location in Clarksville TN, couldn’t care less about you. #Trash

I really want to leave a better review, but Im not. Im really debating if I want to contact the EEOC board and file a formal complaint. The only person that attempted to help was David. I was even told that I should go to Indeed to find opportunities, after I took a pointless computer literacy test and had to jump through senseless hoops. Found every reason to not hire me, but was willing to give a young man who resembled Clark Kent a position on the spot. He had NO Previous resume on hand. He was just stopping in. After I asked about the position that he declined, I was told that the client was strict on who they hired and I would have to submit to a job interview. LOL Really? If you are a young person of color, with adequate education, do not come to this place to look for employment. Like another poster stated, if you are black they do not take your degree into consideration. Your staff needs racial tolerance training and a class conducive to improving business etiquette. Maybe a class that can teach you how to leave your personal biases at home? I think that would be great :)

Ive been living in Clarksville for 18 months and was commuting to Nashville driving two hours a day. Randstad gave me the oppurtunity to gain employment litteraly 5 minutes from my house I wish I had the courage to walk through their doors a year ago. Thank YOU RANDSTAD!!!!! Great staff

When I went in they told me there was no reason for me to be there. I could go home or use their computer to fill out a resume online. This after sitting for an extended amount of time, no one greeted me, no number to take. You sit there until someone notices you because they sit at a deck and chat. They never called with any job offers. They are basically a needless step in finding a job and a complete waist of time to go into the office.

They Actually Deserves 0 stars I went in today to see about getting a job I walk in and theres 5 people sitting there 3 of them are conversating the whole time and nobody greats me or say they will b wit me in a min..... I saw one girl on the far end make eye contact so I walked to her and she says oh I dont work here I just have to sit here so then I go to the front and yet theyre still having ther conversation about ppl being late so I walked out...

Did not actually conduct an interview, made you watch a video, while filling out paperwork. Then made you take a drug test. Then pushed you out the door. Not a place I would recommend.

Do not use this company. If you are black you get no credit for your degree. Making 3x what they wanted to pay me.

If you have a degree dont even bother applying

There two offices in Springfield the one on the side the women in there are very nice but the front office with like 5 guys in there are lazy and rude and dont do nothing but lean back in there chairs and eat all day with there big guts sticking out But as far as a job the women got me in there and working.

Do not go to them if you are a young adult or have previously worked for them, they will lie to your face and say that they will help you, but in reality that is just their way of getting a paycheck.

Spent 3 weeks calling to see whats going on with my application and they kept saying they would call back but never did...wasted my time and energy with them
