Great team assembled at Elwood! They have been there for not only me, but also friends of mine who has been in need of work. If there are any problems, they are right there to help you through the process and get you placed at a job that you actually enjoy going into. Cant say enough good things about my experience with them over the course of the past few months, they have just all been amazing and you can tell that they really care about you and making sure you are happy with what kind of job youre doing. I recently visited Elwood and the team here is pretty diligent. Will go out of their way to make sure to remind of times and appointment dates. Especially Kristy and Stacy, they were very easy to work with and absolutely helpful to find good options and employment of substance.

Marissa and the whole team have been wonderful in getting not only myself, but a friend of mine also, placed at a job super fast and the team made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves going into my first day and Im still on the job :-) couldnt ask for a better staffing agency, they even took time out of their day to help with my direct deposit and some other paperwork that I needed to have, so I wish I had more hands so I could give more thumbs up! Got my wife and I jobs within a day of going to their office when we first moved to Indiana. They check in with you to make sure you enjoy your placement and will find another if you dont care for it.

They lay you off for covid then tell unemployment that you quit on your own as your calling weekly to check on availability... so you are devistated and broke.

Awesome place. Stacy was great I love the job I work out. They work with you and gave me a chance even though I had a felony. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I haven’t had any issues personally at this time but my oldest son went in for interview, orientation and set with a start date then they just now call him and tell him he will be unable to work for the company he was hired for due to his background check!?!?! Sorry but this should’ve been done way before all this! So if anyone has anything on their background, I’d suggest making sure they bring it up to the company before promising you a position!!

Elwood staffing went way beyond the call of duty for me and actually stayed behind way past closing while we were under a tornado advisory just to help me get all of my paperwork finished so I could start my new job on time, for them to do that for a complete stranger just shows me that these ladies really do care about you not to mention I also have a felony on my record and they didnt judge me or look at me any different than my own mother would have and that really meant a lot to me, so I would definitely recommend elwood staffing to anyone I know, these people are professional and genuine, thank you so much for everything.
