Very professional and polite, I’ve been to many different temp services and this is by far the best one. I spoke with Amy and she wanted to find the best fit for me and did an amazing job doing so. Called and emailed and after a week with no reply called 2 more times. Finally was told I had an interview and to come in at 1pm. Turns out I did NOT have an interview and that was their open interview slot from 1-2:30 so I was lied to. I sat there for 2 hours before i finally had to leave because i had an appointment in the afternoon and she said it would still be at least 2 more hours. Called a few days later to set up a legit interview this time. In the 5 minute conversation i was put on hold 3 times and then told i would be called back when she knew what time they could fit me in. Never got that call back.The employees were nice at least. But they are either severely understaffed for the amount of applicants or severely unorganized.Either way it was not a great experience.

Walked in today looking for a job and walked out with one ontop of it being more than I expected which Im so happy about !I visited with Crystal and she was so nice and professional about things but still made you feel welcomed.They need people willing to work so if youre looking for a job , I highly recommend you checking them out !

Not a bad place, however they take forever to interview you. The lady Kathryn was interviewing me and helped get me the job through the school system but didnt tell me when I was gonna start and just called when I had a doctors appointment that day and when I told her, she seemed annoyed judging by the tone of her voice. Took me almost a month to get this job. Wouldnt recommend here honestly.

I usually hate phone interviews but the lady I spoke with made it great. Also very informative and one question I asked she went to verify with her manager to make sure she was correct before answering! They definitely want to help people find jobs. I look forward to working with them. 😌😌😌

I found out about this place from a friend . I was told to start work to days after the claimed they told me so they listed me as a no call no show . Second time asked them for another job they told me to come in and which at the time I was waiting on my COVID-19 TEST to come in which I never agreed to the job that they offered , once again listed me as a no show for a job I didnt sign any papers for nor did I ever go to them and come up on an agreement about . The lady Virgina and Denny are VERY RUDE PEOPLE ! They act like they hate their job and dont like to be there , treat adults like they are kids . I would never go back to this horrible Professional place again 0/10 recommendation from me . Also if you dont show up to a job they drop your pay on checks for the hours you work to minimum page (7.25) !

The ABSOLUTE worse hiring agency I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist is dishonest and incompetent. She completely gave me misinformation and even had me jump through hoops but it was the complete run around... maybe she’s concerned that a more qualified individual may take her position the reason she is so disgusting. This women completely waisted my day and at the end had the nerve to say can I come back Thursday. She definitely thinks she is above the group she is servicing, if this is the integrity of the Express employment business then it definitely needs to be re-evaluated.

I had a job through this company and when I called them to let them know that I wasnt going be finishing out the week,first of all I never could reach Crystal because she was always busy and the receptionist always told me she would have her call me back! So when I finally heard from Crystal and I explained to her what happened and why I didnt finish out my week she made it sound like I didnt try to reach out to them! Very unprofessional and definitely not worth the 9 dollars to be in a hot ass factory that the management is just as rude!

Applied here in January 2018 and the same exact day I started working right after the weekend when I came in on Friday. I was looking for work for 6 months. Worked for that job for a month and got suck so they let me go. Good thing I found another job on my own quick but because of my sickness it kind of got worst so I had to come back to express. They got me another job and started the next day. Thank you Crystal for everything!! I know if I ever move back to Tennessee I know I can get help fast from express

Sage was informative and very nice.

This location stated that I tested positive for drugs in my system. I was very confused because I do not smoke and I only drink on special occasions. I went to another temp agency and was tested aswell and test came back negative for any drugs. I went back to location and informed them that I tested negative at a different location and that I would like an opportunity to retake test because the lady who tested me did walk away while testing me. The lady informed me that she couldnt do so. It Bothers me because I dont do drugs and it now states in their system that I do.

Sorry company. Not equal opportunity! Play with peoples money and lie like they’ve mailed it out to you. Receptionist is always mad because they have to do the job they signed up for

This place is the worse place to try and get a job through. They care nothing about the people. Throw you in a low pay job, and forget about you. I will never go to this place again.

The woman Crystal is very rude and obnoxious, she hangs up in your face, she talks over you, doesnt listen to the persons needs, sets you up with the lowest paying jobs at 9$ even though you have 5+ years experience certification and licenses towork, and shes racist.
