I have used Gadget Gator several times and was always impressed with their friendliness, efficiency, knowledge, and creative problem-solving. A few months ago, I left a laptop for repair. Some weeks went by and then I called and left a message on 2 different days. I finally emailed them and they responded immediately. Information and had been lost when there was a building fire and this had also affected the phone lines. But, even though they were unable to repair my computer, and fire is a good reason........ they voluntarily furnished me with a much newer one. It is refreshing to feel valued as a customer. It is awesome to talk with a techie who can explain concepts using laymans terms, and doesnt mind doing so.

Very friendly!!! I was in and out in about ten minutes with my phone fixed and ready to go. Explained everything he was going to do. I will recommend them any day of the week.

Although they werent able to completely fix my phone, they gave it a good shot. Even better, they did not charge me for the part they put in or the time/labor. So they did not try to blow smoke or charge me something for an issue they were unable to resolve. But they were timely, responsive, and seemed to take pride in their work and their business. Theres a lot to be said for that.

I have never ever been there when they are not already closed. They say they cmose at 7. Then why close at 6. Tired if waisting my patience and gas. Get it straight guys. Either your open or your closed we have working hours too ya know.

The service was awesome,they didnt have any headphones that suited me but he sent me in the right direction and I was very satisfied. At&t was gonna stick me with a 199$ non-refundable deductible to replace my iphone 6 screen and gators I was able to knock 50$ off the cost thank you guys so much.

Its a great place but first time i called they said it would be $90 then i call back today and now im getting told $100 would like to know why i keep getting told different prices.

My dad took my mom’s iPad in for repair because it was unresponsive. He left the iPad with the guy for about a week and was told that there’s nothing he could do and it needs to be taken to Apple store for further inspection. I take it to the Apple store and gets told the iPad screen has been changed and they cant do anything because ipad has been altered by a third party.Edit: for I cant find the reply button for the owners response. My dad was the original customer and took it to you over a month ago. I finally had the time to go to Apple store today. I’ve been using apple products for as long as I can remember and was aware of their policy of the involving third party repairers. We were told good things about your place and services and had high hopes. He wasn’t told you may have to open up the device. Also, on another note its very disappointing to hear THIS kind of response. Nobody is trying to have “beef” with anyone. Very unprofessional and snobby.But thanks, anyway. Hope you treat your future customers better. 👍🏻

The manager was unable to repair the device I took there but he was very helpful and offered suggestions for replacement that were very helpful.

They do a awesome job every time. I break my electronics all the time, couldnt live with out this place.

Got my galaxy screen repaired from them. They were nice at frist just like the reviews. After one full day of use my screen started lifting and wont stick perfectly. They said they will not be responsible for this because screen is working it is just not sticking and that is issue on my end. After about month of use screen fell off and I ended up buying a new phone. Waste of $200.

You can not ask for better and faster service. I had them repair my iphone 6s today and it literally took 25 minutes. I was in and out. No pushy sales people to deal with and I was informed they use factory OEM parts so I didnt have to worry about a cheap Chinese rip off part breaking on me. Plus they have a warranty with every repair. So glad I chose to go there.

Yeah my Mom brought her phone there several times in a row for a new battery, and she bought 3 new batteries but the one she had recently almost blew up. It was literally pressing up against the insides of the phone. Garbage ass company.
