I will say the employees are super friendly and work is reasonably priced. However, it seems that you get what you pay for. I went in because I was in a pinch and my phone quit working within 4 hours. They were happy torepair it again, this time making it about two weeks. On my third time back (within a month) they again fixed my phone and told me there would be no warranty unless I paid $80 for an additional thirty days as they felt they had already went above and beyond serving me. Its been about a month and my screen is completely dead. Whether its the quality of the screens, the quality of work, or some combination, they proved unable to fix my phone. The owner also refuses to issue any sort of refund or even make an attempt at fixing his work. I would absolutely NOT recommend J and A/ Cell World inside of Green Tree Mall. Its a total ripoff/hack job.

That Cell World phone store is really nice store. I usually buying phone cases and other phone accessories from that store. Staffs are very nice too. They can give good advices for their customers. I bought the tempered glass from last week. They are very patience to put tempered glass! I was happy!! Thanks a lot.They have good quality merchandises too.

They only repair I phones

I called ahead to see if they could repair my android. It was difficult to understand, but they said they couldnt. I told them I had the battery and the tools I ordered online to fix and they said, Okay we can put it in for $40 labor. This is on tape as I called publicly. My wife dropped it off and they made the price $69. Then they called the next day and wanted her to come back and sign a waiver excluding them of malfunction after they had already failed to attach the ribbon to the main screen after inserting the battery. They tried to get us on a 3rd party named Kenny to pay more to fix their own mistake. The glue on it was obviously pulled from their attempt to pull the screen. The average person could have done better off of the Youtube video.

The store (Cell world) has been there inside the Greentree mall for at least 6 years (as far as I known). Technicians there are friendly and always provide repair services with reasonable price, sometimes even free. Like my friend has an iPhone that does not charge when plugged in, so he wanted to get his charging port replaced. However, they took a look and told us that its not necessary to replace it, after they cleaned the charging port, the phone then have no problem charging. They didnt charge us for any labor fee. They had chance to replace it but they didnt, saved money for us. I always send my friends to them, and they not only fix phones, but also do it fast, normal 30 mins for an LCD replacement. Save both time and money for you!

Nice store! All staffs are very nice and patience. I went there to replace my phone lcd because my phone digitizer was not working . They explained that to make hot reset . Thats work! They did not charge for doing hot reset. My phone is still good now. They can make to get money by replacing Lcd. But they did not do that. Thank you very much to that store! I always buying phone cases and other phone accessories from that store. Their prices are very reasonable. And quality are good too. Thanks a lot!

The prices are cheaper than other places. All staffs are very helpful and nice. 😊😊😄

There are different types of ph cases in this store. If you buy screen protectors there, the staffs will install free. I like it.
