Theyre just trying to price gouge people. I had built the majority of my Gaming PC Rig and simply needed Geek Squad to put my cords on my motherboard and they insisted they would need to check everything and it would be $200 to connect the cords and ensure that everything else was connected properly. You have options so shop around and dont take their outrageous prices at face value. I got someone at N&F Computers to do EVERYTHING that the Best Buy Geek Squad said they would do for $87. Absolutely RIDICULOUS what they are trying to charge people. Just trying to screw people over and make a quick buck.

Diagnosed the problem with my computer quickly and gave me cost effective options to fix it.

Cannot remember the young mans name but did an outstanding job helping me setup my computer after reinstalling OS. He didnt hover but stayed in touch.

Great place. They take the time to figure out whats going on with your computer, and figure the best course of action to get it fixed. Only downside is that you have to call or come in to make a reservation, but when you do it is so much better!

Theses ppl are the worlds absolute worst at answering the phone. Or helping quote a price. I dont not recommend calling. They will not answer the phone for 30 plus minutes. Completely dissatisfied.

If the girl and the manager that I dealt with are any insight how this team is run, I’d advise finding someone else to help you out. Drive the extra distance to someone that cares more about you as a person and won’t interrupt you or hold up their hand to brush you off.

The two associates I came in contact with were super polite and up front about how long the wait would be. They apologized in advance for how swamped they were, but still finished my battery replacement in a timely manner and briefed me on everything. Id definitely go back.

Geek Squad knows what theyre doing, plain and simple. Theyll answer your questions and try to make the process as simple and efficient as possible. Professionals like this are hard to find so I highly recommend utilizing their services.

Actually had a pretty good conversation with one of the installers and he seemed like he knew pretty much anything. I asked him a bunch of questions off the subject of installs and he seemed to know his stuff so it was really nice.

This is a great place for electronics lots of people to help you find stuff but they usually no about as much as you do about stuff

Worst place ever they cancel my appointment so many times and when I finally get my appointment they cancel again .. they told me because I get 10 min late after they cancel 3 times and don’t even call or send a message!!!!!!

Little bit expensive but fast
