I went online and signed up for a spot about 50 minutes out so that I didnt have to wait at the shop. I chose Kari for my sons hair, which he hates to get cut. We got there about 5 minutes before our time and we were called almost to the minute of our appointment. My son really enjoyed Kari and she did a great job. I showed her a picture of Christiano Ronaldos hair and she helped us understand the next few steps to get his haired styled the same way. She was great with him and did a great job on his hair. I dont always have a good experience at these places but we did today. I would recommend Kari and I would also strongly recommend making an appointment online and checking in online too.

The fade that I received looks like the perimeter between cut and un-cut grass. Almost no blend whatsoever. The “fade” is also woefully high for a medium fade, sitting snug at the top of my head.Very polite service and good atmosphere. For a good haircut go elsewhere.

Very expensive compared to an Army post barber. $22 for a military hair cut, but got misdirected by a first-timers promotion for a shampoo and massage (a scalp rub with shampoo and a vibrating chair) for $27.I got exactly what I was hoping for in a hair chop despite being unable to verbally communicate specifics. Ava did a great job and will revisit. After all, I save money on gas and buying a lunch on post at Ft Cambell. And will be for the minimum cost.

Fast friendly service always use check in online to reduce wait time. They are in full covid-19 protocol, and clean everything between clients. And still provide fast service. Dont for get to stop back in for the free touch up.

Ive gone to this sports clips for 4 1/2 years, after today Im never going back. Id rather cut my own hair. I didnt catch my stylists name but at the time of this posting she was very pregnant. She barely spoke a word to me and when she did it was very clear that I was inconveniencing her as a customer. I asked for a low fade, she buzzed my hair off all the way to the part in my hair. Theres random hairs sticking out at varying lengths. Its just hair but dang man, I expect simple universal language like low fade to be understood, instead she just cranked me out like another active duty guy.If you dont want to look like an army guy, dont go here

I have been bringing my family here for a few years now and have not had an issue until now. I’ve always left a 20% tip after every service. This time they changed the tip amount after I had paid. Be very careful and always ask for a receipt!

They treated my little lady well and gave her a cool zig zag in her side shave ... She loved it :-) she has a little dandruff issue that shes super sensitive about and the girl didnt say anything about it... And I think thats great when dealing with kids.

Melanie was awesome she cut my hair even though it was just dyed blue and it made her fingers bluish-green.

Absolutely horrible. It tools nearly an hour. They messed up constantly! Then another lady kept coming over and they would both keep rubbing my shoulders and just touching me. Worst place every felt very uncomfortable.

I’ve been going to this Sport Clips location for quite some time now and I’ve always received a great cut, along with excellent service. The last time I went (a few days ago), was no exception. The stylist who cut my hair was Jenny and she did an amazing job! I usually have a hard time describing the cut I want, but she was able to translate that into an excellent cut. I couldn’t be happier! Not only is she an amazing stylist, but she is also kind and respectful. I will definitely be coming back and requesting her. Thanks, Jenny! Just gonna send it :)

She always tries to make sure that you are satisfied with your haircut. Her personality and professionalism really shows what pride in your job looks like. The shop is well run and maintained. All the stylists do a really good job, but Aislin Y has cut my hair the most, and has done a fantastic job every time. Sports Clips is a very clean business and all the workers are friendly and make your cutting experience relaxing and enjoyable. If you want a great cut, this is the place to go. If you are rushed for time, download the app, and check-in before going.

It Was Very Trashy and Unorganized. As Well As Abundant of Cuts. The Woman I Had, Didn’t Know How To Blend In I Asked For 1/4 Off The Top and Got About 3 Inches Off. I’m Extremely Devastated After Realizing How Much She Took Off. I Spent A lot Of Time, Effort, and Money For My Hair. I’m Very Mad That I Got Someone Who Seemed Like She Didn’t Know How To Cut Hair and She Had Called For Assistance Many Times. The Overall View Is, This Sports Clips Is The Utmost Worst Barber I’ve Gone To. On The Contrary The One By Madison Is Extremely Better.

I used to drive to St. Louis to get my hair cut because I couldn’t trust anyone, but Melanie at this shop probably deserves her own shop. If you’re coming here I highly recommend waiting for her to get your hair cut. Thanks!

I have been in this Sport clips several times to get a haircut and I have even spoke with Corporate and from reading the reviews of nothing but complete dissatisfaction from other customers... Corp or General Mgr hello!! When are will you ever address the issues your customers are having here... in fact you lost a customer today and I have been to many of your facilities in Alabama, Ga, Tn, Ms... I will never step foot in another one of your facilities bc you will not address the issues in the town I live in...Complete disgrace to your company...

Always busy, usually with a fairly long wait. While this makes it not convenient, it does mean they must be doing something right if that many people are willing to wait for the services.

Weve been here before and always had an over the top great experience. Today was different, and Im pretty ticked off. My son brought in a picture, which we kept visible the entire cut for Kylie, the stylist, to reference. Before even starting we asked if it could be done. She said yes. She was nowhere near personable, not the normal bubbly type of stylist weve had before. She was mopey, like she didnt want to be there, even when we tried to engage with her. The cut was supposed to have a really defined hard part. His is barely noticeable. His top hair was down into his eyes when we arrived, and she cut it way too short to style it like the photo. I even stopped her before she cut when I saw where she was cutting to ask if she was sure hed be able to style it like the photo. She said yes. Not only was it too short, couldnt be styled anything like the photo, he had pieces that wouldnt even lay and just stick straight out. Shed already applied product, blow dried, blow dried again, and still couldnt get it to lay right but said, If he just applies a little more pommade, hell get it to lay down. How if the hair stylist cant? Hes 11! I asked her if she could do that now. She again attempted and failed. Moreover, he had to request she cut the finer hairs on his hairline so it was a more clean cut. After, when she asked me what I thought, I told her it looked nothing like the photo and I thought shed cut it too short. She said his hair would have needed to be longer to start. So why did she say she could do it before we even started? It would have been a hell of a lot closer without her chopping his hair so short on top. But what do you do then? She cant glue it back on. She offered no apology let alone any type of reparations. We purchased the pommade she recommended for his hairstyle and its total junk. It didnt even hold his style through a half hour grocery trip at Krogers following the haircut. DO NOT USE KYLIE as your stylist!!!! This garbage haircut will be what he has going into his first day of middle school, and I feel awful about that. Id developed a trust in Sports Clips from past great experiences, but clearly the staff has a wide variation in skill. By the way, I dropped $50 for this garbage.

Get a good haircut there, but using app is pointless. When you check in on app it is never right. I’ve had them remove my check in on app. I have gotten there and it’s 30min-hour wait after telling me at check in 15 min. They are nice but appointment and check in system is terrible.

The lady who did my sons hair did a great job but prices are high compared to other places especially for toddlers.

I love this place I go here once a month so I can justify getting the $20 haircut. They cut my hair how I like it in a timely manner the place is very clean the staff is very friendly and they will indulge in a conversation with you when cutting your hair. I have no complaints I like the fact that this company reaches out to the military on Veterans Day.

Since my friend gave me a free VIP coupon, I have not gone anywhere else for beard or hair cuts. Its like they read your mind. My description of what I want is usually pretty vague and they still deliver. They take notes about your style and hair it so next time they already know what you want. Go there, you wont regret it.

If you want to wait a long time while most of the chicks talk and not cut hair, be my guest. There is a girl up there, looks like she was doing an excellent job. When it was my turn she sat down, without sweeping the hair, and waited until I left before taking the next client. She wouldnt stop staring at him either. She purposely took a very long time to finish up and then waited for it to take long enough for me to have to leave so she could his hair instead of mine. I dunno but this seems like a good place for a military guy to get there scalp stroked and hook up later possibly. Nothing special here.

After signing in, a friend of the stylists walks in. is given a chair from the lobby and gets his own personal tv in the back to sit in front of. feet up on the counter and all. after about 30 minutes the stylist finishes her client and instead of calling one of the other 3 people that have been patiently waiting, she quietly ushers this guy over. hour later i leave with no cut.. not my first very poor experience with this franchise, will not be going back

This was the second attempt to getting a hair cut a this location. The service was slow and was terrible. I thought to give it a second try with and use another barber. But instead I got the complete opposite of what I asked for. So out of the two women that worked at this location they cut hair extremely unsatisfactory. I will never recommend anyone to go here or in fact another sports clips location. The barbers must be poorly trained. Probably one of the most irritating and unsatisfactory hair cutting experiences Ive had.

Ive been going to sports clips in 5 different states for almost a decade and my recent trip to this one was not to standard. I received a jacked up fade that I had to fix myself and charged double what a normal haircut costs. I will not be coming back ever again.

I’ve been going to the same barbershop in Jacksonville NC, for the past 9 years and don’t allow anyone else to ever cut my hair. Currently I’m out of state for work and yesterday I took a chance and went into your location at 108 Morris Rd, Suite #102, in Clarksville TN. I had young lady by the name of Aislin cut my hair and was very impressed. She asked me once what I wanted and was able to give me exactly what I was asking for (High Marine Corps fade), with the tightest fade I’ve ever had. Also as soon as she found out that it was first time ever to go to Sports Clips, she gave me the MIP Treatment for free. I will say this I knew that Aislin would be at one of the NC locations near me I would make the change and start going to Sports Clips on a regular biases. Good job on your herring Aislin and making her a part of your team. So any of you looking for a great hair cut make sure you go see Aislin and she’ll give you exactly what you ask for.

This is definitely the worst hair cut I ever received. It was my first time attended any SportClips location and I was very curious to see what all the hype was about. Firstly, my barber seemed to be pretty annoyed that I had a coupon for a free haircut. Secondly, she either had no idea how to cut hair or she clearly had never given a haircut to someone whos black before! I just wanted the nightmare to be over with because there was no going back after she started cutting my hair. Thirdly, the wait time was a bit long in my opinion for someone whos coming in for just the standard two week cut. Lastly, I honestly like the idea or concept SportClips is going for and I was really hoping this barbershop would work out for me but it doesnt. I really miss my barber from back home and have yet to find a replacement. I feel like SportsClips is tailored more to Caucasians, Hispanics, and even Asian males more so than African American males based on the services the barbershop offers. That sucks!

First time visiting this location to get a haircut for my son. I did not like the long wait (over 2 hours), and the fact hairdressers seem disconnected from the customers. I got the feeling that having customers by appointment is the bulk of their business, or maybe there was something I missed. Therefore this type of setup is not for me.

This place is the best. MVP all the way.
