Lisa is hands down the sweetest lady Ive met here. She did both of boys first haircuts and was so great with them. Highly recommended!

I never ever leave reviews but I just need to tell yall Ms. Lisa is amazing. Shes so good with my 2 year old son. I cannot say enough great things. Oh and the haircuts always turn out great!

I called the shop to see if a walk in or appointment was preferred and was told on the phone to download the app and schedule an appointment. After reading reviews I scheduled an appointment with Lisa because people raved on how good she was with kids. We showed up to the appointment and the gentleman working said he will call Lisa to see where she was at. He was very nice about the whole situation. About 10 minutes later he informed us that Lisa is not answering which usually means she’s not going to come in, and also included that she already missed her 10am appointment and she had been doing this for weeks now. My toddler was upset because she was excited to get her first haircut. I wish I would’ve seen the previous review before scheduling and wasting our time.

Arrived for a scheduled appt for my boys hair cuts and the gentleman in the salon said he didnt think Lisa was coming in today. Why schedule appts and not show up? I drove 45 min because people said she was great with kids. At least have the decency to call or message the client to cancel.

When I tell you my son had an absolute meltdown over getting a haircut but Miss Lisa kept her composure and got his hair not only cut but still did all I asked of her and its straight, I have 0 complaints. As long as she will have us after the scene my 4 year old created today, we will be glad to come back! I appreciate her attitude and professionalism through the whole thing today, honestly dont think I could ask for anyone/anything better! Thank you so much Miss Lisa!

Stopped by without an appointment, they got me squared away in no time. Very crisp and clean skin fade. Outstanding job.

Facilities were clean with plenty of parking.Nicely decorated.Bright and Clean.About six barber chairs and one shampoo chair.Nice upbeat music playing (but not blaring loud)Couple of tvs were on, again volume was not too loud.Hairstylist and I were able to hold conversation at low tone.Walked in and I was promptly greeted by a couple of hairstylist.Was not busy so I was immediately seated.Told the hairstylist what kind of style I wanted and she asked me several questions concerning my request. I appreciated that she asked instead of just guessing.Hairstylist was nice throughout the process.Clean lines and really nice fade... she did a great job.I will definitely return.Only drawback is they dont take cards ONLY CASH, but there is an ATM on site ($3 withdrawal fee)While getting my haircut a gentleman came in with his toddler. Toddler got a haircut on airplane chair, quickly and toddler (and dad) walked out happy.

Very disappointed. Im here right now sitting right in front of Mona Lisas with a sign on their door with hours of 9-7pm. Doors are locked and lights off. I even called before leaving work at 5 to make sure the hours since it says online 9-7 pm. I arrive at 6:17 to a not so pleasant surprise. It would have been nice to be given a heads up that they were closing early today when I called.

My husband and I have been in here a couple times, and were frustrated both times. The cuts are always amazing if you can get in. My husband had an appointment and was bumped for some one who walked in. Then we had an appointment scheduled with the owner for our 3 year old son and she was no where to be found, her employee said she was MIA. SUPER frustrating and very unprofessional.

Got my son right for his first haircut.

My bf and I stopped in this past Sunday! Was greeted by the staff as we walked in. My boyfriend often cuts his own hair and does a decent job but he looked like a new man after Lisa cut his hair. She gave him advice on what to do when he cut his own hair. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.

Very precessional barber shop all around. My child gets his haircut here, they are very patient with him and any child they see. It’s not easy to cut a child’s hair but they are superb. They take their time with him like they would with an adult customer. I am very satisfied with their services and will not take my child anywhere else!!!

Lisa cut my sons hair. She did fantastic. My son does not do well with haircuts and she was absolutely so patient with him and did a great job with him! They were all so kind and I loved that she took her time with him rather than rushing through or getting frustrated like others have in the past.

We took our 2.5 y/o here for his first real hair cut. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Our son was pretty upset, probably just because it was his first time. Mel did an outstanding job and was very patient. We will definitely be going back!

Simply put, better results could have been obtained by letting my 4yr old cut my hair while in the dark,on a small boat, in the middle of a hurricane, on roller skates. I assumed in a military town saying high skin fade / trim the top would be understood, well I now understand the old saying about assuming. Even shaving the neck clean was a task failed by this gentleman who seemed more interested in watching the tv to see who the daddy was.(I dare not say barber as Id not insult the trade) overpriced and long wait for service received. Would not return.

I went there for the first time today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Only waited like five minutes. I asked for a short fade with a hard part. And she did such an amazing job. I had never gotten such a great haircut for such a great price. It is family friendly with cartoons on one tv. The only thing is that they only take cash but they have an atm there to use. Great experience and definitely coming back again.

I just walked out this barbershop after waiting well over and hour with 2 people still ahead of me. The barbers seemed more interested in there conversation as opposed to the many customers they had waiting. Very bad experience and maybe they need to hire more barbers or talk less.

The wait is way to long and they are very rude and unprofessional would not reccomend.

Posted hours say open until 7pm. Showed up at 6:24pm door was open but they said they were closed! May need to adjust hours or hire people that actually want to work.

We have been going to Mona Lisas for almost 9 months now for my son. I highly recommend Rebecca and Lisa. Everyone is very friendly. My sons first haircut was at 9.5 months and they know how to work with and around kids. He has gotten a little wiggly the last couple of times, and they are patient and even offered their personal iPad when he was resistant today. He left happy and with a great haircut. They are cash only and $10 for kids.

Horrible customer service once you walk in it is like you are invisible. They are known for being kid friendly, but they are not! If there is someone other than you waiting and they do not have a child they will purposely skip you and cut the other persons hair! Theyve cut my sons ear and it bled down to his shirt and they did not apologize nor even tried to stop cutting his hair. I had to yank him off the chair to bring it to their attention. I will not be bringing my child in again. Worst experience.

I have had good experience with Mona Lisas barber shop; however today was the worst experience.... the lady did a horrible job. she finished off cutting my hair in 2 mins. I had nice hair style going before the hair cut. I asked her to make it short but retain the style, but she cut it too short, no style, randomly.......I am not going there anymore.It is sad that I thought I found a good a barber shop but not anymore.

People are loud and friendly. I dislike paying 20 bucks for a haircut, but you get what you pay for. Theyre true hair sculptors. Unfortunately if its busy you can be waiting for hours. Best make an appointment

Pretty upset with the fade I got. I dont know about all the barbers but Rebecca has given me less than impressive haircuts the three times I have been there. I recommend sending her to retraining or finding someone else.

THIS IS NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY HAIR CUTTING SALON!!! Do NOT take your child here! I have gone to child friendly hair salons in Ks, never had to hold my child down just to get his hair cut! They work aound the movements of your child. THIS PLACE DOES NOT! When I walked in the door I wasnt greeted I was asked are you ready. No hello, how are you? What can I do for you? NOTHING but are you ready? Rude if you ask me! They do not accept card but provide an atm. They have no sign that I noticed that said cash only.I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!

I always avoided going to the barber Rebecca, I believe thats her name. I asked for a low fade with the back lined up and rounded off instead of squared off, tell my why she literally drew a line with the clippers in the back and left a cut mark on the back of my neck, I saw the welp mark on the back on my neck but it was not until the next day that I realized that she really messed up the back of my neck and there was a big scratch mark, because of that experience in not going back. I dont know if she was scared to cut my have or didnt know how to cut around locs, but that was enough for me.

First time n i ask for a taper style even shows a pic n the white lady mess my hair n still charge me 20 bucks no gel no lines n shes been doing this for 25 yrs chame also you guys need a number system the place was pack n i didnt know my turn n people just jumping in front .

We all know that barber shops are all over the place wherever you go, and the competition is fierce at times for a customers business, so come try out THIS place before you risk your image to anyone else. Rebecca Strock has fixed a lot of bad haircuts and doesnt mind doing it, but shed MUCH rather give you a great haircut to begin with! I wouldnt be surprised if this shop gets some people trying to create drama in the coming months out of jealousy over how many people are coming in to get fixed up. VERY competitive prices, and who wants to wait in line at that other place? As a matter of fact, go there, take a number, and you could drive to Mona Lisas and get a haircut and be back before THEY call your number. All you do-it-yourself types, please, draw the line at trying to cut your own hair. Bald can be beautiful, but consider your options, and come see the staff at Mona Lisas!

When i tell you i went to a different barbershop and they effed my stuff up and i was over here praying to jesus she could fix it ..... Like an angel she descended and fixed my haircut and then apologized to me like it was her fault i was dumb enough to go somewhere else 🙏 🙏
