Hands down the best experience Ive had buying tires. I have taken 5 of my personal vehicles here and several company vehicles. They won me over from another place i used locally. Nick and Will have always been super helpful and nice. Ive compared pricing and this is the place for tires and much more!

They lost my wheel lock ( cost me $90), counterbalanced my wheels took it back they balanced them correctly, went back after a rotate when needed a balance they screwed up my truck again cost me 50 bucks to go to another shop to fix their mistake. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to them

After having work done improperly -- tires installed caused dramatic shaking and hubcaps left in back seat, we returned and were told wed be called when the car was ready. Instead, when we werent called, we tried to call the store and went in person, an hour before closing, This was when we found that the store had closed early with our car in the bay. We had to scramble to find a car to get to work the next day. When I did go to pick up the car the next day, I was overcharged by about $80. Fortunately I was paying attention, questioned the cost, and the overage was removed. So after a job poorly done the first time, no communication and an extra day taken to rectify it, we were overcharged. About two weeks later I went to a different Ken Towerys, with a different car, and they tried to charge me $150 more than the cost. It made me wonder if this overcharging and hoping the customer wont catch it is part of the business plan. I will NEVER recommend Ken Towery. That said, we previously had had some great experiences at Ken Towery with Nick, who used to manage the Clarksville store. We found that he had been moved to New Albany, which is why I took the car there when I needed further work done. Unfortunately, Nick was not at the store when I took the car there. My good Ken Towery experiences have only been with Nick. My bad ones have only been when he wasnt there.

I was in a bad spot on Sunday. Nail in the tire and no special socket to remove the lug nuts. Called the store in Clarksville and Mike said bring it on up. Because of where the nail was, they werent able to fix it. But they were able to remove the lug nut and put on a new tire. They also replaced the other 3 special lug nuts on the other wheels. Great job guys!!! Also, somebody gets those guys some air conditioning!!!!

Had a bad experience last time and thought Id give them another try. Was told Wednesday Id at least have a diagnosis, but I didnt hear anything until I called before closing. They hadnt pulled it in yet (I told them I would need it back that day). Thursday, I didnt hear anything until I called after lunch and they were just now pulling it in. Three hours later, I got a diagnosis and theyd have me ready by the end of the day. An hour later they called back and said theyd have to order a part (the same one I told them was defective in Wednesday). But not to worry, theyd have it in the morning and Id be ready by lunch. At 1:30 I called back and the part just came in. Id be ready to pick it up in an hour. At 5:00 I called back and they said they were just getting to it but I could come in and it would be ready by the time I arrived. I arrived and they told me the part wasnt replaced yet but it would only take 15 min to put on (I was being charged over $200 for labor). I took my keys and left instead. Will not be back and will warn others away.

10/10 would definitely recommend. Got out of work and noticed I had a bolt in my back tire. Called up there and even though they was closing in 10 minutes they stayed opened and waited for me to come to make sure it got fixed. also fixed it for free. thank you again ken towery’s!!!

Terrible place to go if you expect to have appointments kept or things done on time. Here is the experience from my household covering two separate appointments to have work done:1st appointment is made for 3:30 in the afternoon for brakes and 2 rotors. Before close we have heard nothing so contact the shop. They did not have time to perform the service and assumed they were keeping the vehicle over night. No one contacted us to make sure that would work. It did not because we need to drive to work the following morning. So picked the car up and took it back again the next day to have the service done. Offered no comp to say sorry for the inconvenience.The following week appointment is made for 3:30 in the afternoon to have other service performed. Car is dropped off and there is no record in the system of what was to be done and the person who made the appointment was unavailable. So of course the work could not be done before close by the time it was figured out what was needed again. We agreed to leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day and share one car for work. We are told the work will be done the next morning and car will be ready by the afternoon. Of course the next afternoon arrives and they are not done with the work and unsure when it will be done.Quite simply terrible if you have plans or value your time.

Check engine light came on & my engine was misfiring badly while passing through for the weekend. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and came up with an affordable and fast solution so that I could drive it home safely.

Went on for tires and alignment check. Was concerned that I would need front end parts. Tires I was wanting may be getting fazed out. So Mike the master tech showed what he could get comparable for my service appointment and offered the best deal he could. Found out back break pads need repalce and the sway bar stabilizers on front end were broke off. Took me out showed me and was able to take care of it the same day. Only bad part was auto zone sent the wrong parts and Mike and the mechanic both saw it right away before the parts runner ever left. Highly recommend these guys

I was in the market for some large tires on my new truck and was referred to the Clarksville Ken Towerys store by my son. Im so glad I went there!! Mike was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and went above and beyond in order to get me the best deal. Im so happy with the final product- my truck looks absolutely awesome!! They treated me like family and I will definitely tell everyone I know!!!

Wasted time, gas, and money. They ordered wrong tires twice. 160 Mikes wasted (80 miles round trip x 2 days) Unorganized crew. Lack of leadership with mechanics talking instead of working, openly talking about customers dissatisfaction , parking lot full with empty bays and no one working (830 am). They were respectful and appologized but never again until they can get a leader.

I would like to thank the employee who helped my granddaughter Sunday July 18,2021 with an issue she had with her tires.We live in Charleston WV and she was visiting a friend and was completely scared.She found your business on the internet and went there(after going to Wal-Mart,who would not help because she did not buy the tires there) and the employee went above and beyond to help her.We appreciate your kindness .

Stopped in here to see about a tire for my trailer because it wouldnt hold air for me. They didnt have the tire o was looking for but the guy came out and managed to get air in my trailer tire. Then gave me a few recommendations on where I could purchase thw tire for cheaper then they would have been able to order it for me. Great experience.

I would rather cut off my right arm than go back to this place. Communication is terrible between themselves and customers. Honestly I would be embarrassed if I gave the kind of customer service at my job that they give at theirs. All I wanted was headlights and they make it seem like an impossible job. Went for an oil change, as I drive off their lot my car dies twice. Then the oil light starts flashing. I takes the car right back, they check the oil stick, completely dry, they did an oil change and put NO OIL IN IT....there was no sorry about that or nothing from none of the 3 guys that looked at my car. I WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE AGAIN.

HORRIBLE SERVICE in Clarksville IN!! Made an appt for 11:30 and told the service would take an hour to 1:45 min. I advised I would wait. An hour and fifteen minutes later they hadnt even taken the car back. They said they were getting ready to take it back. 30 minutes later the car was still in the parking lot. I asked for my keys back and all that was said was here you go! No apology! Will never go back to this store!

This store is awesome! You can tell Taylor really cares about taking excellent care of his customers. Watching him in the waiting room with other customers is entertaining. He has everybody cracking up and putting a smile on there face and truly makes the visits more welcoming. I recommend this store to anyone!

Absolutely the most honest, fair priced, and helpful auto repair establishment I have ever done business with. They dont try to look for extra problems to fix to charge you with just to make some extra bucks. Ill never take my car anywhere else. If I could give them 100 stars I would! We were passing through from WI heading to SC. Our car started to stall and hesitate! Now it’s Sunday so mechanic shops that were open were far and few! Great service but no not one of the employees was wearing a face covering despite the increasing cases of COVID in the area and the governors mandate.

I had a problem with my vehicle that every other shop in town couldnt fix or even look at. These guys got me in and right away knew what my issue was. They are a great bunch of guys and know how to treat their customers right!

This is my first. But we wanted to share with everyone that the service was very good and the employees were polite and very knowledgeable about our vehicle and what we were in need of. Had an appointment at 2 only to get to be told they can’t honor my APPOINTMENT because something came up. So I proceeded to ask if they could just rotate my tires real quick and was told no they have 4 other jobs in front of me but yet also told me they just found out 5 minutes prior that they couldn’t do my tires which sounds bogus. I then called the New Albany location and they said they ALWAYS honor their appointments. AVIOD THE CLARKSVILLE LOCATION IF YOU ARE A BUSY PERSON THAT NEEDS APPOINTMENTS TO GET WORK DONE!!!!!!!

Tried to have work done on my car at this location today. Was told, along with other customers, that no work could be done as there was no staff. In the same minute a member of staff, a mechanic, walked up. Than, the manager named Mike told the mechanic to go home and that he was not needed because there was no work for him. Then myself and the other customers were turned away. Im not sure who runs a business like that but I wont be returning. They do not care about the customers at all, expect ally during a pandemic. Id give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting. The manager should be fired.

I talked to them on the phone yesterday and I was told that they would perform a service at a very low or no cost. Upon arriving I was then told it would be $29.99 a tire. Most places do the job for free and even Big O only charges $20.00. Nothing like bait and switch to make money, very bad business practice.

If you need oil changes, brakes or whatever take your car here. Youll get the best price possible. Ive been to several places and this is by far the best Ive been to when needing maintenance. Staff is friendly too

Staff is always warm and friendly. They will work with you. Have had a lot of work on my Eclipse there and they are honest with me. As a woman, I don’t feel like they try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars which some mechanics try to do. The experience and helpfulness is much appreciated.

After hours and on his way home from work, Tyler Evans helped my wife replace a spare donut tire with a new tire for a 3 hour trip that the donut spare tire was not rated to handle. My daughter had just finished with a surgical procedure at the U of L Hospital when my wife had a flat tire on the bridge at Louisville. She had a bad experience with AAA and was trying to get air in the spare tire at a gas station when Tyler offered to help. Tyler knew after finding out they had a 3 hour drive ahead of them that they needed a full size tire. She followed him to the tire shop where he installed the new tire and made sure the car was road worthy. This was a giant relief to me as I was not with them at the time. On the way to a follow-up Dr. appt. the next week with my daughter, I stopped by to personally thank Tyler, but he was not at work that day. The world needs more people who care and help others just like Tyler Evans did for my family.Thanks again,Mike

He was able to offer me a better set and price than I had originally found. He had them installed and my car aligned within 2 hours of me pulling into the lot this morning. I would HIGHLY recommend ken towerys to anyone. I gave the gentlemen at the counter what my finances were looking like and they did everything to work with me on what was recommended that I should have done until I could afford to have the rest worked on. I bought a set of 4 Kelly Edge HP for my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V6 to replace a set of Michelin tires that were original to the vehicle. I received a really great deal from Ken Towerys because they were buy 3 get the 4th free. If I were to have replaced them with the original Michelin tires I would have paid over $1,000 for a set of 4 and the Kelly Edge HP were 1/2 the price at the Michelins. So far the traction has been great on snow, in the rain and also standing water. The tires feel great on the car; I can totally feel the difference when riding on the road. I cannot give you a firm answer as far as tread wear, but I can see over the past 3 months that they still look as though I just had them put on. Ken Towerys stands by their tires, so they threw in the lifetime rotation and road hazard for free; they also gave me a Military discount which was great. I will definitely be back to do business with them again. Thank you and keep up the good work!

This is the only car shop I trust. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences before, but I know that when I take my car to this Ken Towery’s, I’m in good, honest, trustworthy hands. Service is always done in an efficient timeframe and staff always answers any and all questions I have so I can understand exactly what’s going on. This is my one stop when it comes to car needs!

Always good service. Started going there awhile back thinking I needed tires. Told them that. They could have sold me tires and would have been fine. But they didn’t. They said I didn’t need them. Been there a lot since then. Today, my daughter in law was driving my car and thought something was wrong with the steering. I told her to take it there and let them check the fluid. She did. They filled the p.s. fluid and sent her on her way at no charge. Problem solved. I will be a customer for as long as I own a car.

Back in March I installed a new rack and pinion on my car. Came to Ken Towery to get an alignment. About a week later I was checking fluids in car and noticed both boots on the brand new rack and pinion destroyed after 1000 miles of alignment. Boots destroyed because mechanic did not loosen the clamps so he twisted the boots in two. Ordered a new rack and pinion under warranty took 8 weeks due to being on back order. Hopefully my mechanic will not bill the labor to me. So 6/5/18 went to Clarksville with car and the team took care of it immediately. The mechanic was awesome and explained a few things I didn’t realize about the car. And the manager on duty even give me a free oil change for inconvenience of this issue. Car is great now. Only thing is hoping I don’t get a mechanic bill for second install if I do I’ll have to stop in again...but sure they will take care of it. Recommend them to anyone full service shop!

Hello , My name is Bill Steinborn and I want to say that I really appreciate the honesty by telling me I didn’t need a alignment. Most companies would of went ahead and charged me for it anyways. I’m the kind of person that I rather pay more to have an honest company fix my vehicle then to pay less and keep having to repair it. The oil change and service I received today was very professional and fairly priced . The desk clerk and repair technician were both very kind to me and answered all questions I had for them. Thank you so much for being open on Sundays and for helping me save money today!!! I will definitely come back to use Ken Towery again....

I finally got my car fixed, they could not fix what they broke!! I took it in for a tire leak and had two days of repairs at two different stores to finally fix their mistakes and get my tires replaced. They replaced a tire air sensor that wasn’t even the leak problem and when they couldn’t make it work I was told I needed to take it to Chrysler to be repaired because they couldn’t fix it. I think tire sensors are what they are supposed to do. I took my car to a different Towery shop only to find out the $80 sensor they replaced was missing the sensor, they didn’t even put it in and broke the remaining sensors when I had the tires replaced. The other Towery’s store I took it to had to replace all the sensors in all my tires. I did get my car fixed but that’s the last for Towery’s and me, there are too many good tire stores to have to deal with such bad service.They sold me a part that I didn’t need and couldn’t make it work because they didn’t install it and sent me on my way.

I brought in a recently purchased used car and I could not be happier with the repairs that Jim and his crew did on it. They spent all day making sure that my car was perfectly safe for me and my family. Jim worked with us through everything and explained in full detail everything that he thought needed to be done. I will easily recommend this AutoCare center to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop. Also, I will be returning any time I need further repairs. Good job you guys, and thank you!

We had another great experience at Ken Towery Clarksville today.  After my wife took her Honda Pilot in for new tires and had such great experience we decided to go back with our two other vehicles.  Once again, Jim did a great job helping us get what we needed at a great price.  I would recommend this store to anyone.

I don’t typically use this location as it is not in the city I live, but as helpful and customer oriented as they are I will definitely make the extra trip to visit whenever a problem arises in the future.Jim took the time to personally help me with a battery issue I was having in my 2015 Ford Escape. He took expectional care of me and my car and earned a repeat customer. Very pleased with this experience.

We took our van in yesterday to have the tires rotated before going on holiday. When we arrived home we noticed we were missing a hubcap ( which we did find a block away from Ken Towery, ran over on the side of the road ). I called their office, hoping to get a replacement cap but prepared to hear they weren’t responsible for my loss. Before I could even finish my explanation James told me he was going to replace all four, just go pick them out. ( The best, he was sincerely one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with ).
