Jeff was great to work with. I called Tuesday and he had my tires by Wednesday. Jeff told me if I could find a better price then he had he would match it and he stood by that when I did. Was in and out in less than an hour. My husband loves his new tires 😍....its a guy thing!

It is so rare to experience service like this anymore! I needed new 20-in rims for my 15-year-old Saturn Sky. I found some online, because they have been really hard to find. Dominick called the company and got an even better price for me. I also got a great price on four new 20 in tires. As I waited for the wheels and tires to come in, was having a tire inflation issue on one tire. When they looked at it, they realized the tire was damaged and should not be driven on. So, they loaned me a used 20-in tire for a week until the new items could arrive and be installed. At no cost. Dominick went way over and above my expectations and my prior experience with service techs at other tire retailers. This is why I keep coming back to discount tire! Five stars!

It was a VERY rough Sunday. Something on railroad tracks shredded my drivers side back tire. It was nothing short of a miracle that I made it to my job safe, but rattled.After calling around looking for a tire repair shop, to no avail, I started Googling shops to make sure they had tires in stock for my Toyota Sequoia.Luckily, I found Discount Tires, on Lewis and Clark Pkwy, not far from where my SUV spent the night in the parking lot.I was able to book my 9:30 a.m. Monday appointment online -- AWESOME!Today when I realized the tow truck and I would arrive about 30 minutes late, I called to make sure they could still get me in.I spoke to JEFF ARTHUR. He was very polite, helpful and reassuring -- AWESOME! We arrived about 30 minutes late as I thought. Jeff greeted me, with smiling eyes behind his face mask (Covid protocols in place), and mentioned he was the worker I spoke with.After checking the condirion of all of my tires, he explained everything, including the cost -- $507 -- for two 265 65/17 tires. I planned to replace my back tires anyway. Ecstatic I QUICKLY paid.And literally 20 minutes later I was driving home with my new tires!The whole experience was THE BEST service Ive had in a long time! BRAVO!❤❤

Went here when my tire was leaking air. They found it was an issue with the stem and replaced it for free. Some of the nicest people you can meet. This is in shear juxtaposition to their competitors, Tire Discounters, who overfilled my tires by 10 pounds!! Similar name but don’t be confused, this place is actually competent. Go here if you have any tire issues, they know what they are doing.

From the first interaction to the last, very friendly and professional. I came in with one of my tires needing repair. They were able to locate the 2 objects quickly and was able to repair my tire. I like how they take time to knock some of the rust off of the tire bolts, and sprayed a nice tire shine on them. I had a tire rotation done at the dealer, and they forgot to reset the TPMS. Matt at Discount Tire took care of me.

WOW! My wife and I have been getting our tires from here for a few years, but after today I will probably NEVER go anywhere else! Not only are the staff at the Clarksville IN location helpful and knowledgeable, they are also very down-to-earth, friendly folks. They seem to know that taking care of your cars can be a hassle but are important enough for your and your familys safety that they make everything as quick, painless, an easy as possible. Secondly, they arent pushy about up-selling or getting you to purchase the extra warranty on your tires ( get the extra warranty! I never thought Id use it but it saved me at least a hundred dollars today and paid for itself, plus dividends! I suspect they lose money with this deal occasionally, but recoup that with customer loyalty) they always just try to make sure you have all the information to make the best decision about your needs. Antonio usually helps me, and is always great, but today it was a young guy who seemed new-ish. And had to ask someone a question once or twice and while HE went out of his way to help me get a tire on my car and get me to work on time, no one batted an eye about helping him a bit with the computer or answering a question. BTW I showed up with an unexpected bubble in my tire that I hadnt noticed until after they closed the day before and my tires are a really uncommon size, this is where that warranty comes in- Im almost certain I know when and where I hit a pothole that nearly blew out the tire but it didnt matter. No questions asked. I paid 15 dollars for a warranty on the new tire, and Ill never think twice about buying the warranty again. Sorry for the long review, but if itsTLDR: The customer service is better than Ive ever experienced, by leaps and bounds, the service and prices are equal to or (more often than not) better than other well known chains, and I like the people at the Clarksville location- they are friendly and work well as a team.

I took my truck here to get my tire patched with my 8 week old baby in tow. These guys were so awesome! They saw me coming from the parking lot and held the door for me (which anyone carrying a car seat knows is SO helpful). The staff were all so kind, knowledgeable, and had the tire patched in no time! They pulled my truck up to the curb so I could load up and go easily. The best part - they did all of this for free! Seriously a great experience and I will definitely go here in the future.

Not like some I know, that want to argue about everything.They are friendly here. They get you in and out. I blew out my tire on the way to visit family in Indianapolis. Before I could even get out and see the damage to my tire, one of their associates, Blake, pulled over on the side of the road to help me. He quickly got my spare on and helped direct me back to the store where I purchased two new front tires. Blake came at the perfect time and was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff in the store was helpful as well as efficient when I shared I was on a deadline to get to Indianapolis. I recommend Blake for any of your future car issues.

Today was my first visit to the Clarksville store. As expected the service was excellent. . .professional, pleasant and thorough. Went in b/c tire pressure sensor light was on. Guy found a nail in one of my tires and it was promptly plugged and patched. The patch is guaranteed for life. Also had them do the balance and rotation. None of this cost me anything. Have been buying my tires at discount for the past 10-12 years and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys!

We had a nail in our tire. Antonio and Jacob helped me with a great attitude. They got me in immediately and the wait was minimal. They had charging station for our electronics and free WiFi. Everything including the Bathrooms were clean. They pulled my vehicle to the front making it easy to get me and my kids out and off to the rest of my errands. I highly recommend.

So excited to finally have one of these stores here! I used to go to the one in Orlando for absolutely everything with my tires. I trust these guys, theyve been working on my car for almost last ten years. Its so convenient to make an appointment on their website, they also just fixed one of my flat tires for free. Very happy to have them in this area now!

If you are a man you can get waited on really fast. I stood in line to get waited on for at least 10 mins. There were 3 guys at the counter that just ignored me. I thought they were very rude and unprofessional.

I had been putting off getting tires for quite some time. Not only because of price but also because of the typical experience at most tire places. This place is not one of those places. I was more than pleased with their customer service from the beginning to the end of my experience. I was met by an associate while still walking towards the door who did not hesitate to walk with me back to the car to inspect the tires. I had some difficulty finding places that had my tires in stock because of tire size and age of my vehicle but they were able to get them quickly and were able to get my car in as soon as the tire were there. They have provided perhaps the most pleasant experience at any auto place Ive ever been to. Thank John and Jake for exceptional service!

These guys are great! I generally dont enjoy coming to places like this because you usually have to deal with being upsold. They took care of the nail in my tire quickly, and at no cost. While this isnt the closest location to my house Ill definitely come here for the customer service. Adam and Johnathan were knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

This place is awesome their tire prices are better than 99% of the other places I have been to look for tires to go on my 2001 Chevy Silverado they are polite, kind, and caring by the way did you know they recommend new tires at 4/32nd and also recommend new tires after 6 years (even your spare) because even though its not on the road its still rubber and rubber dries out even if its not in use. Seriously Id check them out 5 stars from me hands down.

Took my car there to look for a leak in a tire. Very nice people to deal with. I purchased the tires from a different dealer awhile back. They took the tire off the rim, changed the valve stem, and sanded down corrosion on rim. They did not charge me for the work and fixed my problem. They will get my tire business in the future!
