It was a great experience! I had to have new front brakes put on my car and they let me know everything that was going on with my car. They had it ready in no time 😊. I will recommend my friends and family to them!

Great experience here! Got us in and out for an emergency tire repair on an early Saturday morning in less than 45 minutes when other local shops were telling us a minimum of 2 hours, AND didn’t charge us for the repair! Friendly, professional staff, we’re raving fans!!!

Recently had these fine folks put new tires on my car and could not have been happier with the experience! First of all the price comparable to other shops, but they had a much more open schedule which worked perfect. Also, I had one of my children with me and they had plenty of space to spread out while you wait. I counted three separate waiting areas, one of which included a plush leather couch! Complimentary tea and coffee, as well as popcorn was also a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent service!

I had a major blow out on a boat tire over the weekend. Chris as Gateway Tire in Sango came to the rescue. I came in right at the end of their day. Chris works the front desk. He took the time to actually go in the back and mount my tire and throw the new one back on the boat for me. He went way out of his way to help me out. This is why I love Gateway Tire. They didnt adjust the rear brakes on my parents truck almost causing a wreck. Added oil to truck over filling it which causes engine damage. Its the 41 A Bypass shop. If I had no stars to give them as a choice. I would have choose no stars. Didnt have correct equipment on site when I came back to pick up the truck and the check engine light was still on after spending over a 1000.00 dollars. Worst place ever will never go back to the shop on the 41 A Bypass ever again. I changed from 1 star to 3 stars given I did receive a phone call from the General Manager assuring me that this will not happen again. He was very nice and appreciated me letting him know about the situation. I thank him for his prompt response because I never want this to happen to anyonelse. Due to his response I changed my rateing because he cared enough to call. Thanks GM Larry. Your call meant a lot to us.

Took my granddaughter to get her oil changed, they do not do appointments so she knew she was going to leave her vehicle. Did call when finished, almost in time arranged. Staff seemed to be genuine in taking care of her jeep. Did not have oil required on site caused some delay. Did reset oil change reminder.

Hard to find service like this place anymore, Ive had 3 tires in the last month get nails or in one case a huge broken fender washer in my tire. I expected a 20 dollar or so repair fee and was blown away when they told me all tire repairs like that are free. New valve stem, plugged and patched and refilled with nitrogen, NO CHARGE!!! How can you afford not to give them your business!!! Fast friendly down home service in a nice new shop. Highly recommend them.

Today I needed an oil change and stopped by gateway to see the wait time, They got my car serviced quickly and also let me know my wipers needed replaced an took care of that as well. The service was great an the crew from front to back was super polite an friendly definitely recommend you stop by an let them take care of you.

I was super impressed with everything about this shop. It was clean and had a very comfortable place to wait while having my service done. They had really good fresh coffee or tea while you waited. They were quick, friendly and affordable. I drove almost 45 minutes to get to this location as it had been recommended to me by a friend. It was well worth the drive and I will be happy to give them my business for future endeavors.

Edited review: I went back to get four tires on my Tundra because my first visit was fantastic. My husband was quoted a significantly lower price on the phone than I was quoted in person. The sales guy then started to haggle with me. I dont negotiate tire prices. I appreciate transparency and honesty. I didnt get that. I dont see why I should pay $150 more than anyone else for the same tire. I asked for my keys after I pondered and stewed over my experience. I spoke with the manager and let him know I was disappointed. I wont come back. 2.5 starsInitial review:This place is busy. Its busy because the service is great and prices are affordable. If you go on a Saturday, you can expect to have a bit of a wait. I am pleasantly surprised by the expedience and simplicity of this shop. I will definitely return and recommend this shop to everyone I speak with. (By the way, I bought my tires from Sams Club in GA, but the Sams here couldnt fit me in for a rotation and balance).

I highly recommend the Gateway Tire location on the bypass by Rotary Park. I have always received excellent service there and wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase tires. Awesome service and no pressure. Buy your tires their and pick up a naIl or other road hazard and no questions asked they fix your tire and no charge. Go in and get your oil changed and every time they will rotate your tires, again no questions asked and no. charge for tire rotation. The best thing is while waiting. you dont have to worry about service tech coming out and wanting to do a realignment, or change your wipers or flush your cooling system or several.other adjustments they want to scare you into having done, when you dont need any of them. GET THERE at 7:00 AM and you will be on your way by 8:00 if just an oil change and tire rotation is why you went in.

I have to give a shout out to the good people at Gateway Tire.They are my go to spot for wheel and tire services. Ive been going to them and using them for 3 or 4 years now. Never a problem.Except one day, I brought some new wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced. When I got them back I later discovered 1 wheel scratched.A little upsetting, but after bringing up the issue, they were extremely professional and outstanding with their customer care to fix problem.Without any doubt Ill still continue going to the good folks at Gateway Tire.

I have been doing business with Gateway for over 10 years now. Our personal vehicles to all of our work trucks. I recently had an issue with my truck that was a hard issue to diagnose it was an ongoing process that took awhile to get figured out. I was patient with Gateway in the situation, and in the end they made sure my satisfaction was their priority. I went by last Saturday b/c I noticed my tire was going flat. I didn’t realize they closed at 2:00. The nice man at the desk said they were to close in 3 minutes. I was about to leave and go somewhere else, but he told me to wait. He came back and told me to go to a bay. Long story short, they fixed my tire regardless of closing time. I was very thankful! I will definitely go back! Roy did an awesome job on my tire, in fact, it was the quickest job ever!

Blow out on trailer on interstate hauling 6500lbs of cattle. When I arrived they had a waiting room full but within 45 minutes the were fixing the tire and I was on my way. Great service.

I am a repeat customer at this location. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and honest. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with leather seats and couches, plenty of new magazines and televisions.I always get quick service and they do their best to fit me in even on days that are so busy that there is barely any parking available.They even rotated my tires for free (the only reason that I visited them on that day). I didn’t even buy my tires or rims from them. So basically they had a mechanic tied up with my vehicle and didn’t make a dime on it just to keep me as a loyal customer.If you need any kind of work done on your vehicle, whether it be preventative maintenance, new tires, or mechanical work, I can highly recommend Gateway Tire and Service Center.

On two separate occasions we have had unexpected minor issues with our vehicles (nail in tire and clogged hose). Both times we were able to bring our vehicles in without appointments (once on a busy Saturday) and get very timely and excellent service superior to other places we have been in town. There are very few places in Clarksville where you can get this kind of service, and I would recommend the folks here for any kind of service 100% of the time.

I had hands down the best experience Ive ever had at any repair shop at Gateway tire. Always a chance when you move to a new place, that youll get had at a car repair shop. And unfortunately the Google reviews werent so great, but this shop is close to my home and I have had great service at their other Clarksville location, so I decided to try them again! Honesty is by far my biggest kudos to this shop! This repair shop definitely isnt trying to take you for all your worth, unlike most of the dealerships in the area I have had my vehicles repaired at! When I spoke with the mechanic, he told me the issue was a small wire, but unfortunately due to the model of my vehicle the part only comes as whole piece and new runs roughly $900. He said he called around to the junk yards in the area with no luck, so instead of charging me for a new part, he was able to dissemble, replace a single wire that was faulty and reassemble it. Wow! Amazing! The fact that they didnt just charge me the 900$ right off the bad was amazing, then he actually took time to call around to junk yards in the area?! Wow! That was just the half of it! The truck was in dire need of new tires, so told the mechanic to replace all four. When I was called later that afternoon, I was taken back when the service representative told me thats he truck was paid in full and was ready to be picked up! I had not paid for the truck repairs. Now Im not sure if that Someone was affiliated with Gateway tire or not, but it definitely was amazing! Exceptional customer service, quick repair and honest mechanics! I Highly recommend this service shop!

I absolutely loved the service I received from this tire shop. (Thanks Andrew!!!) I feel like these guys really went out if their way to provide the best service ever. They werent able to provide me with the original tires they had quoted me with so Andrew called and apologized first and then offered me another option and assured me that these were just as great if not better than my original pick. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was still provided with GREAT service and a discount for all the trouble. (Which I didnt feel like I was the one that went through any trouble.) I greatly appreciate everything that was done. They really went above any beyond all expectations. Thank you all. Ill see you next time I need anything for my vehicle.

So I used to go here a lot with my old car and the experience was kind of mixed. They did the work needed and cheap but felt kind of lazy. By that I mean almost every time I went I got the $30 oil change and tire rotation deal. The only problem being they never rotated the tires. Took me a few times to realize and when I asked about it they said I was supposed to specify beforehand that I wanted them to rotate the tires. Well if its included in the price I kind of expect that will be done without me telling them to do it. Considering Im getting an oil change its time to rotate anyway to help elongate the life of my tire right? They sell tires there though so maybe thats part of the plan anyway. All in all they were fast enough and cheap enough but I dont like having to tell them to do the work I paid for in the first place. Thats why they have a manager not me, the customer. Everything else was great other than that little annoyance.

Generally good. Ive only had one issue ever and the general manager called immediately to resolve the issue. Otherwise Ive always had quality service. Could use customer wifi in the waiting area or leave the remote out so Fox News isnt the only thing on. Comfortable couch in the back. Employees have always been courteous.

The guy their Austin is a very respectful employee and he helped us out with taking a look at the coolant leak.

Took my vehicle in to see if they could look at the door. I waited two days to hear back and then had to call on the closing of the third only to find out that they were just then looking in to it and were unable to fix it.

They might be a little on the slow side, but it is worth the wait. They have two very nice waiting areas with tvs and comfortable seating. The free coffee and popcorn is pretty freaking sweet too! By far the best part about this place is that they tell you upfront how much everything will be and will call if there is any change to that. I highly suggest these guys.

Steve May is the reason I bought tires here. He was honest about the tires and right on point about how long it would take to do the job. John Tilson was my mechanic. Kept my truck clean and did an excellent job on my truck. Because of these to people is the reason I will continue to do business here.

These guys are awesome. I had a screw in my run flat tires. I walked in and they had my tire off in 30 minutes. They completely took it apart, fixed it correctly, reset my monitor, and didnt charge me anything! They ROCK!!!!!

Had a tire with a slow leak that another garage tried to fix but failed. Called them up on Friday, dropped my car off and by Saturday morning that had fixed the issue. The bead was corroded, they cleaned it up and tire is holding air. On top of their excellent service they didn’t charge anything. Would highly recommend them to service your vehicle. We’ll be going back for future service when needed.

Has been my store of choice since it opened. However with my purchase this morning there is a noticable reduction in customer service. Customers are being allowed in the shop and spending a lot of time talking to tech. Lobby is not as clean. Ordered my tires in advance and they did not call me on arrival and did not have record of my name and number on the order. Not the store it used to be, hope they will take action to correct .

This is a wonderful place to take your vehicle if you need it taken care of. The staff is always friendly and helpful, never tries to sell more than what you want and will always inform you if what you want is not what you need and looks to save money for customers but still provide the service they require.

My wife had a driver side tire leaking fast late this afternoon. We found Gateway Tire on google as we are new to the area and didnt know a reliable tire shop. They had us in and out in 30 minutes. They fixed the leak and were very kind through the whole process. The waiting room is very nice as well with FREE popcorn! We will definitely be back in the future to purchase our next set of tires.

3 days ago I posted, Was RIPPED OFF!!! I felt that way until the shop manager, Larry, called me right away after my post. He was concerned with why I felt this way. After talking to him for a few minutes, he ensured me he was going to make it right. He was unaware of what happened. TRUE to his WORD, he did. I must say that I was pleased to see that there are people, that are true to their word, today.Larry, thank you for taking care of us and being true to your word.

Was driving a car I bought in Florida to Iowa and picked up a nail in a tire, gateway tire got me in quick and repaired the tire to get me on my way

Took my car in for an alignment after replacing all four of the struts on my Mitsubishi Lancer. The day I brought it in they had to close early due to weather. When I went in to pick my car up a little less than an hour after I brought it in, the handling was exactly the same as before I brought it in. The steering wheel was off center and had a lot of unresponsive space. The car literally would not go in a straight line. The next day I checked the service report and found they had performed a thrust alignment on a car without a solid axle, which is impossible. There were no before and after specs produced. When I went back in the next day to talk about it there was no manager present, and the employee I had spoken to tried to tell me that is just how an alignment comes up on their computer. Any other mechanic that has performed an alignment on my car has had the specs readily available. Due to their hours and my job schedule I was never able to get the problem rectified. Basically, I paid $100 for a job that was never done. Three days later the ride seemed even worse so I checked my all my lug nuts. On one of the back wheels every lug nut was barely even hand tightened. I will never again get a job done at this location and will encourage everyone I know to seek mechanical help elsewhere.
