The ladies at this office are so helpful and accommodating!! As long as i reside in Clarksville TN this will be the only place that I use for insurance. I highly recommend them!!

My family was recently involved in a car accident where our car was totaled. From the moment the accident happened, Teresa Gaines office was quick to touch base and make sure that our family was okay. It only took one week to have the car assessed and we were given a check for the damages before the week was up. Not only was the accident handled promptly, but the customer service we received was incredible. The office staff is so friendly and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Teresa Gaines office to anyone and am so thankful to have them as our insurance.

This company is wonderful! Each member of the staff is so knowledgeable and more than helpful. No matter what insurance need I have, they handle it so easily and courteously. They have always treated me like family and they are always there In a crunch and they will answer all of your questions ( and believe me I always have a ton). TERRIBLE!!!! Horrible customer service and way overpriced!! I have never been talked to with such disrespect as I have from Teresa herself. She doesnt care about you as a customer, she just wants your money. Well, you are not getting mine anymore. I switched to LIBERTY MUTUAL and saved $1900 a year. Thats right I went from paying $265 a month for me and my wife to drive 2 cars, to now only paying $104 a month, same coverages. Teresa is a crook!! The office lady Sierra is awesome but the other ones are liars. AVOID THEM! Call LIBERTY MUTUAL!!!
