Theyve always been extremely helpful and friendly. Even when busy, they acknowledge my presence when they cant yet help me and ask me to wait in the main part of the lobby. They helped me find insurance coverage after Progressive dropped me for an accident caused by another person, and because of that Ive saved hundreds of dollars over the past 18 months.

I have never seen a place more unprofessional than this place. They are as rude as it gets and the place reeks of smoke. I had originally attempted to call to get a quote but was unsuccessful because no one ever answered and when they finally did i didnt get a call back because they were apparently too busy I came in to get my insurance started with Brittany and got attitude the entire time as soon as i walked out she turned around to talk about me behind my back from now i do everything at their riverside location they are both more professional and nicer there. as in regards to fort Campbell never going back there

The guy who assisted us conducted a search using LexisNexis. He informed us that he should have charged us $15.00 for the search. Facts that he presented were later found to be wrong. Go elsewhere for insurance. This company is questionable.
