I dealt with a couple other insurance companies before joining the Dunn Insurance family. From the moment I walked into their office, the Dunn employees welcomed me in with open arms. This is the first time that an insurance agent has sat me down one-on-one and got to know me for who I am and what I am looking for in my insurance policy. I sat with the agent for about 35 minutes and they explained everything in detail, unlike my past agents.My previous insurance experience included going into the office just to sign my paperwork and give them my bank account information; without explanation of what I was signing up for (I chose the previous companies because they were cheap). At Dunn Insurance, their mission is to get to know their clients in depth and inform them of what they are paying for.
