The agency its self has some of the most professional people I have worked with. However after a really bad claim experience I will never be insured with alstate again

Carpet baggers the whole lot

We were out of town for over a month upon coming home I noticed shingles laying on the ground . I am on day 27 trying to get my roof repaired The first four days I was completely ignored , two people ALLSTATE sent out stated I needed a new roof that this was beyond repair finally a adjuster was sent out before he got out of his car that was located across the street looked at the roof and said looks like blistering to me? He stood on the pitch of the roof and did his evaluation Johnathan Brinkley ..My roofer states its hail and wind damage. MY roofer says the guy says the same thing the last four claims in two months? Im a ten-year customer Photos the company sent me to evaluate my roofer taken in 2013 because those trees were cut down in April 2018.. I have had to jump through one hoop after another and this is still not solved.. it is absolutely ridiculous what I have gone through for almost a month now.. I do not suggest using this company ever! You are definitely not in good hands with these people. Almost a month and still no one has come into The house to look at the water damage on my ceiling. I am not sure how these people sleep at night. Its a constant between we didnt receive that or I cant read that? I even have confirmation where a girl stated she received all the paperwork and made contact with the roofer? More lies more lies. Please take my advice and go someplace else. These people take your money and when you need them they will not be there for you. Also I was given two claim numbers for the same claim these people do not have it together and you really need that when you have a emergency. Almost a month and still a manager has yet to contact me. Absolutely ridiculous!!

During my visit to San Francisco my vehicle was burglarized and all my personal items were stolen. Needless to stressed I was stressed and felt helpless, not knowing what to do. After contacting my insurance agent - Krista Shane I was relieved from my concerns. She explained the claim process and was answered all my questions in a polite and helpful manner. I was very pleased with my insurance claim resolution and I am grateful to Kristina Shane and Morford.

The people are unprofessional and plain creeps. Sending unsolicited mail to my address with false insurance quotes and photos of my house. Youll never have me as a customer.
