Definitely recommend getting insurance here. Staff there are wonderful. I wouldnt even call them staff. Theyre more like familys that want to know about you and make you feel comfortable and trusted. Dont be scared to ask questions if you dont understand anything. They are happy to help you. Micheal & Dennis helped me what insurance policy I should get for my first business start up and they told me everything I needed to know and what to do. They are very caring and they go above and beyond compare with other State Farm companies in Clarksville.

Can hardly ever get anyone on the phone and when you do, they never do what the say they are going to do. pour customer service. Rates change on a monthly basis despite what the 6 month policy states. find someone else.By the way, they block facebook from posting bad reviews.

Starting off, I would like to say that the staff here has always made it their mission to make sure that my needs are taken care of and questions answered. I usually speak and work with Carrie, who has always been wonderful to me.Recently, I had a situation where too much money was accidentally taken from my account due to a policy change (removal of a vehicle from my policy), and my account was significantly overdrawn. Note: I make my payments on time every single month. Because of my account being overdrawn and my good payment history, I was not satisfied with simply having the payment center apply a credit to my account with State Farm. I spoke with Shannon the night before Thanksgiving and she handled my request for refund with great earnest and understanding. She was sympathetic to my situation and moved quickly to submit a second request for refund to the payment center.I am overly grateful for Shannons fervent attention to my problem, and the level of caring customer service that she has provided!Thank you, Michael Freemyer State Farm. You will continue to have my business.

Updated review: Lately Ive had issues with them starting this new year. Im not honestly sure if it is because Clarksville is growing or new staff but if it doesnt change, I will look for a new car insurance company. My car insurance has been getting messed up a few times. And Im not going to have that. Im giving them one last shot to make it right. Ive referred them so many clients in the last few years, but will no longer do it since they been going down hill.Old review: Great car insurance, the staff here is always so nice and knowledgeable! Ive had them for a few years now, and plan on staying with them!

I was very upset because I made my purchase based upon being able to afford the insurance. In the end, i ended up paying around what I was originally quoted. I had an interest rate of 18% before financing with Michaels team. Now my interest rate is in the 6% range. Very very pleased with this team.
