Horrible customer service. Our monthly payment was withdrawn from the wrong account, and instead of looking into it or asking follow up questions to determine the bigger issue, we were told the best option is to cancel our policy to get a refund. Extremely disappointed. She also told us to never make changes online, to always call and do it over the phone. Whats the purpose of having an online account if I cant make changes and expect them to be done correctly there? Spoke with Trisha at the local office. (We spoke with Kayla up until this point who was WONDERFUL, but horrible experience since.)
