I saw Estelle today and I wanted to write a review. It’s been a while since I walked out absolutely loving my massage. After moving here I’ve bounced around trying to find a great massage therapist that listened to my problem areas and relieved my tense and pain. Estelle is an absolute gem! She listened to my areas of tension and pain, focused on those areas and was absolutely professional and courteous. Her pressure was prefect and knew when to apply more pressure or when not too. I can’t wait to see her again. Also, the entire staff was courteous, kind and professional.

Not only was my tension and Knotts released I also had a good laugh and my mind feels like it has been refreshed also. Thank you Cass for your wonderful work! 😄

I went for my birthday to relax and relieve some stress with a massage and... My massage was just, alright, Ive had much better experiences. The reception asked me to fill out my medical/preference form on a tablet, which was fine... but then repeated every question back to me, aloud, that I had already answered, in the lobby. Whats the point of answering them on the tablet? Made me feel uncomfortable there... The massage room was very blah, not serene like you would expect in a spa massage room. I could hear doors slamming and people talking as I got my massage so I never could just fully relax... I guess I just had higher expectations than I shouldve.

I had my first massage last night at Massage Envy, I usually go to another business. This was by far the BEST massage I have ever had! Jason is amazing!!! He was able to release a knot I have had in my neck for years, that no other therapist was able to do!! I will become a member with Massage Envy and will go monthly to see Jason!! Very professional, very clean facility and the staff was great!!

My massage was wonderful, Connie did a marvelous job. I hate that the rest of my experience was absolutely terrible. I had received what I thought was 3-60 minute massages as a gift, it came with a bunch of information and the receipt of purchase. I had used 2 a year ago and finally got around to scheduling the last one. When I booked the appointment I explained the whole thing to the receptionist that I spoke to over the phone and she said “oh, that’s ok, we’ll put it down.” Go in for my appointment, get great massage, come out to leave tip, then bam...was told I owed $110. What?! After explaining that I still had one massage left that I hadn’t used to the receptionist, she then explained to me that I must have been given a 3 month membership...NOWHERE in all the paperwork that I received does it say anything about a 3 month membership and that my massages will expire. When I used the 2 other massages I used them outside the 3 month window of when they were originally purchased...I was told that they basically had “done me a favor” by allowing me get those 2 massages outside the 3 month window. So then the receptionist gets on the phone with the owner Lauren to come back and say “we can offer you the membership price.” Why wouldn’t someone have told me when I had went in a year ago that I had to use them within 3 months? Why wouldn’t that information have been in the packet of information that I had received when there was so much other information in there? Your “Membership Program” is a JOKE...

I love this place and visit regularly. Jason is awesome! The staff is wonderful.

The massage itself was fantastic! I would highly recommend Jason! He is the best!!! The lady who runs the place needs to work on her RBF and friendliness to work with people. And their customer service is ridiculous.

I received both a massage and facial at Massage Envy, and I tell you I have never been so relaxed, EVER!! My whole experience was great from beginning to end. I was welcomed by the sweet front desk staff, who prepared me for what was about to happen and made me feel totally comfortable! The atmosphere was very relaxing and I even got to sit in a massage chair before my appointments! Everything was very clean and I’ve never been in a bathroom that smelled so good! The therapists really listened to my needs and performed great services! I was so relaxed and had such a great time I signed up for a membership!! I can’t wait to go back. 10/10 recommended.

Don’t waste your time with this company! Go to a company that cares about their customers, and won’t take their money!

All of the employees were wonderful and very helpful. The spa was clean and pleasant and the heated massage table is amazing! I had Brandie and she was great, very easy to talk to and we talked through the entire massage. She is very personable and I would recommend requesting for her. I will definitely return to this masseuse and to this location.

Massage was one of the worst Ive had, thought maybe the guy was new but hes been there three years. I actually think he was texting on his phone while doing my massage. When he did my feet I actually looked up at him cause he was only using one hand which is weird and he was looking down. btw foot massage, never even touched heels!. so yeah pretty sure he was on his phone. When he was massaging my arms I actually heard something fall off his lap (phone) but since my head was down I didnt see, also at this time he was only using one hand. The receptionist was friendly which is why I gave two stars. Couldve gotten a better massage from my mom. Wouldnt schedule anything with Douglas at Madison massage envy. Total waste of an hour.

Beware of Contract!Fine print of contract signs you up for a MANDATORY 12 months. After spending $600 on massages, I deployed. I was only able to transfer 1 credit to my wife (which cost and additional $10). I ended up spending $300 on massages that I wasnt even able to use.

I enjoyed my massage very much. It was very relaxing and the place is clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. I recommend this place to many people. They really try to meet your massage needs and fit you with a therapist that is the best fit for your needs and if you dont fit the last one they make suggestions.

They will straight up lie and say whatever they need to get you to sign a contract. They said it was all a misunderstanding but I know what was said! The massage was actually really relaxing I just wouldnt recommend a contract.

First time getting a facial and it was absolutely the best experience ever. Amanda was very informative and listened to all my needs and concerns. I will be becoming a member as of today. Thanks again Massage Envy :)

Went here for a couples massage a year ago for my boyfriends birthday. He was pleased with his masseuse which made me happy since it was the whole purpose of us going. It was very nice inside, relaxing in the room, its pretty much a 45 min massage because you have to wait for set up and fill out a paper and get undressed. As for me I was disappointed I had someone new and because I am a nice person I didnt want to say nothing to her but I dont know if its common sense or anything. But she was digging her knuckles into my back and neck most of the time which was so painful. But Im glad my boyfriend was satisfied but you would think you would get a experienced masseuse when you are paying for it.

Called and appointment for a hour and a half massage. There were several questions on what type of Massage. I informed staff that this was a surprise and to call my wife and give her her choice and selections and also to give appointment time. They informed me that they would call my wife and give her the address and appointment time. The appointment was made before 11 a.m. . They called but they left no message. Later, around 6 p.m., I called them and said she still had not received the information. They said they would cal het and set up with her choices. They never even called her to confirm her choices. Clearly they didnt need my new business. Terrible customer service.

I had an 1 hour massage today with Crystal and she did an outstanding job. She had great professionalism and it was hands down the best massage Ive had in a long time! :) I highly recommend getting a massage with her!

My wife tried to reschedule an appointment for earlier in the day. Even though the there were open appointments online, when my wife called to swap the time the receptionist lied and said that there were none available. When we went back to the website it still showed earlier appointments. When questioned on it the receptionist said they were for facials (we were absolutely under massage). We do not appreciate being lied to so we will no longer recommend or use their services.

Massage was wonderful from krystal. The staff up front was very nice. However management is terrible at getting situations fixed. I had a discrepancy on my cc and has been going on for two weeks now and management will not get back in contact with me. The woman who i spoke to on the phone said the manager was out for 2 weeks due to a death. I know that know manager leaves their store for any reason for two weeks. And if they do then maybe they shouldnt be in management position. Lady up front also said they couldnt give me a 25.00 credit on my account which I also know to be untrue. After I told her that was untrue. She finally gave me a credit. Very frustrating and feel management is incompetent.

Friendly service. However, I scheduled a deep tissue massage instead I got a gentle regular massage. I want my hour and half back that was wasted.

Very relaxing and enviting from the moment you walk in. I suffer with back issues and I was given a 60 minute for my birthday and wow! When I got up from the table It was the 1st time in years I was able to get relief. I have a pain pump implanted to try and control the pain but the pump cant hold a candle to the massage. The therapist are very professional, listen you what you and your needs and wants are and respects your privacy. (Lol...I asked if it came with a happy ending--I dont think she was amused by the question. Lighten up. It was only a joke. Trust me honey.... youre not my type!).If you dont think you can afford it? File it with your health insurance. Most health insurance policies will cover around 20 to 26 physical therapy visits in a year and Massage Envy is considered a clinic

Massage Envy Madison Commons has a very warm and welcoming staff. I set up an appointment online which is a great new feature they offer, I came 15 mins before my appt, i had to fill out an iPad which I am not a tech savvy person but the FDA assisted me and answered all my questions and were very patient.The atmosphere of this place was delightful and relaxing, the soft music playing and the dim lights just sets the tone of total relaxation.The bathrooms were very clean and even smelled clean. I personally hate public restrooms but they definitely impressed me with their restrooms.Ok so back to my massage...I had a young lady who seemed very interested in helping me with my siatic nerve problem she was thorough and explained things to me in a way i could understand. She even gave me suggestions for at home care. She asked if she could see me again in a few weeks to help me continue my journey for better health and wellness.She walked me to the front and gave me a packet with her name and info which included times and dates. The FDA then explained to me they had a better way for me to save money and trust me I am all about saving some money but I did want to continue coming in for services. They offered me.the wellness plan and explained every benefits of this program. They went over the terms with me very clear and answered any questions i had.I was extremely pleased with my experience at this spa I joined the membership. I will most definitely recommend this place to everyone I come into contact with.

The $90.00 chemical peel was a total rip off. What the brochure promised and the results were totally opposite. Talked to management and wasnt offered any restitution such as a free service to compensate for my loss. Buyer beware!!! Jean M.
