Best Appliance Repair in Clarksville. We had a compressor go out on our LG fridge. First company we called wouldnt even come out and look at it. Absolute Best Appliance had parts in just a few days and sent 2 guys to swap it out. Less than an hour and they were done and our fridge works perfectly. If you want reliability and accountability go with a company that knows their stuff and that the factories use.

Serviceman showed on time, was professional, and had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of arriving. While he didnt have the part in stock, he made it very clear what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, how long it would take to get the part, and the cost. I tend to do most repairs myself, but the price was reasonable, and this washer has had a workout over the years and I figured there may be other problems, which there was. JT showed us the other faulty part and I gladly had him also replace it.This is a family run business which really sold me on their service. I would highly recommend them.

Very good experience. The tech was knowledgeable about the problem with our refrigerator’s water dispenser. He thoroughly checked the parts within the dispenser to make sure they were properly installed. Explained all while he was working on. Courteous and professional. Mr. Felts was great this morning. He replaced the ice maker that has had ongoing problems. He had researched it to find that in the thousands of this type of model, there may have been a small faulty, part so he did this at no charge. I really appreciated that he took time to call LG and find out what the ongoing problem has been. He did not even charge for a service call. Wow. ABA is the best!

Did not fix the dryer. They wanted to say the outlet is the issue. Ive had the dryer almost a year. It waa working fine. Lived here for over 3 yrs. The outlet was looked at by an electrician 2x!

Eric came to my house. Looked in my dryer said I had dried something in it that put the brown marks on the back wall. I explained to him I own nothing brown and only dry towels and sheets. Even if that had happened which it didnt that would not explain my smelling something burning and the 2 identical L shaped burn marks. So it cost me $80.00 for him to open the front of my dryer and look inside it. Apparently he put on his work order that it wasnt properly vented yet how could he know that when he never looked at the vent. He should have taken the back off of the dryer to find out what is going on that caused the burn marks. I called a few minutes ago to complain and was told by Skylar that unless I have had the vent changed I would have to pay again for the service call and after I had told her twice that I DO NOT want Eric coming back to my house she informed me that this is Erics area so he has to be the one to come back. Well he did absolutely NOTHING the first time he was here so why would I let him come back?! I will never refer anyone to this company! What a waste of time, money, and now 2 more weeks of not being able to use my dryer while I wait for a competent repairman to come fix it!

While we had an easy repair, the technician was extremely helpful and explained the problem, the solution, and how it was impacting the functionality of our refrigerator. Weve had technicians from other companies come in and say this is the part you need and the cost and repair it, but we really appreciated the extra knowledge and explanation of why and how. It gave us more confidence in the job that was being completed.

Well I ask them to take a look at my refrigerator because a heard a noise coming from the fan so they came out and look at it. I didnt know It was a piece of ice that was stuck were the fan was there was no labor work done and they charge me 153 dollars for pulling a piece of ice out of the fan they should told me to unplug the refrigerator for five minutes and that would have did it I didnt mind paying the 69.70 for a house call but to charge me 84 dollars for labor for a piece of ice is ridiculous be ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been without a washer for 2 months now. They keep coming to service it knowing they straight up told us it came unwelded and its not serviceable. We have been told that they would have someone get in contact with us in 24-48 hours and we never hear a word. We always have to call and see what is going on. They keep putting the warranty in wrong so the warranty place keeps telling us its complete and it is in fact not done so they have to keep coming out. We are getting extremely annoyed and need someone to actually put the warranty in right so we can get a new washer. NOT IMPRESSED!

Absolute Best Appliance has kept our commercial refrigerator in the best working order for years. They were even able to repair it when the door fell off and the manufacturing said it was unrepairable. Danny went above and beyond trying to find a solution which ended up being a special type of screw used in a totally different industry than refrigeration.
