A couple of weeks ago our home was hit by a tree in a windstorm at 5pm. Servpro was out that night until 3am boarding up our house to make sure it was secure and any further damage was avoided. Their mitigation services have been UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone on their team has been so over the top- Ive never dealt with a company providing this type of customer service. From the initial service, applying tarps to the house in the days following , to checking in on our family the team here has shown they are prepared, well equipped, and most importantly- they genuinely care for their customers. Bobby, RJ, Jose, Bryan, and David have been a lifesaver for us! Im sure Im missing a couple of others(including the office staff), but they ALL deserve a raise. We will ALWAYS be a promoter of this business and will always trust them with any needs we have.

Servpro came to our house today to deal with a HOT MESS! A pipe had busted; our ceiling was falling through; the floors were soaked from one side of the room to the other!!Bobby, Jon, and Wilbur were a magical team that took a horrible situation and quickly took action and cleaned everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) up!!! They are awesome!

Rj Robnett came out previously to give us an estimate for mold in our home he’s such a friendly and knowledgeable guy! He was very professional and even gave us tips to prevent issues in the future! 10/10 recommend him! Great work to you all!

I had been ripping up carpet to redo the flooring in my daughters bedroom and found water damage underneath the carpeting. I luckily found the source of the leak however I noticed some white “mold” growing on the subfloor after the wood had dried out. I also found a black substance on the back of the baseboard. I called ServePro on the advice of several family members and was not disappointed. The gentlemen that arrived, Bobby and David, were on time (could have been early if I hadn’t been at work) and were extremely professional. They checked everything over and determined it was a fungus not mold and required little remediation. They were honest with what I had and did not attempt to sell something I did not need. They have my recommendation and will absolutely use them in the future, specifically asking for Bobby and David! Thank You Gentlemen!

When we had our house fire, we chose to use ServPro. They have been wonderful to us. They have dealt with insurance and guided us through this process. Phillip and Bobby were amazing and very responsive. I had a little trouble at the beginning, mainly because I don’t know how this stuff works. Philip came out and dealt with everything. Bobby made sure the crews were running smoothly and both Philip and Bobby did walks of the house with me. This company is every bit as good as their name.

During the insane time of trying to initiate getting our home cleaned from an intense mess that occurred the ServPro team that handled the cleaning/mitigation and demolition portion (Austin and Lorenzo) did an amazing job keeping us informed. Communication was very good and Austin and Lorenzo were very respectful and customer service was amazing. If we had questions they were never hesitant on answering or getting the answer for us quickly.

I have mold in the house that was causing my allergies to go crazy. I had spent a month constantly cleaning and couldn’t get rid of it. I called Servpro and Bobby came out within a week to inspect the mold. He was professional and efficient. But what stuck out to me was the fact that he noticed how desperate I was to live allergy free in my house again. He made time later that afternoon to COME BACK and fog my house so that I could breathe easy again. After a month of suffering, it was a moment of kindness from Servpro that I won’t forget anytime soon. Hands down, best company I have worked with! We had a water leakage issue from our bathroom into the downstairs ceiling. Within a matter of hours ServPro was at my house. Robert took a thorough look around the whole problem and explained to me exactly what the process would look like for cleanup. Having major damage is never a great way to spend your day, but I will recommend ServPro time and time again to anyone who needs mitigation and repair. Bobby and RJ made us feel like our emergency was there emergency too, but also calmed my nerves about how this could impact the health of our medically fragile family. They have treated us with patience and just enough humor to keep us from going crazy— a combo that I never knew we always needed during something like this.They have done an exceptional job at ensuring our family is comfortable and protected during the water mitigation. This is by far the worst company. They were always leaving to complete other jobs. I was in a hotel for 2 months and they still have to come back to complete the unfinished or incomplete work.

I had a great experience with Servpro. Our technician, Miguel Ortiz, was courteous and kept us in the loop all along the way. Highly recommend them!

We called Servpro out due to a home inspection where we were told we have standing water in our crawl space, the vapor barrier needed to be replaced and there was fungi spores. Ed came in and took so many pictures to show us the condition of our crawl space and we were quite relieved for him to report that there is no evidence of standing water or more fungi than what’s typical under a house for the area we live in. He inspected the vapor barrier that was reported as “substandard and missing” and again, showed us the pictures to confirm that it was all in tact and did not need to be replaced. Of course he went over some things we could do to remediate the overall crawl space but his honesty was so refreshing. I’m thankful we do not need to spend thousands of dollars that the home inspector lead us to believe was needed. I’m so glad we called Servpro and that Ed was so friendly, respectful and listened to our concerns. Thanks again guys and you’ll be all I recommend to others going through what we have been through.

Majesta did a great job bringing back some of my furniture from storage while waiting for the reconstruction job to be completed. Her team moved several pieces out and moved others in. I was very thankful to get this done quickly. After speaking with Carrie on the phone on Tuesday, my furniture was delivered and set up by Wednesday at noon.Majesta was professional and friendly. I really appreciate her.Don’t get me wrong- this is the ONLY THING good about ServPro. They have me in a six month nightmare. They have consistently screwed up my house attempting to repair my water damaged floors, and now we are back to square one. It is literally the worst experience with a company that I have ever gone through in my 51 years. Miguel and Bryan were great! They knew what they were doing and worked efficiently. They answered all the questions we asked. They were also very punctual on the check ups on the walls drying out. All in all, it was a great experience! I hope we never have to use them again, but if we do, we want Miguel and Bryan to do it.

I called Serve Pro for mold remediation at my home and am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The technicians that came were very positive and made me feel at ease during this very stressful event at my home. Especially Justin Shores...He was truly a light in the dark during a difficult time. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the work performed. It is hard to find good help that matches the quality of service received. These guys really know what they are doing! They also will not charge you for services that are not necessary, however they were very thorough in fixing the problem. I wish I had called Serve Pro first. They proposed a very cost effective and practical solution. I talked to every competitor in the industry, but called serve pro back because I could tell immediately that they really take the extra time and effort to ensure that I have a permanent solution to my mold problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.....Probably the best experience that I have ever had in regards to repairs at my home.

I came home from vacation to find our power had been out for weeks due to a lightning strike. Our deep freezer and refrigerator in the garage had spoiled food that had been sitting for weeks, and the smell had absorbed into the drywall, insulation, garage floor and personal belongings. Miguel and Danny were our assigned restoration team and I cannot say enough good things about them both. They were professional, personable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure this process went smoothly to prepare for the next phase of construction, and for that I am so thankful! This was an overwhelming situation for me as my husband is currently deployed, and I am so grateful they took the time to recognize the impact to my family and helped to reassure and support us through the process.
