Been with Johns agency for over a year now and have been very happy. I switched to John after doing some shopping around. He was the only agent who looked at the coverage I previously had and told me how under-insured I was. After doing some research online, I realized he was right and that he was telling me the same things various financial advisers online said. John also helped me recently after I told him I was going to get my house re-shingled. He asked me to send him the roofers insurance information so that he could review it and make sure it all looked good, he even called the roofers Bond companies to try and get info on why it was being switched so many times. To my own ignorance, it turned out I was about to pick a roofer who had no liability insurance, so I was able to avoid that risk. It has been very refreshing to now have an agent who actually has my back and makes the effort to help.
