I have been a member here for probably 10 years now and I just had an interaction with them again where I realized why I do my business here. This led me to wanting to share my experiences with them. In my 10 years Ive had some bad luck. On one particular day i was in a motorcycle accident, and due to my motorcycle being wrecked I had to commute in my car later that day. During my commute my car was rear ended by another motorist. So same day, multiple claims, both claims totaling my vehicles; I was that type of guy when I called Bobs office.Not once have I ever had to wait for service, not once has the staff ever treated me like I was a claim and not a person. I call with questions, they answer them thoroughly and present to me the scenarios where claims may play out and how they would be handled.I realize that sometimes I may pay the slightest amount more to use their services instead of moving to a discount broker but, it is worth it. The agents actually take the time to know me, my property/assets, and what youre trying to protect. They then recommend coverage based off of what you might potentially run into. You get a truly tailored plan that helps protect you and gives you a bit of peace of mind. I was going here before I even know what an asset was though, and before I had things to protect they still treated me like I was an individual with unique needs that were just not as valuable and those worthy of as much coverage.Give them a call, talk to them, after 10+ years Ive never been disappointed and I doubt you will be either.

I was already with State Farm but my agent never took the time to see me. I made the move to the Claremont office with Bob Priest and it made all the difference in the world. I have been a client for many years, and have to say I have never been disappointed. This agency is run by the family. The son and daughter in law of the agent work in the office as well, so knowing that this office is run by the family is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue or question, I have always been happy with the results and feel satisfied as a customer. I’ve been with Bob Priest’s office for a few years and couldn’t be happier. The family type atmosphere makes it feel so welcoming whether you are in the office or on the phone with any of their associates. They go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need and always check in with how things are going. I had a bad accident a while back and Mr. Priests office did such an amazing job to make sure I was taken care of and my car was repaired and returned to me in a timely fashion. I recently moved to the east coast and he took the time to help me find an agent out here and still to this day calls to make sure things are going well. Parked to the side to input directions. Walks past and gets in his car to drive away and pulls up next to us and tells us You cant park in my driveway and drives off, instead of asking if we need help. Rude.

Been with this location as a client since I was 15 lol now 44 great friendly oriented.. my family loves Bob and Robert!!!
