Asked for a full tune up and spark plugs and they just changed my spark plugs and it costed 370 thanks for the spark plugs but wont be coming back

Had both catalytic converters replaced for $2,200 and barely a year later the ceramic honeycomb in both cats had disintegrated...now i cant pass smog and have to buy two more!! also had exhaust leak problems shortly after my visit, come to find out they connected a straight pipe to my exhaust manifold instead of a flared pipe, which caused it to slip out of the flange constantly! do not go here

I took my vehicle to walts twice but never again. I found the employees to be arrogant and dismissive in regaurds to my vehicle . they made rude comments to my wife and my vehicle is currently in operable. walts charges a premium price for sub par service. take your vehicle somewhere where they appreciate your buisness.

This place is awesome! I recently got my AC fixed here and they were honest and open with everything that needed to be done. Ince the AC was fixed they did a whole check if my car and even topped of my fluids and filled my tires with air free of charge. They also gave me a quote on a emergency brake repair that needed to be done with a very fair price. These guys are the best and I will definitely be back.

I was referred to Walt’s a couple years ago from a family member as my previous shop had lost there diesel mechanic. Ever since then, they are the only shop I use for my truck. Rich and his staff are professional, courteous and pro-active. They let you know what needs to be done right away and if you can wait on the repairs. They have great knowledge and customer service. Three generations of my family have been going to Walts...they are reliable, trustworthy, and HONEST! I have no qualms when I take my vehicles to them...I know they need to make a living, but they value their reputation and make sure that customers are taken care of and treated fairly. I have recommended their service to many friends and have never had anyone say a negative work about their work. I trust them with all of my vehicles, and those vehicles carry my grandchildren. I highly recommend Walts...the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and they complete the job when promised...sometimes even earlier. I wish dealerships had the same sense of commitment and work ethics that the employees at Walts have!

We have used Walts Auto Service for about 10 years to service our 02 Motor Homeboth before and after our trips, we even called them twice when traveling when wehad a problem to talk to the mechanic where we were, Walts was always helpful.They are always friendly, professional and honest. My sister and I will continue tohave our new Motor Home serviced at Walts. They also were great when dealing with our extended warranty contract.

I brought a few cars there in the past. Does it suck to get a big estimate? Yeah, especially when your on a budget like most of us. But theyve always been kind and honest. They simply tell me what they found wrong and how much they charge to fix it. The end decision is ultimately up to me. When they do fix the vehicles, its always done right. Sometimes reliability cost a bit more.

Took my car there for a brake and lamp inspection. The estimate was for $130 which is a fixed price for that service. The guy calls me up and says he cant pass the car because the brake light warning is on due to me having aftermarket LED bulbs. The fix? He installs 2 brake light bulbs at a cost of $50. First off $50 for 2 brake light bulbs is insanity. Second nowhere is it required for that warning light to be off as long as the exterior lights function normally.If you are gonna replay to me, quote the CVC or the section from the bureau of automotive repair handbook for lamp adjusting stations that says otherwise. Otherwise, you are lying.

Walts was a referral from family. He has been providing services on their vehicles for many years. I was greeted quickly, went over vehicle issues, and was given an estimate. Definitely going back to have work done.

I started going to Walts auto when my boyfriend recommended me to go. My boyfriend goes there for any truck problems and as not have any trouble. I go there and I have fast friendly service. We know them well enough to call ahead of time and get appointments for a lot of the things we need done for the car. I like that they have Saturdays open. They have a secure key drop off so you can drop off cars if later then their hours.

Walts is a great place. I bit out of my way, but certainly worth the drive. The customer Service is great. The technical service is also great.

I have been using this auto shop for several years. Theyre responsive to my questions and careful on their estimate. Clean waiting room and bathroom is a big plus in my opinion.

As far as I can tell they do good work. Ive had noisy hydraulic lifters and a check engine light looked at by this place.

Thorough, well explained service. They have TWICE fixed a problem other shops couldnt diagnose. It is like going to a doctor for my car. Its a drive from Northwest Antelope, but I will bring my cars nowhere else.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They Up sell me EVERY TIME I go in there....this time they quoted me a 1200 repair bill for my 2000 Ford Expedition...it was making noises on hard turns and speed bump...turns out the Ball Bearings and Arm needed to be replaced...was metal on metal they quoted me a price for all 4 ball bearings new shocks alignment...yada yada...I even explained I just want it safe on the road for bit to last till next paycheck....I had a 2nd opinion...mechanic said everything was more then adequate to last for a while. 260.00 replaced the arm and ball bearing in 20 minutes in front of me. Unless you have a insurance company paying everything Dont use this company they will charge you a arm and a a leg and any other body part they can get
