When it was car czar the owner was a very honorable guy. Beyond fair. The guys who took ownership did a great job but I dont know if there as honorable our fair as the other owner.

Have brought my Hyundai Accent here several times... The first experience, by far the best. The car had been making a lot of noise, almost to the point of making a Harley seem subdued. Every car repair shop, including the Hyundai dealership indicated that the car needed a new catalytic convertor plus new engine, new battery, well how about a new car... You name it. A better option had to exist and thanks to Google, Car Czar was discovered.Called Tom Manager answered, told him what others have said ails the car, he asked me to bring it in for a look - see. 8am the next morning our car was dropped off and by 930 am Tom called me with an update and estimate... a new exhaust pipe! The cost of replacement, including labor, came in far below other options and the service was exquisite.

Friendly staff, its nice they can check ( depending on the issue) with your car for free an not stress on how much it will cost to just the problem first. Setting an appt was easy an like how early they open up the shop.

The owner of this business is very respectful. He goes out of his way to satisfy each and every customer . Past owners Give this place a A badd name so I was hasnt and in going Here but in the and I was very happy with the service and respect that I received from the new owners

Avoid this place. I took my car in for a new battery. After Ieaving the car with them for about an hour, I got a call.and a quote for $450.00. After stating that I will be picking up the car and going elsewhere, I got another call from them with a new quote for $275.00. Naturally I said NO and picked up the car, took it to Sears auto and had them replace the battery for $115.00 tax and labor included , in about 15 minutes. Couldnt resist to call back the Car Czar and tell them. They had absolutely nothing to say. Thieves ! !

They did a good job on what I needed done and Tom took good care of me. Work was done fast and clean. Price was a little high but it did come with a warranty. Thank you guys for taking care of my car.

These guys promote free diagnostic for your car. However, they lie, they told me about four bad things in my car, three of these things you can tell visually that they are in great condition. But I had to wait because it is not my profession to speak for it. 2 days ago I had a professional diagnosis and non of their points came up.THEY LIE TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Not helpful and mechanic did not give any clear answers. Have gone be4 and they tried to charge me for work that wasnt done

Had alternator problem. Called first, Doug answered said bring it in next day. IN-OUT the door in a flash with a lifetime warranty. Great service, be patient and clearly tell him the problem with your car. Let him diagnose it! Awesome team of mechanics.

My trip to the Car Czar was wonderful. I appreciate the help they provided for me and for the information they gave me on a daily basis for my truck. The price was exactly as they quoted and I have not had a problem with the clutch they repaired for me. If I have future problems with my truck I will definitely go back to CAR CZAR. good prices, great service, and clean environment from a trusted name in the business.

I would like to thank the staff at Car Czar in Citrus Heights. This is for first time in two years I have been able to go anywhere due to a fight with lung cancer so my 79 year old father and I came home to the Sacramento are from Portland for a family celebration. We had to recharge the AC as we soon noticed was not working very well in this heat. The staff found a very serious issue with our radiator and promptly called us, quoted a price got it fixed and gave us a very nice senior discount and got the car fixed the same day. The price was extremely fair, the service and communication was fantastic and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair! Great people, great business and I am happy I could keep this local!

Completely trustworthy. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else, unless they recommended it to me. Its difficult to find honesty and integrity and this is only place Id recommend for that.

Always the best service in town. Honest, never tries to over sell or up sell stuff I dont need. My last experience is a good example. Dealership said my water pump need to be replaced., replacement, 500.00. Took it to car czar and it did not need work. Free inspection too.

I went in there for an estimate to get my car fixed. It was so expensive I could not afford it. I went to the 76 station on the corner of Madison and Manzanita and they did the repairs for 1/3 of the price with great customer service and quality workmanship.

Best customer service around. Prices are reasonable and dont forget to download coupons from their website. These guys and Pastors auto service are my favorites in this area!

I am very pleased with Bill and his team at car zar on San Juan Blvd in citrus heights. Diagnosed the problem with my a/c on my Chevy S10 pickup. They ordered the parts and replaced everything. Took it home and the next day I noticed that the a/c was not working again so I called Bill. I took it right back in they found out it was leaking freon out of the compressor. They just had me buy the compressor for 350.00 and did not charge me labor to put it in. These guys worked their butts of to get this AC in my truck fixed. They will do you solid. In a very shady industry, I have found a trustworthy shop and earned my business for life. Highly recommend this place.

I would give zero stars if I could. They cant warranty out parts they put on. I will be taking them to BAR to get my money back. These people are shady business.

I went to Car Czar awhile back to get my brakes checked. They told me it was going to be a $700+ job. I decided to get a second opinion before I spent that kind of money. Im at Les Schwab and they tell me that my brakes are basically new. Its just brake dust causing the squeaking. $0 spent... Just goes to show you, some places cant be trusted and just want your money. I guess car czar thought I was dumb enough to take advantage of.. I wont be going back there EVER!

Very rude .Took my lexus in for a new alternator and 3 months later it went bad so I took it back up there today and was told it would take a couple days.Lets see if they will give me a quality part this time.
