They didnt open the gate till 7:00 a.m. theres trucks parked all up and down the street that Ill have 7:00 a.m. deliveries. Thats why I gave them four stars. Once I got inside the gate it was very easy to put me right in the door the lady in the office was very nice the Capstone lady was nice everything went very smooth I was out of there by 8:30

Check in at 7 am. Unloaded 1/4 trailer in 2.5 hours. Had to go back in to ask for air lock to be removed. Lady with long hair in office was annoyingly curt. Porta pot at door 20. Only good thing was lumper can be done through the app. Lumper was pricey for that little load. Gate does not open till 7 am. If u get there early youre stuck on side street.

Definitely not a place you want to go back to. The receiving lady is horrible and rude and they turn your truck away if you are 1 hour early. Definitely my last time here. Maybe if enough truckers stop coming here. They would make some adjustments and get rid of the rude lady with the glasses

Need new management desperately. Very understaffed so youre gonna be breaking your back literally for 13 or more hours every night. I worked in the freezer and at the last minute they try to force me to work in the dry section.(Very hot warehouse) keep in mind I work in the freezer so I have on a freezer suit, compression pants and sweatpants, a thermal shirt, double socks and double gloves. Yet they pulling me to work in the hot section on the warehouses without a care. So I just walked out. Literally people walk out everyday. Please save yourself the time and the stress, do not apply.

Dismiss this madam from shipping office. She is unpolluted! Very close place, only for appointment. Not overnight parking. Take long time for unloading, lumper fee

This place is terrible. Every thing is tight back here .Right now its 9 hrs past my appointment time and they still are not finish unloading me.this is one of the worst place I ever deliver too!

Good experience today. Appt time 9am, check in 0840, dock right away, out at 1015. Lumper 224$ for a full trailer.I was scared when i read the reviews, almost cancelled the luad bcs of that :))Yard its very small and packed with trucks , plus these days are redoing the asphalt. BIG CHAOS.

The absolute worst operation. Extremely slow and time consuming in addition to some of the worst attitudes and customer service youve ever seen! The two ladies in the office both deserve their walking papers. Avoid this place if at all possible. Thank me later.

This place is trash we tried to call to tell them we were late 3 hrs before the appointment and the number calls the corporate office sales. We called and nothing then we waited overnight and they still charged us a lumper fee on top of the $300 late fee. These people are criminals and karma will catch up with these highway robbers soon enough

I was there for a workshop whoch was very well done. The content was helpful and they qere very friendly and welcoming.

Take long time to finish unloaded

This is the worst distribution center in the whole Country. I spent 8 hours in that receiver unloading and the staff there are very rude and disrespectful. Never ever go there.

Not too bad, the download was fast my appointment was at 9am and I checked in at 8:30 am and at 9:20 I was ready to go, in the office there are 2 girls one white and one brunette, the white one is totally indecent , but the brunette is very kind and very friendly

Check-in process was pretty quick and prompt. They have very limited space when you pull-in to property also they leave there company trucks conveniently parked directly across from the dock door which makes it almost impossible to back in without another person guiding you.

Quick in and out for the most part, capstone lumper fee.

Got here for 9 am appointment, check in at 8:20 was out at 8:55 . Best experience at USfoods

Small place for door no parking not good place

In and out quickly and before appointment time.

It was pretty fast unloading full truck. When u go in frozen side is to the left and dry van side is to the right. Go ahead and put your trailer into empty dock then go in with paperwork and tell them what door your in.

2 pallets. First one docked and checked in at 630 am. Appointment was for 7 am. Got bols back at 1230. Lady at window was rude and will act like you dont exist. The warehouse picked through my load for my next stop and left it looking bad.

Checked in 6:45am for 7am appt. Realized they unloaded me by 10am, but nobody called. At 11am went back in office, pappers where ready, just The Lady was on Instagram, checking who saw her fake stories, instead of doing her job.Dont come if you dont know appt time. You can come 30min earlyer. There is an old guy, sitting in a van, and blocking entrance 😂 check in everybody and harash who ever dont know when his appt is.

5 skids delivery, on time for appointment - so far 4 hours and they havent finished yet. Thanks to companies like us.foods driving with ELD makes so much sens. Google should implement negative rating.

After see all negative reviews..I m not happy.. but its different street overnight parking for 4 5 truck. check in at 7 out at 7:45..have a great experience .hope for same next time

Arrived at 0615 for 0700 appointment. There were eight trucks already here. Gate was closed. They opened the gate about 0645. Backed into a dock at 0715. A guy removed one of my airlines. The same guy returned about 0915 and reconnected it, but ai am still hearing the occasional bump in the trailer. I’m still awaiting the text link from the lumper service at 0949. Crazy. Makes me wish I could refuse dispatch.

Really bad experience along with customer service support

I arrived at 1130 for a 1200 appointment, office says theres a $205 late fee. They show the appointment was for 0700 (i guess thats between Tyson abs US Foods.) 4 pallets pinwheeled and broken down to 11 finished pallets was $215 for lumper. Lumper service has trouble with billing system and I had to suggest how they should fix it. No problem. Took 2 hours but in part due to capstones tech issue. Overall, not bad service. Parking area a little tight, have to watch out for their local drivers speeding through the lot and darting behind you as you back into spaces.

Absolutely the most unprofessional place. 6 pallets on a LTL carrier, 2 1/2 hours and counting. Ive got 6 more stops on my truck. They dont care about other customers products. Woman in receiving is absolutely rude.

Luck of professionalism with the receiving. stay away from this location. we had 9am delivery the driver checked in 7:30am they open the gates around 9:15am the driver handed them the paper and they said go to another building down the road to get unloaded once driver checked in the knew address they said you have to pay late fee. now is almost 1pm and not a dock yet. if a new this I would never send to my driver. stay away from them.

Ive never had a positive experience delivering to any U S Foods location. Backing is particularly difficult at this one. Employees are apathetic.

Appt time 11am, arrived at 9:55am. Was given a door right then, thought to myself, maybe this wont be so bad.....wrong. Its now 2pm and Im still in the dock door. I only had a partial load to deliver, now thanks to them, I will be late for my next delivery appt. At least the people at the window was nice when I checked in

Arrived half hour early had 5 skids to unload was there for 3 and a half hours and they lost my paperwork. I had to call the shipper I picked the load up from. Or I would still be there. Seem like nice people just not overly happy to be there I guess... Good luck drivers

Lot is waaay too small for big rig. No parking, USFood trucks trying to run you down. Then inside is this evil woman at check-in. Even the Devil would throw her in the Pit & forget her. Always the absolute worst place out of the 100 or so places I deliver

Believe all the bad reviews. If you got unloaded and bills back in a timely manner then you need to go play the lotto. Arrived at 0930 for a 11am unload and got told to come back at 11. Back at 11am and to a door where I am still sitting 3.5hrs later waiting for them to finish counting.

I was a bit skeptical going in for a delivery after reading all these reviews. To my surprise, I was assigned a door and had my paperwork in hand in less than an hr. This was not a partial load btw. My appointment was for 10:30. I was on a door at 10:36. Had paperwork in had at 11:13. My lumper was prepaid. No complaints here!

Absolute worst experience of any Receiver we have EVER delivered to. Our driver arrived early for his 0700 appointment and was assigned a door, two hours later, driver was still not unloaded. We called and spoke with Jacklyn in Receiving how was unhelpful, rude and argumentative. She stated they need to count the freight, however three hours later, he was still waiting on his paperwork. We talked with Jacklyn again, and still got the same attitude from her. She hung up on me and when I tried to call back, she would pick up the phone and hang it up. Extremely unprofessional and obviously hates her job, or just doesnt care. We finally got the dock Supervisor on the phone and after waiting 6 hours our driver finally received his paperwork. Needless to say, we will NEVER deliver to this facility EVER again!!! They dont even deserve the star I gave them, but it wouldnt let me post unless I did so.

Sat here for 6 + hours on a half a trailer. One of the worst us foods I have been to.

They have the best wholesale food around. The very best restaurants in town get their food from us food. We have purchased large quantities of prime rib, chicken, fish and coleslaw for various Church events. Everything was excellent quality.

This place made my day I had appointment @9amCheck in @ 7am I was in the dock right away, the receiving girls extremely nice ms ree & ms JackieVery friendly with great Attitude, when I seen the reviews I was Scared but completely the opposite, I believe some drivers are just cry babes

Gate opened at 6:25 not 6am,guard was really nice,got n a door asap and was leaving property by 7:20,so overall my experience was great,all employees were great and easy to get along with,not bad for my first experience. Overnight parking on the curb in front of gate,room for 4 or 5 trucks.

Judging by previous reviews and my current experience. They pretend like they lose your paperwork as an excuse to not unloading you on time because they did the same to me. Been here 5 hours, came an hour before my scheduled appointment, and still not empty. Only 16 skids. And they have the audacity to charge drivers for being late with ridiculous fees. Clearly US foods does not give a damn about drivers.

Got here at 1200 for a 1300 appt. Had to come back at 1300 because no doors. 1300 check in and they tell me to sit and wait for a door to open and then come back in once I was in a door. Was in a door in about 30 min. It is now 1608 and they are still unloading me, and its not even a full load. 14 caught up with me, tick toc, tick toc. Have seen other trucks in doors before me and they are still here......maybe they are short handed today, or maybe they need to hire more people. Hopefully next time they will b a little quicker about getting people unloaded. Office staff was professional, not rude or anything. Asked the yard guy if its always busy like this and he said yes, everyday! Got finished at 1752.

We have been US Food customers for some time and are quite happy with selection and service. They strive to improve products and service. Update :The ever changing staff, management and delivery schedules have made it beyond difficult to remain as customers.

Yet again, US foods stands up to their reputation of being called Useless Foods!Show up on time (15 minutes early), 2 1/2 hours have passed and they still dont have my 13 pallets off!Dont come here and expect to leave in a timely manner because just like every food supply warehouse, the drivers delivering their stuff are insignificant and they could care less about the drivers!Dont even go in and ask how long it will take to unload you, youll get a massive attitude!

I have to complain my salesman(joey) . He havent come to my restaurant for months and dont pick up my phone call for months. Transfer my phone call straight to voice mail box. All after he made the mistake of my order and owe my restaurant around 600 hundred dollars. He dont even want to come over and solve the problem. Keep paly hiding. One time he told me he doesnt plant to come overhow rude is that. Oh and he push all the responsibilities to usf patner ECOLA. he told me he cant do not thing to get my money back. Not a good experience, combine both Capstone as the Lumper service and US Foods, youll get just over 7hrs....appointment for 0700, I was then first to dock, 2hrs go by and no unloading, I walk in to inquire, told other drivers have a 2hr unload window, I ask dont we, he said no, takes another 53mins for the unload to begin, only to wait another 4hrs for the paperwork.... like most US Foods, drivers are made to wait while they have the lumper service break down the pallets to US Foods specifications, rather than just count all/each item/items are in full, then break down to their specifications on their time, not on the drivers time!!!!!!!!!!And??!! Thats what they call a Drivers Lounge......a small room with 2 vending machines.....not even a microwave.....yyyyyyyyyyah!

What a bunch of lazy and unorganized people. How in the world can you keep me 5,5 hours to unload a partial (1/4trailer)??? Even from the time they called me till getting papers - one hour , one fk hour I watched them inside how they do anything but signing my papers. Also you don’t have any space to put your truck before check in, you’ll have to leave it just in the middle to block everybody .Stupid!!! Lost my next appointment and she said Sorry- we don’t need your sorry, we need you just to be organized and respect our time.

Went there to take my ServSafe exam and class. They had great food during class and the instructor was kind. Great place, though I wont be returning unless Im going to retake my exam (in 5 years lol).

Receiving opens@06:00. My appointment time was @07:00. Capstone lumper charged $104.00 to unload two pallets of refrigerated product. I was out of there a lil bit after 10:30 😔

I saw all the bad reviews for this place and was worried about going here.Well, the people I encountered were friendly and communicated well with me The yard is packed in morning with their trucks that they would have to move to make room for other trucks with sleepers to get in there. My appt time was 10am and got out at 11:45am. There is no parking at the facility and nothing close by to eat.

They are ok. Small lot. They work hard to make it work though.

Dont bother yourself with complaining how slow thay are. Just avoid this place!!!

Their delivery truck woke me at about 6AM while making a delivery. I strongly suggest a schedule change at 6900 Hopeful Rd Florence, Ky
