Called Mor-Lite to repair our sliding glass door that was sticking and becoming difficult to open/close. Don did a wonderful job removing the door, changing out the old rollers and re-installing...it now opens and closes with gentle pressure, just like the day it was installed 20+ years ago. It is a very well-made/sturdy sliding door, but he was able to repair it without resorting to crazy tweaking because of its age of manufacture.While not originally discussed before he came out, he was also able to fix the automatic screen door closer that had lost its ability to close the door slowly. We were so impressed with his knowledge, skill, and can-do attitude! You made our day Don--Thanks so very much!
