We rented a 30’x20’ tent with 6 tables for our sons rehearsal dinner and 100 chairs for the wedding ceremony. We rented a tent package from Academy Rental Group for a backyard rehearsal dinner. Jeffrey made the booking process super easy. He made great recommendations for our event, and called the day before delivery to make sure our plans hadnt changed and they would be giving us everything we needed. We called last minute to order a second set of linens and they were added to the order with only a 30 second conversation. The install and removal team were a dream. That work is HARD, and they were friendly and took pride in their work. Dont look anywhere else when you need to rent a tent.

Thanks to Academy Rentals, we were able to safely celebrate Christmas 2020 with our kids and granddaughter. Keeping them safe was paramount but being together was very important as well. Chad and his team are amazing! They delivered and set-up our wedding garden tent. They made the process seamless, they obtained the permit and met with the city to confirm the permit is up to code. They provided recommendations regarding sidewalls the week of the wedding based on predicted weather. However, it was extremely windy the morning of the wedding and Academy came out and set up sidewalls hours before the wedding to ensure our guests were comfortable. We are grateful for Academy for helping making our day special!

We were very pleased with the tent, tables, chairs and linens from Academy Rental Group. Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to all of my questions and changes that needed to be made to due COVID-19. The crew got at the venue right on time for set up and were also helpful and friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is I wasnt aware that we needed to provide the multi-outlets nor the extension cords to the outlet at the venue needed for all of the lights and fans. If I was told this, I dont remember and I didnt see it in the contract. Thankfully I asked before our daughters wedding and found this out and we had a friend that provided what we needed. This is an important part of the rental that I think should be made very clear to people like me who have never rented a tent before and would have no idea it wouldnt be included.

I used A Gogo Event rentals for my organizations annual fundraising walk. Chad and his team were great! We had several different requests and Chad walked us through the whole process giving us all of our options. We utilized tents, tables and chairs! Nice quality and the tables are light and easy to move. Big plus at the end of an event! The team that came out to set up and tear down were friendly too, which can be hard to find in this field. I had called several other companies with in my price range and they were comparable to others (more affordable than All Occasions and Aileen) but I was really impressed with their customer service.I was concerned about the tent size. We were planning to have 40 guest in my backyard. Chad was extremely helpful. He sent someone out to look at my backyard and advised on tent sizes. We ended up with the 20 by 20 package. Great deal!!!Two days before the guys came out to step up the tent. They were friendly and considerate. We have an irrigation system so they were attentive to the pipes underground.I would highly recommend them for any size event. It is refreshing to discover there is still great customer service out there without a high dollar price tag.

I had the best experience working with Ian. He took the time to come out to our venue multiple times since we were having it at my parents house. I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his team. We rented our tent from them for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! We were worried about getting the tent up due to weather so they worked with us and we were able to get it up early and make sure everything was set up how it should be. When the rain did come through we had a small issue with one of the poles and he sent his team out at 10pm to come and fix it, which was so incredibly nice. The tables and chairs that we rented were also very nice (the chairs were very comfy as well)! I will recommend them over and over again for anyone who is in need of a tent for any type of event!!

My sister recently got married in September and Chad and his team worked with our entire family to create her dream wedding. The event was outdoors, and the day of the wedding there was a threat of rain and Chad personally came to the event and help put on side covers to the tent to keep the rain from coming in getting the table linens and decor wet. We rented a large tent, with pole linens and lighting, which was so elegant for the event. A Gogo was so accommodating and helpful! We threw a charity gala for almost 400. We rented linens, chair covers and cocktail tables. Matt was so responsive and everyone was extremely professional. Our caterer mistakenly took some of the chair covers home with them. A Gogo was very understanding and accommodating to ensure everything was as easy as possible for us.They were great to work with and I hope to work with them again in the future!

Cincinnati Family contracted with A Gogo Event, Party & Tent Rental for our annual Summer Camp Adventure Fair. This was a repeat event for us, as we have found their services to be excellent in the past. Set up for the event was scheduled for the night before, but due to a snowstorm, we decided to change plans to set up in the early morning hours before the event. I hosted a bridal shower at my home and went to Gogo for the tables and chairs. Chad was awesome. On our initial meeting he went over the size of the room and number of guests. He did not try to oversell me and was a pleasure to work with. At the last minute, it turned out I needed 6 more chairs. I called him and even though he had a wedding and a surprise party he worked out a way for me to get what I needed. I would highly recommend Gogo.

Great people

We rented a 180 x 40 tent, 400 chairs, 40 tables, high tops and a smaller tent from A Gogo for the 1st time at our big Pig Roast. This is the 17th year for the event and by far the best rental experience. Chad has a top notch crew. Service is everything in this biz and they took great care of us. Already signed for next year. Chad and his team are the best. We have used Agogo for our last two corporate events. They provided equipment, set-up and take down. Everything was on time, clean, and in good condition. Events can be very stressful and having a reliable vendor is extremely important. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my future events.
