Quality paint, I was able to select my paint colors to match my taste. When HOMEstretch was positioned to me, it was shared that they had a team of people that paint for them, I believe the exact number provided was around 60 painters. They actually do not really have a team, they broker sub-contractors to do the work for them. This process is totally fine, however should be disclosed and not state that they are your team, because that implies they work only for HOMEstretch, which they do not. The actual company that did the work for us, AJC Remodeling & Painting, was a dream! They did a phenomenal job in a very short amount of time. Miguel was the project lead and he knocked it out of the park with expectations. So for the mere fact I gave this company 3 stars, it was because of Miguel and his team.When it came time to send my paint colors over, I did so and specified Satin as the finish for the walls and semi-gloss for doors and trim. I happened to come across the paint they left in our garage and it did not match what I had asked for nor were some of the paint cans even the type of paint I had asked for. I text pictures to their Communication relations person who then contacted the Operation Manager to reach out to me. Upon sharing this information to him and the perception it left with me was that they were trying to cut cost. He disclosed that there was a paint shortage. I have never heard of such a thing, however with the recent pandemic you can never know. If there was in fact a paint shortage, then that should have been disclosed up front. After calling them out on this, the issue was resolved. I have my doubts if I did not find the paint in the garage if the correct paint would have been purchased, no one knows.Here comes the best part, Miguels team crushes it, does a great job and I am contacted from HOMEstretch in regards to their QC team coming out to review the work. I shared that the painters did an excellent job and it was not necessary, however if it was a part of their process then that is fine and we can move forward. So we did, two guys showed up, and proceeded to throw putty up in places I didnt even see issues, however we rolled with it. Well, come to find out when they touched up areas of our basement, they used the incorrect paint color to do so. Our basement was painted Sherwin Williams Charcoal blue. They touched up with Sherwin Williams peppercorn, which is a grey. So now, I will have to repaint part of our basement to cover the incorrect color the QC team did when the job was perfectly fine before they arrived. I think we will take it from here HOMEstretch! I would not recommend this company. Do your own research and just hire the contractors directly. In my experience, there literally was nothing positive that came from going through a paint broker.

This was my first experience with homestretch using them at a listing of mine and it exceeded my expectations. This was not a simple project of an unoccupied home that needed a lot of TLC to at least get it on the market they followed up with me every step of the way they were in communication constantly if there were questions they had before moving forward. Worked as real team players but took a lot of the burden away from my sellers and me. Highly recommend to anyone. Contractors and staff were very professional. We ended up selling a house like we had hoped for 10% over list!Realtor

Failed to provide change orders to support the excessive charges they surprised us with. Never recommend using them. Broke items in the house and didnt tell us nor fix them. Added painting rooms that were newly painted. offensive office person…got veryRUDE Once they finish. WILL NEVER USE THEM

We contracted the team at HomeStretch to paint, clean, and landscape an investment property we own in order to get it ready to sell. The team executed on all contracted areas and did so in a professional manner. Project Managers, Directors of Operations, and the owners all stayed in constant contact with us and our realtor. As additional work popped up during the process, the HomeStretch team was agile and nimble to execute the needed tasks. All workers were courteous and friendly, providing us with peace of mind. Recommendations were made for both cost and time savings in all areas. Upon completion of work, both a Director of Operations and the owner did final walk-throughs of the property to ensure all tasks were completed as quoted. Would definitely use HomeStretch again in the future.

We used HOMEstretch to paint a few rooms in our house. Within a week of calling, they were able to finish the job! I had an out of state seller who was listing a property he used as a rental for years. I called Nick and he was able to meet me at the property the same day I called, and had an estimate to us that evening. The work was scheduled and completed within days. They painted the interior, some exterior, and did a deep clean. The property looked fantastic when completed and the process couldn’t have been more simple.

Called for an estimate, met with Nick that vary afternoon, had the quote that evening, started to paint, clean and out the door within 3 days. Fair price, great work, locally owned......couldn’t be happier!
